Went in yesterday to look for a puppy. We found a Boston terrier. The staff was very accommodating and very nice provided very useful information. Plus you get a lot good perks 20% off free first vet visit also, I had to run home to grab my credit card to purchase the puppy. My wife and daughter chose to stay at the store so no one took the puppy. They wanted and it really made me happy that despite the store being super busy, the staff still came up checked on my wife and daughter gave them a private area so they can bond with a puppy. I will definitely go back and recommend to my colleagues. Also, there was a young lady who helped us at the register and she was wonderful. She help us pick out a harness help us get the puppy into it gave some great recommendations plus, I’m pretty sure I saw the owner too. She came up with a big smile on her face and was really helpful.

We would just like to say thank you for everything! We found Ginger (the Gold Retriever) there a little while ago and she is 1 week older than our baby Luna (the Norwegian Elkhound) and Luna had been trying to get any animal should could to play with her but none wanted to and when we brought Ginger home, they became instant best friends. They're both on their way to living their best life. Ginger is the sweetest puppy you could find and she did amazing on her visit to the vet. She is just super healthy and super sweet. So thank you all again!

I had a eye doctors appointment a few weeks ago in Fairlawn and I don’t go to Fairlawn very often but boy am I glad I did… I seen a store called Pet’s Pajamas and since I have a dog at home I thought I would take a look inside to see what it was all about and to my surprise not only pet accessories but there was puppies!! I purchased the last Cavalier puppy that was there that day and he has brought so much joy to our family we can not get enough of him. The staff was amazing and helpful. Took the little guy to our vet and they said he was perfect and healthy the vet even checked out the breeder and said it was a good reputable breeder. I can't thank pets pajama or give them enough praise for helping us find our beautiful new little boy.

We bought a puppy in September of 2022, and she is just the best puppy we could of ever imagined. She is now 6 months old, and very happy with the experience with Pet's Pajamas. I could not have asked for a better puppy! I would do it over again.

This place is absolutely amazing! Went in on a whim and ended up taking a 10 week old cockapoo home!! The store is clean, and you can really tell the puppies are well taken care of. As soon as one of them goes potty, a staff member comes over and cleans it up. The owner and all the staff are so incredibly nice and helpful. We were in the store for at least an hour debating, and they kept coming over to check on us to see how we were doing. They let us get out every puppy that we wanted to hold/play with. While we were filling out paperwork to take the little guy home, the groomer came over and trimmed up his face and sprayed him with puppy cologne! I cannot say enough great things about this place. We will definitely be taking him back to be groomed there when it’s time. We named him Henry, and as we took him out the door they all said “please bring him back to visit!” These puppies are so well loved while they are awaiting their forever home. This store does not fit into all of the stereotypes that surround buying a puppy from a store vs a rescue. These babies need homes too!! They sent us home with a bag of food so we can transition him over if we choose to switch him to a different brand. They truly care about each and every one of the puppies in their care. The owner was complimenting the staff on how well they were doing, even if it was only about cleaning out a kennel. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

Just left this store after being told to put down every puppy we picked up as every other person walked around with other puppies. The owner talked to the other employee about us and our children. I have bought two puppies from here & i will NOT be coming back.

Some of the staff could be a bit more friendly and I think certain members could work on their customer service, but I'm certainly willing to overlook that because of how precious and clearly well cared for the puppies are.

It would be nice if they would open when they say they would. It’s after 10 AM and no one has opened the store. They charge a fortune for there animals and there items but they don’t want to work.

We feel like a part of their family! The staff is always helpful. The store is always very clean!We have sold puppies through them and bought puppies from them. It’s always been a great relationship! In February we added to our family…we love Bella our Sihi-poo!

I got a puppy from Pet’s Pajamas two weeks ago and took my puppy to the vet a week after I got him. The vet spoke very highly of the owner of Pet’s Pajamas saying they are very careful of which breeders they buy from. It was encouraging to hear the vet say that he gets a lot of pets from Pet Pajama’s and he thinks they do a great job of sourcing and taking care of the animals.My puppy was over three months old when I got him and he had all of the appropriate vaccines and was already on a good eating schedule.

I walked into this store once the first time I noticed if and walked right back out. I’ve always had nothing but contempt for places like this that support puppy mills, but it just kicked into high gear today. A customer at the store where I work shared a story about this joint donating a puppy to an auction fundraiser. Not a gift basket of pet items or a gift card, an actual, living creature was donated to be someone’s impulse buy. The person who ‘won’ the puppy realized a few days later they didn’t actually want a dog and returned the dog to the organization that hosted the auction, which is how my customer came to have the dog. Thank goodness the dog found a soft landing. It was also mentioned that this place donates their ‘clearance dogs’. What the hell is a clearance dog???? It’s 2023, this kind of place is archaic and gross.

Pets pajamas is an amazing pet boutique! Our toy poodle Jasmine was from here and lived a wonderful 17 1/2 years! Kathy is a dedicated owner who loves animals and is so compassionate and knowledgeable! We would only purchase a pet from this store. We appreciate your compassion and kindness. This review has been a long long long overdue. I have never encountered a less than cheerful person who has worked here, Kathy, the owner, cares deeply about her pets, who she buys them from, who she sells them to and the quality of the health of the pets. I have actually purchased over the years seven dogs from there, and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from her again. She speaks openly and honestly about where she gets it pets, she’s knowledgeable she keeps all of the kennels clean, her groomer is awesome her staff is awesome. And her prices are fair extremely fair even today. I like to support small businesses, she is one as well and I will support her whenever I am in the market to add to my family. Thank you to Kathy and all of her staff for the caring fun friendly experience that I have every time I go in there. Oh, and a nice bonus that was not happening when I bought my last dog over six years ago, they come micro chipped. That’s super nice.

My friend was looking for a puppy so we went to pet pajamas. However, the lady that was working who I’m assuming is the owner seemed to have an attitude. She said something about a job. As it’s 2023 and the price of living is getting more outrageous I asked about the pay. She instantly got an attitude and told me that shouldn’t be my concern and that she absolutely will not be hiring me. Which is fine I’m not looking for another job this second however my friend who was looking for a puppy was trying to ask about what kind of hours she was hiring for and instead of engaging in her conversation went on and on about how I had an attitude and would not be hiring me. Very unprofessional.

While you may see happy, playful pups in the store, this is not the reality of puppy mill dogs that gave birth to the ones you are buying. Puppy mill dogs are abused, and neglected. Adopt don't shop.

We have been customers of Pets Pajamas for over 12 years now and all of our dogs and cat have been perfectly healthy and amazing pets that we loved very much! I have never had a bad experience coming here. In fact all my interactions have been wonderful! Today we came in to see if we could add another addition to the family. The puppies and kittens are cared for. This is a business but she is not by any means heartless. She cares for these animals and I always see how she works so much to make sure she has her adorable store in order! Our family loves it here! And we always make time to visit every now and then. I recommend it highly! Our family personally feels we owe her so much for the wonderful pets we’ve bought from her. I can’t wait to bring our new baby home within the next few weeks!

these reviews and owner replies are really funny to read through. sadly, that is all i can really give this place credit for. the animals are absolutely adorable, of course they are. sometimes i come here just to play with them but it always feels kind of sad. anyone who does any amount of research into this knows that pet stores that sell animals like they are objects are incredibly unethical. yadda yadda you get your puppies from puppy mills yadda yadda how do you sleep at night, you get it. and the owner just keeps digging their own grave with the responses to people calling them out in reviews too, it's very silly. but it is sad really, the pet store puppies deserve good homes but it's just not right to support these stores that keep them in tiny boxes like this. if you want to actually adopt and rescue a puppy or kitten instead of supporting corrupt over priced stores like this i recommend one of a kind pets! it is relatively close to this store. it's much nicer, cheaper, and ethical too. :)

I have had multiple dogs and I have bought them from pet stores. We just bought one from here in December and I have had nothing but problems with our dog. I have had him in the vet 3 times now. Not counting his normal routine check ups. I have never had this many problems with other dogs. He’s already had fleas, parasites from his first vet visit 5 days after we bought him and now is constantly going potty in the house and very destructive. Has a cherry eye at 7 months old that’s $800 to fix and is just a very disobedient dog. I have had mutts, Pomeranians etc and have been able to train them fairly easily and I’ve never had this many issues before. I would not recommend this place because I don’t believe they are coming from reliable breeders. I truly believe something is wrong with this dog, and our vet is looking into it as well. Our son is already attached so I’m in a horrible situation right now. I’m trying everything I can to make sure the dog is comfortable and well taken care of but this has been more of a nightmare than anything. Very upset.

We've purchased TWO dogs from this store in 2022. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive, and we use their grooming service in the store for both our dogs now. Upscale, friendly, and a huge selection of everything you need for your new family addition. We couldn't be more happy.

My wife and I have purchased 2 pups from Pet Pajamas and absolutely love this place! I wish all pet boutiques were like this one. Kathy and her staff are the creme de la creme. Honestly was heart breaking when I went inside.. first off the place smelled absolutely terrible.. walked around and later found out why. The kittens had a VERY full litter box.. looks like it hasent been cleaned in a VERY long time.. and the puppies had poop alll over where they were laying. Felt really bad for the animals.
