Fear free grooming should be the standard. Having read too many internet stories of dogs being mishandled i am very picky about who i trust my fur babies with. That being said I am blown away by the amazing work jenna does turning my little muppet into a real dog again. He not only comes home smelling great and looking adorable but i know he's safe in her care. Cannot recommend enough. (I also see the vaccine requirement as a plus. Why would i want to risk pricey vet bills for things easily preventable?)

I had the most amazing, positive experience with On Cloud Canine. I have anxiety about leaving my dog for vacations, and they eased my mind from the initial meet and greet. Not only are they friendly and amazing with pets, they send you paragraphs of updates on your pet! With photos, videos, and so much information. I was able to enjoy my vacation without worry. The On Cloud Canine team is phenomenal! I am admittedly an overprotective fur baby momma and often worry about who I leave them with. All team members are extremely professional, caring, knowledgeable, and most importantly my fur babies adored them all. It was so wonderful to go on a trip and not worry about a single thing thanks to their after visit summaries, pictures, and convenient app. I truly cannot recommend the team enough. On Cloud Canine recently took care of my two kitties while I was out of town for a week and I will definitely use them for any future pet sitting needs, as well as recommend them to all of my friends with pets! The visits were split between Kaelyn, Ross, and Amanda. Each caregiver gave lots of love and attention to the cats during each visit and followed all instructions to the letter. I received a detailed report after each visit that also included fun pictures! We have used On Cloud Canine for about 2 years, and are always impressed! They cared for our elderly dog and did an excellent job - they were very in tune with his needs and treated him like he was their own. Now they care for our new kitten with the same level of service. They take the time to understand what you want from a pet-sitting service, instead of just applying a cookie-cutter solution. I can't say enough good things about the team at On Cloud Canine. They are all absolutely wonderful and it is so apparent how much they care about the pets in their care! I was a little worried being away from our senior dog during a long trip, but the updates from On Cloud Canine put my mind completely at ease. We have used On Cloud Canine twice for long weekends when we have been away. I feel guilty leaving our dogs alone, but Kaelyn and Ross are so wonderful with every single pet (two dogs, two cats, two birds and a frog). We get detailed updates that describe our pets, the care they are given, what they eat or don't eat and what activity they had. And my kids love all of the pictures that show how obviously well-cared for the pets are! I highly recommend using On Cloud Canine for any in-home pet sitting needs!

Kaelyn and Ross have been so wonderful! They go the extra mile with our dog. Esther is a very shy dog and when they first met her they spent extra time with her to make her comfortable.Recently, they helped us out of a jam when we were on a trip and stepped in to take care of Esther last minute.They go above and beyond and really care about Esther. I cannot say enough positive things about Kaelyn and Ross.

I’ve used On Cloud Canine twice. Both times they have given excellent care for our pets , which isn’t easy , we have one senior dog and 2 senior cockatiels . They take very good care of our pets to make sure they are properly cared for and given enough exercise and stimulation. They go above and beyond to ensure that you can have piece of mind when they are caring for your pets . Great communication and would highly recommend On Cloud Canine for anyone looking for pet care.

I am blown away by the care & detail that OCC puts into their interactions with my babies. The online scheduler is so convenient. They send out email recaps of each visit that are cute & fun and they send lots of photos. They even vacuumed one time! I wouldnt look anywhere else for pet care. First time leaving my dog in the care of “strangers” when I left for a 7 day vacation. Heard great reviews about Kaelyn and her crew at On Cloud Canine so I decided to give it a try. No regrets!! They were awesome! Not only did they treat Logan like he was their own pet, but they took care of my home when visiting. The updates and photos they sent each time they stopped in (and stayed overnight) were very detailed and were a relief for me being so far away. Logan looked like he was actually smiling when the girls were with him! You can tell how much the staff love their time with the pets they visit. Kaelyn and her husband worked for me in the past so there wasn't any hesitation to call her when my husband and I needed someone to come over and let out our dogs while we went out of town for the day. We have a German Shepherd and a Yorkie which Kaelyn had stopped over earlier in the week to get acquainted. On the day we had her scheduled to come let them out, she arrived within the timeframe we discussed and to my surprise, she completed her visit with a detailed report of her visit that was sent to my email. Wonderful! Kaelyn and her crew cared for my 2 cocker spaniels over a long weekend. It was wonderful for my dogs and me, too. Leaving them for even a short trip is challenging for us pet people! With each visit I received details about the dogs as to their outside play, potty breaks, and eating. Add to that were a group of photos taken while Kaelyn was at my house. We used On Cloud Canine for the first time last week. Our dogs absolutely loved them! On Cloud Canine is awesome! They came over before we left to meet our pups. Then they came back again because one of our pups is really skittish around new people. Kaelyn worked so hard to get our girl Belle to be comfortable with her before we left. On Cloud Canine recently provided care for my 3 horses and mini donkey while I was on vacation. I couldn’t of asked for a more dependable and caring person. Kaelyn came over twice a day to feed, water and muck stalls. She sent me daily updates and pictures because she knew I was apprehensive about leaving them. She also went above and beyond when our electric went out due to a storm and we didn’t have any water. She went to the store and purchased water so that they wouldn’t have to go without. The On Cloud Canine team did an excellent job with my 11year old Labradoodle Jed.The team took care of him for one week. They made 4 timely visits a day: feeding, walking and playing with Jed. Moreover, the icing to the cake is Ross with his park walks with the boys.We saw first hand what Kaelyn meant by fear free care. Zion, Mr. High-Energy himself and who can be slightly temperamental (though he vehemently denies it), had his nails trimmed regularly with loving and careful attention.We recently moved half-way around the world but I believe Zion and Smurfie will greet Kaelyn and Ross with as much excitement and delight now, as they did before.Go On Cloud Canine! Every detail conveyed about how to care and engage with our pets was enacted.
