This exact location has finally pushed it to far with their price increass! They've gone to far... Go to the Marc's on State road in Cuyahoga Falls.. they have Marc's more fair prices.Every month you've slowly creeped up your prices.

Definitely calling corporate on my issue. Please tell the front desk not to take somebody's phone out of their hand and two different people handled it and in this day and age that's not appropriate. Also your digital coupons aren't working correctly false advertisement. No one in the store would do anything about it. So I'll just make a call to corporate

This is a great Marcs. They always surprise me with their selection. My only complaint is that all of the locations look so dim and extremely outdated. I AM, however, thrilled that this location has price checkers now.

Great place to shop for discount prices and lots of merchandise. Often times it is quite crowded and not enough cashiers. Probably the cleanest Marc's store I have ever shopped.

As my personal mode of transportation I ride a personal electric scooter to get from the bus and back again. Such an item does not have any way to lock it up but I was prevented by the security guard to park my scooter inside where it could be viewed if someone tried to abscond with my precious possessions. I guess Marcs just doesn't want my business.

It's been years since I've visited Marc's. I didn't want to deal with the "W" store and rude workers. I was pleasantly surprised and was in and out quickly it was great!

Got charged wrong , Customer service wouldn't fix it and blamed that "customers switch prices some times so we have to go by the price it rings up" , the price was on a shelf!!! They priced it , it was a marcs price label .. She wouldn't fix it and basically brushed me off and then told me to stop taking it out on her over change. I bet if it was her money she wouldn't be so unbothered .. Very unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere going forward. I couldn't believe it and a manager backed her up about the price saying oh price must have went up but wouldn't even check the shelf to confirm the price listed!

Ignorant cashiers needs to learn how to talk to people worst customer service I've ever had lane 12 she was cashier she said it 12 item or less with a attitude there was no sign up put her in the back if she doesn't know how to talk to people I'm standing in line now 12:29 pm luckily I know how to talk to people or I would have humbled her

It's a nice store, but going there is stressful. Checkout lines are torturously slow as a rule. The customer service people are unfriendly. It's like they resent the customers and are suspicious of them. Time to go elsewhere. It's a shame.

You can buy half of a pie, that's nice for a single person. The chickens are cooked here,. They are tasty. The staff is always pleasant and helpful

I have to say everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with at store 50 in Springfield, Ohio was very friendly, courteous and helpful. There were however two young men that were extremely helpful to me, they were Dakota and Colin.Dakota took five large Sterolite container's to the front registers for me and Colin took them out to my car and then loaded all my groceries. Also want to mention my cashier Trinity was very sweet.I absolutely love when I am treated so respectfully and kind by very young people.

I love this South Plaza Marc's Store !! It's the biggest and best Marc's so far. Great selection of almost anything you could want in store of it's class. Great prices and always new items popping up every shopping trip. Great staff. Thanks for all you do MARC'S !

I worked here some months ago. Worked back in the cold cut counter. That position is nice. Very simple to understand what to do and what you need to learn. You are going to get rude customers in every grocery store out there or any company where you have to deal with customers. That's called life. When working here I only have one mean manager but once again, that's life. The employees were nice, and all the rest of the managers were nice. Nicely managed store. I don't work there anymore because I had to move due to something personal. Nice place, managed properly, ideal Marc's.

The pharmacy staff are kind and helpful and offer quick reliable service. The prices for prescription meds are some of the lowest around. The clean well lit store is a bit jumbled in areas, as they have lots of random inventory in east side of the store. Lots of parking, and a security guard posted at the door.

Store was very clean on my visit. Well lighted and fully stocked shelves. A large selection of fresh and frozen meat.This location has a deli for fresh meat and cheese sliced to order. Not all Marcs locations have this.Friendly staff, faster than most checkouts, now that they take credit cards.Low prices on many items. Finding your way around is easier here because of the kisock that shows you where to find items. This is a fairly large store so you can find organic and a wide variety of food here.

The managers there are not very nice helpful,friendly or professionaI This is a discount store for Pete sake and I had several of the same items never used and lost receipt and was treated like dirt in the street.I took my business elsewhere to chapel hill and the gentleman there was very professional, hardworking and a straight shooter he let me exchange the items that evidently did not work out for me. I will NEVER shop at the Waterloo Rd Marcs EVER until they get new diverse professional management etc. I will take my business elsewhere and Continue to share my horrible experience.

Low prices and now they accept credit and debit cards. Cashier's are nice and helpful. The only complaint is sometimes they don't have enough cashier's for the shoppers they have checking out or they would get a 5 star from me.

Very long lines every time I've been in there, backed up into the aisle. Customer service line backed up into the aisle. Don't bother unless you can consistently add 15 extra minutes of waiting to your trip, and don't even think about stopping in to quickly grab something for lunch because you'll never make it back in time.

After waiting my day driving over to this location, o am highly disappointed. Because theses stores are in different zones, they make their own prices. I paid $3.99 each for 7 curtains at the cuyahoga falls location. Waterloo location wanted $6.99. I'm done with Marc's for this. You lost a loyal customer. And management needs a customer service review.

There was only one cart inside the store when I went in. Not good. They also didn't have the 4 pak of Cadet bully sticks that I always buy. Other than that, its usually pretty good in there.

Just love Marcs. Great store. Fun to shop. Great prices on many things and a lot if surprises along the way. Little like an Easter egg hunt. Marcs carries many unexpected items that are frequently by far less expensive if you shopped anywhere else.

Good place to pick up some hardware they have cabinet $29.99 all ready to built lot of merchandise for real cheap like pots and pans.tarps .plants and soil for your planting needs.picture frame cleaning supplies every thing you might need for most of your every day items

I go here often. I like the Dollar Tree out here. They always have a nice variety of snacks. The Giant Eagle is nice too. The Marc's is a little pricey for Marc's. The Big Lots is ok but the employees can be rude.

When you have 3 1.00 on 2 peanut butter coupons n and fine print says one per purchase. That means you can use 3 1.00 coupons on 6 peanut butter. I can only use 1 coupon per 2 jars. It does not say one per household per day. They would not let me buy 6 and use 3 1.00 on 2 jars. She said only allowed one per purchase, which is what i was doing. Using 1 coupon per purchase like you are allowed to by the manyfactur.The coupon means I can only use one coupon per purchase and I have

Like this place for the better part, but still letting people with more than 12 items in the 12 items or less line, plus alot of the cashiers, (not all), are unrealistically slow, like they're trying to be on purpose. Can understand the employee overturn.
