Terrible I used to shop here all of the time, spent a lot of money. I got followed around one day by security because I was there too long apparently (shopping) and he even went out of his way to approach me - like he thought that I was stealing (and wanted it to be known he was watching me) then proceeded to ask me if there was something specific I needed help finding… I understand that there are bad people that do steal HOWEVER for him to come out of literally no where to actually approach me and make a point to say something to me personally, was so uncalled for. I used to have a kohls credit card I mean I spent ALOT of money at kohls now I don’t even go there anymore for anything, and it’s all because I was there for hours SHOPPING , I complained and they tried to give me kohls cash I told them keep it, thats how upsetting that was to me and I would be okay with never stepping foot in there again, it’s not even about the money.. they ruined that for me and I did ALL of my shopping there, kids Christmas presents, clothes, shoes, kitchen items, shark vacuum, rugs, pillows, bedroom items, jewelry, I mean I did all of my shopping there for EVERYTHING even wrapping paper and cards, travel gear. They ruined all of that for me. And I even immediately went to check out after I’m not sure why I even still bought anything and the manager I even explained to her how I felt and I’m sure she seen when she typed in my reward info how much I spend there. They shouldn’t be making their customers that are there a long time spending a lot of money EVER feel like that. This situation saddened me because I’ve never stolen anything from ANYWHERE ever in my life and for someone to make me feel like that was so uncalled for and unprofessional.

Price was right. I had a coupon and the box was damaged so I was given an extra 10%. Can't beat that. The line was a little long but went very fast. I was very pleased.

Took my step daughter maternity clothes shopping and she enjoyed herself. Could use more selection of maternity clothes. Associate told us that this location no longer carry nursing bras as they advertised online. However she did say we may find some leftover in clearance, which we did. We also bought summer dresses that would fit her baby bump. I found several dresses and other apparel for myself which I liked. Great selection of dresses! We were pleased and do recommend this store. We will definitely be back! Happy shopping and Godspeed everyone!

I needed to exchange something that was bought online. I didn't have the receipt, but the tags were still on the items. I wasn't trying to get a refund since I didn't have the receipt, but I didn't expect the exchange policy to be so strict. I had 2 pairs of Levi's that I wanted to exchange for a pair in a larger size & a shirt. Unfortunately I was told that the only thing I could get was the exact same 2 pairs of jeans just in a different size. When I called ahead to ask if I could exchange something that had the tags but no receipt they said yes, but didn't mention that I couldn't exchange for something different, which is something I haven't encountered at other stores. Kohls is the only store I've ever exchanged at that doesn't allow you to either take a store credit or pick out whatever you want.

The young girl working the Amazon return department was rude and condescending offered no help whatsoever just said sadly there’s nothing she can do to help me she must of said sadly 15 times! I left feeling humiliated and upset it’s gonna make me think twice before returning anything there again.

Only 3 registers, 2nd set of registers completely gone. Only 1 set of doors in and out now, all others closed. No one around to help. Sadly missing the old Kohl's.

Be aware....for whatever reasons, only one set of doors are open for entry...and they aren't the ones that have handicap accessible buttons...those are locked and closed. They need to change the buttons to the doors that are open! Otherwise, no complaints.

Very good experience at this Kohl's location. I came in to make 4 Amazon returns and the staff at the entrance were very pleasant and informative. They sent me to the exact spot I needed to go. The Amazon return associate was excellent and friendly. He even gave me a coupon and I used it immediately on some reduced priced bedding I spotted on my way in!

I needed a men's dress belt. Their selection of belts was almost non existent. Very little variety. I didn't want to shop there but I needed that belt. I try to stay away from Kohl's. And by the way this belt cost $38.00. You can shop at several other stores for a comparable quality product for far less $$. Like 15-18.00 LESS!.

Standard Kohls store. Customer service is in the center, clear back of the store. The man that helped us was unpleasant maybe having a bad day. The woman that helped us was fine. Both were quick to get us taken care of but neither were very cheerful or friendly. Store was a bit disheveled, clothing sections were scarce, perhaps in preparation for Black Friday. Wish my experience would have been better given that this is the closest store to us.

i HAD a brochure that said 30% off but upon checking out she pulled up the flap and said you have only 20% off. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I have been with kohl's for 28 years.

Kohls is just trash. This store in particular has the slowest cashiers I have ever seen. They look like they hate their job and move at a glacial pace. After waiting in line for over 15 minutes I left my merchandise and left the store purchasing nothing. Do better Kohls, especially with your checkout process.
