There is literally nothing negative to say about happy Tails. Not only do all proceeds benefit the humane society, but it's run by the absolute sweetest women. My god they're so kind. The items in the shop are extremely inexpensive, like half the price of goodwill and to know your money is going toward helping animals make it far more meaningful. They have the coolest and most unique items too. I decked out my bathroom is soooo much Sailor decor and it cost less than 15 dollars. They sell shirts, jewelery, bags, furniture, books, kitchenware, household items and decorations. Such an awesome place. Definitely go

No clothes here. Fair selection of items all reasonably priced. Nice employees. Store is a tad chaotic and would benefit from some tidying up.

Good amount of glassware, books, videos, and textile. Not a lot of large furniture or any clothing. Live cats for adoption inside. Proceeds benefit the humane society. You can score some good deals if you are a reseller.

While shopping I found an item that was on the floor by a shelf (not uncommon as there are a lot of items on the ground in baskets etc. there from what I saw). I picked it up and put it in my basket. A few minutes later an employee comes up to me and goes “oh here it is you took this!!!” She then reaches down and TAKES THE ITEM OUT OF MY BASKET. She said “this was on hold for someone and they decided they wanted it so hope that’s okay”. No! It isn’t okay! Number one, the item was on the sales floor with absolutely no tag or anything on it that said “sold” or even “on hold” and then I am proceeded to be embarrassed in front of others to make it seem like I TOOK this item from someone?! The item was not on hold! It was not behind a counter, in a cart, nothing. The person should have given it to the cashier or kept it in her own basket if she wanted it. I was extremely disappointed in the manner in which this was handled. I cannot believe they would come searching for it and take it out of my basket. I hope when that employee goes shopping anywhere people don’t come up to her and take things out of her cart and make her feel the way she made me feel. I would not go back here.

I heard that name brand purses had been stolen from them and if anyone could donate some more it would be helpful. I went through my purses and had some very nice ones to donate. I took them there and was not sure where to put them. Lady there was EXTREMELY rude and yelled at me to not come into the tent. I wasn't, I was just trying to see if there was someone in there. I guess no good deed goes unpunished!!!!

So it is a nice thrift shop, but not friendly. When there I found 2 small espresso cups without a price, when I asked a store employee how much they cost, she said there should be saucers with them, so she took the cups from me and said I’ll take those, I have to figure out what happened to the saucers. She took them and walked away and didn’t say anything else to me. She could have said you can purchase them without the saucers (because I would have), or let me check for you etc. NOTHING. I thought that was rude!!! The cashiers were not too friendly either, they just stared at my child for some reason. This was my first time at this store. So don’t know how I feel about it. Not to welcoming to me.

Good Prices. Furniture is a little on the pricey side, but the thrift store supports animal care so it is for a good cause. The sections are well curated and the over all store is neat and very well organized.

I love Happy Tails! It is one of the most well-organized and reasonably priced thrift shops. They offer a wide selection of cared-for household items, craft supplies, books, etc. I particularly love their vinyl records (which are filed alphabetically and by genre!) -- I find something to take home every time.

Went looking for tea sets, most of the sets are all priced as individual items and not as a set which is a bit ridiculous since it's a set. Pricing is a bit on the medium to high for a thrift store and set up is chaotic.

Beautiful, big thrift store that benefits a great cause. I thought it was well organized and reasonably priced. I found some board games, cat toys, a purse, cloth napkins, a nice vintage pyrex casserole for $5. So many goodies that I needed a cart! If I was local this would definitely be on my thrift list. Thanks Happy Tails!!

Love this store! Their customer service is out of this world. They have a bit of everything and it's all organized so well. Their prices are very reasonable. It all benefits the Humane Society, how can you go wrong.

Great place with super nice staff! It’s nicer stuff than most thrift stores, they don’t have clothing but primarily home goods and it’s always clean. Proceeds go towards a good cause.

Great resale shop! Great variety and amazing prices. Plus, it all supports rescued dogs and cats. One of my favorite places to shop with my little dog.

Neat finds! I was pleasantly surprised to find some unique antiques here. I loved the electronics section.. found some nostalgic Polaroid cameras in great conditions. Also found some old books, postcards, and vinyl records. Super friendly staff and I like how everything is sorted. Will definitely recommend to all my thrifty friends, and I'll be returning frequently!

Nice store with lots of neat items. Just wish that the salt and pepper shakers I brought were out in my bag. I am unable to go back to the store as I head home to North Carolina tomorrow.

Great store! Prices have been increasing for awhile now. Used to be cheaper. Have put stuff back and walked out of the store multiple times in the past few months due to staff standing there talking to the customers, chit chatting while there's other people waiting in line.

I love this place. Great customer service, low prices, great selection, and all for a good cause. Also, far more organized than other thrift stores I have been to. Sometimes you'll get to see a dog or cat that a customer has brought in. It's just such a happy place.

One of my favorites! I seem to find new sections every time we go. They don't accept clothes so the entire shop is dedicated to "the other stuff" like furniture, dishes, frames, antiques, etc. There is really so much here! It's my favorite place to stop if I'm looking for a quality used baking pan or a new vase.

Anytime I need something for my rescue this is the first place I go. Some merch is overpriced but the cause couldn't be better. If your looking for items for your pets the prices are terrific! I love going there and highly recommend it to everyone.

Really cool stuff, almost like a cross between a thrift shop and antique store. Nicely laid out. And it's for a good cause! Enjoyed seeing an adoptable cat in store.

I love this place, and the people that work here are so pleasant! This is my go to place when I want to shop, because I get my gift ideas within their unique variety of items. And the very BEST part is the proceeds go to the shelter animals of the Humane Society! I LOVE all animals. I adopted (2) cats from there, and will continue to. ADOPT, don't shop! But DO shop here!

Very nice. Lots of glassware and cookware. Many small items but organized decently. I like that it benefits the humane society. It is easy to find and it has a stoplight so you can get out of parking lot easy. It is very, very, quiet in the place. I will be going back.

Lots of good wares, great staff, friendly. Never leave empty handed. Purchases benefit the Humane Society and the bargains are outstanding. Shopping there is a win, win! Quite a large selection of wares from New to vintage. Enjoyable shopping experience.

I’ve found some great bargains but dropping off donations was a very unpleasant experience. The woman working the donation tent was very unpleasant. There’s too many other places to donate to have to put up with that!

If you love to poke around in thrift shops, you have to check out Happy Tails Thrift Store. This is not a clothing thrift but they have everything else from a replacement cooking pot lid to vintage jewelry, books to antique collections, tools to decorations. And all the profits support the animals at the Summit County ASPCA.

My favorite addiction ! GREAT store.... beautifully organized by friendly volunteers...... very reasonable prices.... always a “treasure trove” of fun !!!!! The people at the check out desk are ALSO extraordinarily friendly ! My car seems to have a magnetic attraction to Happy Tails !!!!!! And, of course, the biggest bonus of all is the help it brings to animals in need.
