The employee that I came into contact with was very nice this was the best thing about the experience. What pulled the point system down was the fact that the environment was unkempt. As a shopper I would like to feel that you care about the place that you work in and I will help you to maintain it as best I can.

The store was more like a second hand place store. They only had 1 cart. I was told they were robbed at gunpoint 2 days ago. Staff did not wear mask. Took 25 minutes to check out. I wouldn't visit this store again

I visited this store on May 20 at 7:15 pm to be greeted by the manager at the door saying “I couldn’t come in because they had just gotten robbed”! But when police was flagged down they said they had not received a phone call for a robbery “! This store is ran by unprofessional kids who play around in this particular location! Something needs to be done about it because it’s very unprofessional

Employees are loud and unprofessional. More worried about leaving then taking care of customers. Say rude things to customers in the store. Had an associate take Facebook call and start twerking while ringing out my items

The customer service person at the cash register advised me he was on the phone when he should have been ringing up my purchase. Instead he was loud talking about someone’s Valentine plans and telling the other person in the store he needed help. Perhaps if he focuses on customers at the register he would not need help.

This store is pretty organized and clean. Workers are polite helpful and quick with the checkout. This store carries a variety of items for your household, to the car, to essential groceries.

Working here the last 5 days, working with a team doing a full remodel. Another 4-5 days and the project should be done. A upgrade for the neighborhood and all the loyal customers.

Wonder where did the stock associate Vchaun go ? He was so helpful, courteous, and always had a smile on his face. I miss him very much. Who else would carry your purchases to your car ?

The store rep's are well versed in knowing where items are to assist you in finding items you need. Most of all they're focussed on giving you the service that'll spark your desire to return.

Visited on 11/28 at 11:00am and the store was not open. Doors were locked and lights were off. They are supposed to be open at 8:00am. I tried calling the phone number and it said the number had been disconnected. Not a great way to do business for sure!

Family Dollar,on Copley Rd. in Akron has made a HUGE improvement over the last 10 years!!!,...I see employees in the early morning, out in the parking lot, picking up trash!!,the management Michelle,is aware of products out of stock,the employees are friendly,the shelves are reasonably stocked,the checkout line moved well.Please keep Rubbing Alcohol and Paper Towels in stock,... they've been out since the pandemic began!!!,... remember,your competing with Dollar Tree,2 blocks away!!,...keep this place open,clean,and we'll managed,...ps,...the store's shopping carts are being stolen!!!!,.... don't run out of shopping bags,... Where's the district manager?????!!

They had all their friends in there with them jumping around d and cursing while older shoppers were in there I couldn't find what I was looking for nobody cared to ask if I needed help because they were to busy playing around
