Disgusting! Moldy fridges. Their bottles drinks smell disgusting. I bought a kids cup for my son from here washed it several times! Still has a moldy smell. Called the store, asked to talk to the manager, and his response was maybe you should wash the cup, after I told him I washed it over and over again. The drink cooler must have mold growing inside them. Horrible customer service! I will be contacting the health department and corporate!

Don't waste your time or money. You will only find trash. From the building to the people to the products that sit in boxes to never be stocked on a shelf because the motto here is " not my job". Honestly demolish the building turn it into a waste facility and I bet the property value sky rockets. But you do you boo you been warned.

I was just in the store looking for a DVD player and DVD's they have them behind the counter. I already had the player at the front register to be purchased. I was right there with the cashier. A guy named Terry basically came out and told me I couldn't look at the DVD's behind the counter. Mind you I'm with a employee and I'm already purchasing a DVD player. I left without anything and will never shop here again. I was wearing a dress with no pockets and still was treated poorly. I feel bad also for the women he works with. I believe he's some kind of supervisor. He treats people poorly. Hate given a bad review. Don't have to do it often.

It's okay, I go there if I have to, but honestly, it's getting a little uncomfortable with groups of young people coming in and acting intimidating (to the TWO people) staff and creating diversions so they can rip the place off. It's obvious. Also, they've been robbed at gunpoint, so I shop elsewhere if at all possible.

Deep potholes in the parking area so be careful going in and coming out... they need help badly 14.50 for Manger position 12.50 for cahiers.. no air condition, the workers were complaining & looked uncomfortable working. Boxes were stocked in the aisle ways...the only positive thing I can say is the customer service was good...

Great prices. Never organized. Today an employee walked over to assist a customer that was searching for wine size paper gift bags... she never stopped eating her snack as she talked with him. I used to shop here more frequently before the remodel- not so much any more

I watched an employee kindly help out a child who was begging for money in the parking lot (he also approached my car and apparently comes there everyday) and while I had recorded the encounter to share with my husband, the employee got incredibly nasty and was outright rude and started yelling at me from the stores door. Seems like a nice lady... I salute her kind gesture but not her confrontational behavior.

Family dollar was clean and the service was good. Found it interesting that when I went there today that they were dealing with customers that were stealing and handled it well. One of the employees had a catchy song. Can't remember the song, but I do know that it was funny.

Terrible. Morning shift worker hates where works. Constantly complaining about management. Loud and swearing all the time. I just don't want to hear all that. I won't be going back . every isle blocked by trash. You can't even push a cart in there because of all the trash and stuff on the floor

First off the shelves are always bare while the isles are full of boxes with unstocked inventory. The store stays slow while no one stocks and you cant get to what you need or move through the store-because of the boxes in The way. The majority of the staff is rude as hell, offering no help. The trash cans are over flowing everyday outside the stire and They offer cash but but never have the cash to give when you choose that option. I'm over it completely. This place needs shut down or restaffed

This location is usually clean and has friendly staff. Having items in stock is hit or miss however. Overall decent store, I feel like management could be doing better at ordering things for stock though.

Worst Family Dollar I've ever been in! My daughter was feeling sick and I needed some cough drops for her. We were headed home from her art class and passed by here so I stopped to get her some medicine. The aisles were cluttered with goods and boxes. Display cases are in odd places in the middle of the store. So I find what I need, get to the counter and the lady couldn't bother to take her earbuds out of her ears! The lady in front of me was an Indian lady and didn't understand why the card machine wasn't working for her. The cashier didn't ONCE try to help her?! I helped her through the process. This place should be shut down!

This place is DISGUSTING. RUDE RUDE RUDE STAFF. They don’t care for customers, nor the store. There are ALWAYS boxes piled high everywhere making it a safety hazard to all customers who walk in. Closed in business days with no sign stating why. They need to fire everyone who works there and rehire new employees who care. The store is a reflection of their staff.

We go in there all the time when we need something quick. All the essentials. The store is covered in hand written orange signs. The workers are bossy and not very professional. Occasionally there is somebody really nice that just wants to help.

I don't know why everyone is leaving bad reviews about the employees at this location; they are the nicest people. I only shop at this location. And every time I come in I always see the employee Ron working hard. I absolutely recommend this location. Have you ever been to the Howard or Hawkins stores?

This Family Dollar is ridiculous! I try not to ever go into this one because it's always something type of issue! So I go in today trying to get Tupperware and a Bluetooth speaker and he tells me my total is $36 and some change. I had him a $100 bill and he says oh I can't break that!... Like really!?? Why have a place of "business" if you can't give out change for $100!??!!! This ONLY happens when I go to this particular Family Dollar! I can't stand this location!

Went on a friday afternoon at 11:45 only to find out the doors are locked. I called spoke to someone and they stated they have to lock the doors to use the restroom due to the fact she was the only one there. Kinda sad to only have one employee on a friday.

This is a dollar store, so don't expect anything fancy. I usually buy paper products, air freshener, and cleaning products. Staff is friendly and polite.
