They had some expired food on the shelves and I had to tell them about items that were priced incorrectly. Further, the hostess cupcakes I bought didn’t have cream in them! I contacted hostess about that. All the other issues were quickly resolved by the staff in the store. I really would’ve given them more stars because they were more stocked than most family dollars and they had more staff than usual and they were so pleasant.

I only gave it a star because you have to rate it something to leave a review I honestly would give this store negative stars. The store is always closed during business hours when it is open the staff is fairly friendly however I don’t feel comfortable taking my child in the store with me because of the music they are always blasting is totally inappropriate. You have to move around the aisles like a maze to get to anything because the stock is never on the shelves. They have a tendency to not honor the prices that are labeled then tell you it’s a old price and should have been taken down that’s bs. The parking lot is ridiculous with all the holes and trash. Since the store barely open anyway why not just shut it down.

Worst family dollar around!! No idea why corporate has not stepped in and fixed this store!! NONE of the prices are right! Shelves marked one price rings up a totally different price. And then they say they can't fix it it has to be what it rings up!! I have NEVER been to a store that doesn't honor the shelf price!! Cashier's are horrible, "manager" is rude! Just HORRIBLE!!!!

Not sure what the manager on duty name is but she was a big bad built black lady with a stale wig. After asking a simple question she gave noting but attitude which ruined my entire trip to Family Dollar. She was extremely rude not only to customers asking for help but also her employees. I WILL NOT be shopping here again and I DO NOT recommend this store.

This Family Dollar seems to have a hard time keeping toilet paper on the shelves. But the staff are always friendly and quick. Like most businesses these days, they need help. I'm sure It'll get better soon. Idk. Just hang in there everybody!

Lights burned out in parking lot. Dark. Store always looks like there was just a shopping spree and people ran down the aisles throwing things in their cart. I think there might be more items on the floor than on shelves. Poorly ran and operated.

Not only is this store nasty inside and out but so are the employees. They are rude and will argue with you. I have been in that store and watched people just walk out with a cart of stuff and they didn't even call the cops. They will close at 7-8pm no note on the door. Sometimes they won't open till 11am.If you have the Family dollar app on your phone don't even bother going to this store to use it. Either the items won't be in this store or they will but your coupons won't work or 1 will but no more than 3. This store has just went down hill. Sucks because it's very close to where I live.

I go to this store frequently to get odds and ends things that I need like household and personal care items. The staff is generally friendly, but the store is usually a wreck. There are items on the floor all throughout the store and the floors look and though they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. I definitely go here for the convenience, not the cleanliness.

This store is horrible they have gotten rid of all the freindly faces and the people they have now are rude horrible the GM doesn't have clue how to run the store I asked her a question she didn't even know where the stuff was. They need to fire the GM and DM and start fresh.

So I went to Dollar General like I always do once I picked my items I was told by the cashier that one of my items had been recalled I went to search for a replacement item, when getting back to the register the cashier rung up the lady before me and then it was my turn he decided to make me wait while taking money from his drawer after about 5 minutes I left, my shopping trip only takes 5-10 minutes, but I had to waste time at This store because they like to keep recalled items on the shelves!

Staff? Friendly . Clean? Majority of the time. Prices? Same as the other ones. More space, more items to pick from than most Family Dollar stores.Bags? Every Family Dollar that I been to has a bag shortage due to the corporation end. No bags or the garbage bags they pull out to put your items in.Only bad review is corporation needs to step on the bag department.

Place was a mess. Workers just standing around talking in the isles. A lot of product was not on the shelves. As there are one of these stores every mile it seems, I won't use this store nor would I recommend it.

This store has gone down hill fast. Never open on time or always closing due to no staff. The place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Freight everywhere except where it's suppose to be. Price tags are not updated. I rarely shop here anymore. Only if I forgot something at another store cuz it's close to where I live.

Very rude staff behind counter. The guy waiting on me ripped me off in change, as well as the girl behind me. Called me a thief, and when I argued for my money and her money they told me to leave. I told him I wanted them to go look at the video cameras or I was calling the police and they told me I could call the police but I had to stand out in the parking lot that I couldn't wait in the store and I couldn't leave with the candy bars that I supposedly stole. The guy said give me back to candy bars I tossed him and when I was leaving one hit him on the head and he came outside in the parking lot now this was a member of family Dollar this was a worker there came outside in the parking lot and physically assaulted me so if that tells you how rude those staff members are I wouldn't go there if I were you

This store is always clean and customer friendly . theyve been short a few items due to covid19 ... they even sell alcoholic beverages.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Trash covers the parking lot, trash also all in the grass and inside is just dirty and gross. We didnt even attempt to buy anything and we will never come back to this one.
