We used this place to board our 2-3 year dog three separate times. The longest time was about 8 days. All three times she returned to us happy and healthy. The place does a good job of taking care of their pets. Their website is very informative with what they provide and all the different hours and times. I believe they charge about $32.50 per day. If you would like your dog to get a personal walk, it is about $6 per day. I believe a nail trim is about $6. You do provide your own food for the pet. We will definitely be returning!

First time we used this place for our dog and it will be the last. Our dog will lay on the couch and not move when fireworks are going off and she loves people and we have had zero issues when kenneled at other places. We picked her up on 3/18/24 and since then it’s been a 190.00 for a be bill from five days of bloody diarrhea . We will NEVER use this place again.

UnseenI had double knee replacement surgery on June 13. I made preparations in advance. The most important was boarding my dog Kibou (pronounced key bow). Even at 11, he is still very active. I did a web search for a dog boarding facility. These items were on my criteria.*He would be walked every day*A place that had individual living areas for the dogs*Close to homeI found Eastdale! I chose it without seeing the facility. It was based on the excellent reviews and pictures with descriptions. A little over 3 weeks before I took him, he tore his right ACL. The year before he tore his left ACL. I wasn’t sure Eastdale would take him, but they did. The day I took him, Erika told me all of the staff were aware of his condition. I was so impressed! Erika answered my questions and reassured me. While in the hospital and at rehab I corresponded with the staff at Eastdale. Kibou has behavioral issues. I wanted to make sure he hadn’t attempted to bite or had bitten someone that worked there. I was told he was a favorite, a doll and he was great with everyone. I was so relieved! Since returning home, I’ve seen him twice. He is great and I couldn’t be more pleased! Erika and her team are very knowledgeable and aware of how to care for pets. Kibou may not want to come home. The picture is Kibou at Eastdale. No matter how much it will cost me, having him there is worth every cent and more!August 1Tomorrow, August 2, Kibou comes home! I received this picture a few moments ago. They bathed and groomed him for his homecoming! He is my family and Eastdale treated him and cared for him like he was a part of their family! I hope each person that reads this review, will have no doubt that boarding your pet at Eastdale is the best choice! I am grateful to Erika and everyone on her team for taking great care of Kibou! I can assure you, I will be a repeat customer! Thank you everyone!

Easdale is a fantastic place! My 11 yr old pup gets excited every time we get in their parking lot. I know my pets are well taken care of when I have to leave. I will never use another pet boarding service! You guys are amazing!!The two photos I attached are of my pups and the ones Easdale sends me while they are in their care!!

So I haven't been here for my dogs..... But I was going up a Hill That is right beside their kennel and was sliding off the road and pulled in the driveway. Erica came out to my car and was sooo very nice. She let me park there until the roads were clear and it quit snowing. The grounds are beautiful. I would totally recommend this place based on its looks and owner. Thank you again so much!!

Boarded my dog with Easdale a while back when I was unexpectedly called out of town for work. Pickup and drop off were easy. The staff was friendly, and prices were very reasonable. I even added on a nature walk for my pup so he got some additional stimulation. Most importantly, they really seem to care about the dogs. This place came highly recommended via word of mouth from a friend, and they were 100% right. Will be bringing my pups here again!

I love their products and they use to bathe with. My dog always comes home smelling & looking much better! I will continue to take her there to get groomed. The business recently changed owners & it's going to be great. I can't wait to see what these ladies do with the place. So many great upgrades already!

Nancy the Former owner explain the kennel's been there since the 1930s. I live across The Valley. And with the new owners I've never heard more barking which means something is wrong.I have 2 dogs and I know when they're not content. The new owners are doing something wrong when I hear the children of owners.Barking like I've never heard them bark in 23 years.

My pups had a great time! Brody is a pro! I was so worried about Cooper it was his first time being boarded. I called every day I was so annoying but they tolerated me! They also took the time to talk to me every time I called. When my husband and I picked the boys up they were so happy. But they were NOT stressed. They didn't look tired they looked like they just came back from their own vacation! Thank you guys for everything for taking care of my boys and me!

I have boarded my boy here approximately 5-6 times, starting from when he was five months -- he has always been treated wonderfully and with excellent care. The staff is familiar with his unique personality and take time out of their schedules to make sure he gets the most out of his one-on-one time with them. Lots of space on the property and with on-site grooming services, he always comes home clean and happy. Love this place!!

Well, my cat was alive when I picked him up, about the best thing I can say for the place. He was there a week and 5 cans of food were missing from the case so I am guessing he was fed 5 out of 7 days. Staff was hurried, rushed us in and rushed us out. Never received promised photos, I guess I have a problem with people saying they'll do something and then not doing it. Not sure if he received one on one time or not as I was told they would squeeze it in as I *hadn't requested* it. Pretty bewildered that I would even have to. Will not be returning.

Choosing a place for for dog to spend a few nights is a challenge. Easdale is not a strip mall dog business. The staff was caring and truly interested in our dog.Easdale has a variety of services to add on to the boarding. It's a little out of the way but definitely worth the travel.Our dog was happy to see us but not "out of sorts" the way she's been after spending time at other boarding kennels. And a special bonus is that her bath had her clean and looking good after her stay.Highly recommended!

I boarded my rescue dog, Winston for a week. I was extremely nervous, he had never been boarded. He had been to Easedale 2 times for grooming and 1 time for a 1/2 day while I moved. He is not dog friendly, he had been attacked by a dog last year where I used to live, so we don't go to dog parks or socialize with other dogs. I took Winston to Easdale the week before my trip to pay ahead of time and let him sniff around before I left him for a week. From the minute I walked in, I was put at ease by Nancy, Morgan and Alex. They talked to me for about 30 minutes and made me and Winston feel very comfortable. They answered all my questions. Winston had a run at the end not too close to the other dogs. I took his blanket, food and toys to feel more like home. I can not recommend this place enough!!!! I emailed almost every day during my trip and they always responded during business hours, they even sent me a picture. I booked the nature hikes and one on one time for every day. I will never board anyplace else!!!! He was ready to go at the time I said I would be there. I truly think Winston enjoyed his stay at Easedale and he will never be boarded anywhere but Easdale. Thank you all again for putting me at ease and letting me enjoy my vacation knowing how well he was cared for😊😊😊Lynn and Winston Lewis

I haven't had a bad experience here. Our dog is very anxious about going to new places but he is pretty relaxed when I come and pick him up. He has gotten better about minor trims around his eyes or mouth at home between grooming since going there which leads me to believe that the groomer there is gentle with him while he is there.

I had dogs, as seems for ever and have been around a lot of dog kennels. Can confidently say this kennel is exceptional. Staff is amazing - always friendly, extremely helpful and understanding, willing to accommodate every rationale request, have good knowledge about every aspect of dog care. And the most important -one can tell the people working there LOVE DOGS. This kennel may not be the biggest or fanciest but it's definitely the one providing best all around dog care. Strongly recommend !!!

Easdale is one of a kind. The dogs are treated as family there. Dogs leave and come happy! The staff is completely wonderful and are 100% invested in the dogs. They take nice pictures during trail walks for the owner's to see how well and happy they were with they're stay. The owner is very knowledgeable on all breeds and is up front and honest with everyone. They truly care about the owner's and their pets!

This is the first kennel my dog has been excited to stay at! Normally reticent and reluctant to be away from home, Scout is overjoyed when he gets out of the car and realizes we're at Easedale again. He loves Nancy and has a great time in the ball park activity (I've seen video). He always has a bath before he comes home and when I pick him up he is clean, happy, and tired. I wouldn't board him anywhere else! A special thank you to Nancy and company for their outstanding service.

These folks care about our pets. They have consistently provided superior care for both of our dogs for many years now. You know things are good when the dogs get excited to go! We will always use this boarding kennel as long as we are in the area. Thank you Easdale!

this was the first time I had to board my 10 month old irish wolfhound/norwegian elkhound mix & he returned SO happy!! they fit him into their schedule on short notice, the per day price was reasonable & reid took an art class/had his picture taken one day for a small additional cost :) totally worth it! facility was in a nicely wooded area, plenty of toys and space for the dogs to run around in and very very clean. cannot talk highly enough about this place!! ask for rachel when calling in :) she rocks

Ever since I picked my dog up from this place he just hasn’t been acting right. Was told that my dog was eating everyday, yet my dog lost a significant amount of weight. The areas that they keep the dogs are very small. My dog came back with breakdown on his paws and feet from laying on concrete. My dog has been weird ever since he’s gotten back... really makes me skeptical of this place. Don’t think I will be boarding my dog again! Also, they never returned the big box of snack bones I sent for my dog, really doubt he went through that entire box of treats considering he wasn’t even eating like they claimed he was. Owner seems high strung as well

Nancy and her crew are simply amazing.We have to board our dog, Lizzie quite a bit, and before we discovered Easdale, she would get anxious on *any* car ride, thinking we were taking her to the kennel she hated.Since we found Easdale, Lizzie looks forward to going to "camp" and she comes back happy and content - we know that Nancy takes care of her as if Lizzie was her own dog.Easdale is meticulously clean, bright and upbeat. Dogs get played with and paid attention to, not just simply placed in a crate and fed.When we pick up Lizzie, we get a summary of her activities, and a photo of her during activity time. My whole family looks forward to this when we bring her home from camp.There is no place I would rather send my dog - sometimes I think Lizzie likes it more than home!

Took my dog here for two nights. We brought her with a bag of toys. We asked if they could give her the heart worm medicine because it was due the second day she was there. We went to pick her up and looked in the bag and the medicine was still in there at the bottom untouched.

They certainly LOVE dogs much to expensive for us. Plus you have to pay EXTRA for anything you would want your pet to do while your gone. Play ball one on one, hike etc etc. But I must say GREAT PLACE if you can afford it.
