The store manager has no Customer service cusses and calls customers out of there name...there store is always empty or closed the smoke more then they work I hope this reaches a regional manager

Managers are rude and have no idea how their own coupons work. Shelves are empty . Boxes pulled up to the ceiling in the back of the store so if you want anything out of the freezer section you are out of luck. Cuyahoga falls location is way better

They still need to add products the freezers empty there's no milk no eggs no no bread we need them desperately the other store is closed except here depend on them desperately and we're happy to do without things because of this

I love the backpack policy at dollar general but I don't like how employees treat their customers when they have a backpack. The female employee said Backpack and was rude to me and my fiancé. I would like to see her fired. They could have said please leave your backpack at the front of the store. I am not mad or angry with this employee I just want employees to treat customers the way they want to be treated I actually want to go back to this location.

Would have easily given this store 5 stars since they remodeled! I love the new setup and their home decor section is absolutely awesome now. Found some really cute stuff cheap. 3 stars instead of 5 because There needs to be a security guard at this location to keep the store nice. During my visit two different customers stole entire carts full of stuff. The manager or girl in charge had her hands full. It was not right. what is she supposed to do other than call the police. So corporate could have paid a security guard with all the money they lost from the two thieves and those girls should not have to go through that. Sad because its not going to stay this nice for long if they dont do anything. Really a bummer.

Whoever reads this from Dollar general I would really hope someone contacts me back because every time I go to this Dollar general on North main Street it's always closed if they open up at 8:00 in the morning why do the sign say they open up at 2:00 I mean come on make that make sense and this is not the first time like I don't understand how this Dollar general is still open because it needs to get shut down because it's never open so

Since reopening closed more than open. Supposed to be open til 10pm is always closed before 10pm. Never used to be like this, when Tracy ran store before the fire. Getting just as bad as Family Dollar now.

Not a bad spot. So much parking you'll lose your car! Good selections, With the exception of covid19... They are trying! Only thing that bites the big one... The wait for the checkout!!Bring a lunch... You'll be there a minute.

Nice to have a quick place to grab most common items without having to go much further. It drives me crazy though that they havent fixed that damaged overhang on the backside of the building where it looks like a semi hit. Really an eyesore and I feel as though it reflects negatively on the company as a whole more than this individual location.

Alright store, a few of the clerks are nice. If you try to do cash back on a debit or credit card, go before 9pm because there's an old lady that says "oh, I emptied my drawer and can't" because she's too lazy to go to the next drawer over and do the transaction for you. Other than that, usually alright and they have a decent amount of products to get you by on a budget.

The emoyees are friendly. The shelves are only completely full for food and regularly looks out of stock for items. Shelves where so empty for the toothpaste/toothbrush section that I walked past it without even realizing I did.

Nothing is in stock, probably because they only have 1 employee working. They aren't super human, they can't do everything alone. The place is dirty and under stocked. Pay people to be there to run the store correctly.

Just about everything you need is there at a great price Unfortunately they only sell salmon in a can I wish they would carry it in the sealed packages like they do their Tuna from star cast sometimes the lines are too long because her so busy in the store

This neighborhood has many unsavory things going... the store itself is fine... It's much needed in this poor-class neighborhoods...! Entirely too much suffering happening for the lower class of this country being the upper echelon are acting like a vulture or wolf Clan...!!!

Dollar general has all my personal cleaning and beauty supplies at a great deal especially the pre designed nails. There noodles are less expensive than even Marc's, I get all my home cleaning supplies here as well. Great products and a few clothing items as well!

It is getting better little cleaner in more stock But my problem with this store is no access to the restroom when I call the district supervisor he says restrooms are to me made public available but when you ask the clerk they say they can't do it with somebody is not telling the truth I'm a senior now spend my hard earned money in here and therefore I need to use the Restroom rather abruptly mean no warning So sometimes I do not have time to finish My shopping and have to drive home just use the restroom only did turn around and go back and do My shopping all over again I think it's ridiculous though take your money but they won't Ally you to use a public restroom and I know they have them I have been in them There are a lot of places this way it is sad

What can I say you get what you pay for. I'm always looking for low prices. They have the best prices around. Not well organized but product is moving out so fast. I expect it to be. My favorite store to shop.

This locations air conditioning has been broken all summer, making it unbearably hot inside most of the time. The employees try their best to be helpful and positive though.

Horrible store! I love dollar general but can't stand this one it's the worst!! Any sale that they have they don't follow through with it any markdowns that they're supposed to have they don't mark them down and just say too bad it's absolutely one of the worst stores that I've been in don't try to coupon at this one they are so rude about it

I would never shop here if it wasn't a block from my house. They are always understaffed, so you end up waiting in line forever to check out with a cashier that more often than not, acts like they're doing you a favor if they acknowledge you at all.

CLOSED!!!!Do not waste your time driving to this location. Hours of operation are wrong. The location has a fence around the entire parking lot, and have the gates down on all the doors and windows.

I enjoy shopping here however I had to wait in line to make my purchase for at least 10-12 minutes which is the norm for this store. Very busy atmosphere.

Good place to shop for everyday items. Always clean and well stocked. Staff is nice and the manager is awesome! Highly recommend!
