The two women that worked on Saturday 8/6/22 @ approximately 1:30 p.m went out of their way to be as polite and accommodating as possible. They were patient, kind and informative. That was a great customer experience! I will definitely shop here more often!

I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes while the cashier resumed straightening the shelves behind the counter. When I let her know I was standing there (which she knew the entire time I stood there looking stupid) she copped an attitude and told me she would be right with me when she was finished. Which took her almost another full 2 minutes. When she finally decided to ring my purchases up there was an item I had to put back because I only had do much cash on me. When I brought that to her attention she sighed very loudly and made a complete spectacle in front of the other customers in line. Made me feel completely uncomfortable. I will not be returning here in the future! Honestly should have went elsewhere, and if it wasn't for the items I absolutely needed for my son I would have. Horrible customer service. The displays outside for everything on **clearance** we're a total mess!! Very unorganized store and not very clean either.

The past 3 times l have been in this store, the cashier has pointed to a wrinkled up handmade sign at the register which indicates that my request to use debit with cash back is not happening "at this time". I didn't want to pay your dollar fee anyhow.

I had an awful experience today at this location. I have been a customer for 6 years and today I experienced verbal disrespect and rudeness from the manager. She exemplified abuse of power and very poor character and unprofessional disposition. I am calling corporate immediately.

Perfectly fine if you are looking for a quick 2 liter of soda, or a box of snack cakes. Providing you can find them. Typical Dollar General, staffed by people that really could care less, but it was decently clean and semi organized..

They have basic stuff but not very good & less variety than I'd like. For example I came in for some charcoal & a pack of game leafs but they only had small bags of coal so I needed 2 (which turned out to cost more than a normal medium sized bag) and when I asked the clerk about the game's she said "we dont get cool stuff like that" lmfao. 😂 but I'm pretty lazy so u know imma just get whatever they got. I'm already here and ion wanna go to another store. Dollar general not as bad as dollar tree but not as popping as family dollar.🤷🏾‍♀️

If u give a time to open the management should honor it..I came up at 9am they said come back in an hour they have a sign that say OPEN at 1030am..and it 11am now ..I like the store but definitely has to do better

Store is trying but very overcrowded with items. They need a bigger store. I love the General Dollar Stores. Bargain prices on many good quality items.

Still do not have some essentials that I have been waiting fir like Clorox wipes not their brand, not the same. They were also out of regular scrubbing bubbles.

this store is joke stop on my way home the door were close nothing on the door to say they are not open 4 other customer after me came to door ask me if it was open I could see someone just standing in there this not the first time it was not open if you can't staff yours store then close it

Careful if your handicap, was told "they don't like our type ( wheelchair-bound myself) in here, Manager blocked wheelchair ramp between handicap spots for hours after store opened, until this one guy asked her to move so he can get into the store with his wheelchair, I got tired of waiting and left without making purchases

There service is good with a few employees one manager sits around like queen bee while discounted products never ring out correctly close to where I live so I live with the inconvenience of their convenience store

Lackadaisical employees who don't follow CDC guidelines. Allow any customer in without requesting them to wear a mask. Just seems like nobody cares about protecting one another.
