This is a beautiful and grande department store in Summit Mall. It is well lit and bright and spacious and immaculately clean. They appear to have everything you could want or need for the entire family and household. It is toward the back of the mall opposite Macys.

Disappointed with their 30 day return policy. Especially around the holidays. This company is not customer service oriented. Item bought over Black Friday week for Christmas gift that didn’t work. Since the 30 day window lapsed before the gift was even opened, all the store would offer is store credit. Truly disappointing that holiday shopping is not taken into consideration like most other retailers. Will not shop again with Dillards.

Sharon cut my hair. Beautiful haircut. I have leg issues and have a difficult time getting comfortable in the chair. She went out of her way to make me comfortable. Made another appointment.

Found what I was looking for but the one star is for employee who treated my boyfriend and I in a very bad manor. While looking at the different colors or spanx, two employees walked up to my boyfriend (black) and I (white). I was trying to put back the spanx that I moved to find my size. They were not subtle. It was very obvious they thought we were up to no good. I explained to the employee that I was placing the items back where I found them, and wanted to try on the size that I found. It was very obvious the employee was only there because of the color of my boyfriends skin. I understand trying to prevent stealing, but I was there to purchase and her actions very well showed she was racist. Love the spanx but the environment of the store was off putting. Do better please

Well we had gone to Macy's before here to look for Perfume. The sales clerk there was not helpful at all and didn't offer us the advice or info we were searching for. She was even rude and made us feel unwanted. So we took a walk to Dillard's to see what they had and the woman there actually listen to our questions and was very helpful. Helped us find what we were looking for and we got everything we wanted and even found more than we were looking for cause the sales associate was that amazing.

I came in to Dillards today looking for a pretty pair of pajamas to wear this week for pajama day at the office. I had already tried other stores where nothing got right so when I came in, I was feeling fat and defeated, and really discouraged. A very nice lady directed me to the lingerie department where plus size clothing wasn’t separated from everything else, and I felt included. Wanda was the well groomed classy customer service lady at the desk. She greeted me with a smile and asked if there’s anything that I need or she could help me with. I told her what I needed and Wanda served me like I was royalty. I came from shopping at another department store where I wasn’t greeted or regarded with attention and was even told that the pajamas I was holding to try on wouldn’t fit me, and I really should look somewhere else and they pointed across the store to another area with plus size pajamas-which turned out to be just a little square area in the middle of a bunch of tiny sizes with all of three or four choices and pajamas that didn’t really go up to the plus size I needed. I left so downtrodden and was originally walking all the way across the mall to another specific pajama shop, which was no longer there when I reached the location it was supposed to be and that’s what I saw Dillards and thought I would take a look. Contrary to the treatment I just experienced at the other department store, Wanda not only greeted me, but she also showed me to a fitting room explaining that if I needed help all I needed to do was push the button in the dressing room. I tried on the one pajamas said I found, and after finding that they didn’t fit and re-dressing there was a knock on the door-it was Wanda with pretty pink pajamas in my exact size with a different size for the bottom and different size for the top. It made me feel so special that she was working for me when I didn’t even know it. The pajamas fit perfectly. They were exactly what I wanted and I was ready to go make my purchase and just as I was re-dressing was another knock on the door, and it was Wanda with yet more choices in case the first ones didn’t work which they did perfectly. She went above and beyond. I got emotional and very embarrassingly, I started to cry because she made me feel so special when I walked in feeling so miserable. Wanda hugged me and gave me tissues and said she was so glad to help me. Thank you Wanda and thank you Dillards!

I have to start off by saying that I don't shop at Dillard's very often. I came in today shopping for men's colognes, which I shop for often, and I received the best service I've ever had while cologne shopping. Sarah was awesome! She was very friendly, helpful and very patient while I shopped. I didn't come in looking for any brand in particular. I was just looking for something that smelled good and would be a great Valentine's Day gift. I really appreciated all of her input and help. As we all know, good customer service can be pretty hit or miss these days. What an asset she is to your company! You can tell she really enjoys and takes pride in her job. I'll definitely be returning any time I need to shop for perfumes or colognes.

Dillard's used to be a nice store.. my recently my son porches a carry on from them..on the day of departure when he was closing he's carry on the "zipper broke" !! When he arrived home after 2 weeks I went to Dillard's & try to return for him or exchange for another one ..we had original receipt all tags under 30days etc..Dillard's didn't want to have nothing to do to help..The lady was rude keep telling me if he already used once and something happened with the carry-on he is on his own..Dillards clear their hands etc..we had the receipt they said you have to deal with manufacturer..$250🙈 he liked it and he bought it..people do not purchase any traveling merchandises from Dillard's if something happened in the process of you traveling with their merchandise Dillard's will not give you your money back/ exchange nor trying to help..you on your own go to TJ Maxx or Macy's customer service much better never will my son purchase or I anything from Dillard's with their policy that day of that rude customer service I receive will never shop again love Macy's &✌to Dillard's

Had make up done @ Estée Lauder for my sons wedding. I said no powder, she used powder then argued with me about it. I also agreed to purchasing 2 products, she pushed 3 in me even after I said save one to buy later.I went home & washed my face, did my own face. She was so painfully slow that I was not ready for them ceremony.Make up artist at the next counter did my other sons girlfriends make up. Nice job, but took advantage $$$.Together I was charged $338.Not going back, returning products.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The customer service was horrendous!!!! Asked for help getting a shirt down off the wrack and it turned into a big deal. Security guard following you around like you’re doing something wrong and before we were ready to check out a rude woman approached us and asked if we need to check out as we were clearly still shopping.. security guard (or whoever) called down and made sure we were being watched.

Good selection. Polite staff. Just OK. Shopping 2 weekends before Christmas did not have that "feel". Retailers should pull out all stops to keep people from buying online. Tonight was really not that enjoyable. I miss the days when these stores would be flooded with Christmas. It was special then.

Very satisfying! Purchased shoes for a wedding, the woman in the shoe dept was pleasant and very helpful. The sales lady in lingerie went above and beyond, kudos to her. Purchased some intimates and a bridal shower gift. She made a fun experience for what is usually frustrating in that department. Many thanks to Dillard's sales associates .

If I could rate it lower, I would. The manager, Cara, destroyed my virgin hair. I understand that mistakes happen. But she said she would "do some research", then call me to schedule a time she would correct it. She never called. I called her and we made an appointment. She never even showed up, then called me a week later to tell me my phone doesn't work (it does). I truly doubt she even donated my hair as I requested. Now I have to pay a lot more money so someone else can fix her mistakes. I regret paying her, but I thought to leave without paying was theft.

Horray for the lingerie department!! These ladies really know their business. I'm a guy, obviously, and I needed a little help getting the right equipment for a younger member of my family. They were quick, did all the sizing for us, and gave us a great value. I would definitely come here again.

Need a party dress...this is your place. They don't have much clearance items but that's because they carry quality clothing lines. Don't forget to get on their email list so you are informed of their store sale events.
