I really dislike this CVS and it's the closest to my house. First they refused to carry a prescription that I need monthly because they don't get many prescriptions for it. So far as caring about customers. I need ensure plus strawberry regularly. I drive all the way to East market. I would change my review if they would start carrying it and start carrying about the customer's.

All the pharmacy techs and retail employees have been great here!!! Unfortunately, the male pharmacist is rude, condesending, chauvinistic, and many more words that Google will block. He wouldnt even let me finish my VERY FIRST SENTENCE before already becoming completely dismissive and arrogant. And if that's not INFURIATING enough the automated answering system is GUARANTEED to make anyone homicidal😠😡😠😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬If it's going to take me 3 calls and 10+k prompts just to finally get through to the pharmacy, DON'T BE A COMPLETE @$$WHEN I FINALLY DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the prior review. You would think someone would look at the bad reviews. A report was finally made to corporate. The dude’s name at the window is Prakash. He’s from a country that doesn’t respect women very much. It’s bad enough in this country, but at least there’s mostly civility here.

Hours aren’t consistent. Constantly closed during the hours it claims are open.

Arin helped me in the drive thru and she went above and beyond for me. I needed a Covid PCR test and I asked about purchasing at home tests while I was there. She graciously checked my insurance and let me know I could get at home tests covered by my insurance! She had an incredibly beautiful soul.

I don’t want to blame all the staffs but mainly the young Nepali guy who serves at drive through window is very rude and very unhelpful to the customers. We recently moved to new address that’s why my dad’s didn’t get chance to change his ID with the new address but still his name and DOB are there to match. But he denied to give the medicine which was very important to my dad..

Am I the only person who can't get refills? I call to check if it's ready, they say they don't have a prescription. I call my doctor who confirms that not only did they send it, but CVS sent a confirmation. I call back to tell them they do have it they put me on hold for 5 minutes to tell me they "found" it but it wont be ready for two hours.My daughter has diabetes type 1 and they send back her supplies before she needs more. We then have to wait when she does need them and I end up paying out of pocket until it is sorted. I'm fed up. To Marc's I goThey really need to get it together. This is people's lives they are messing around with. Total incompetence.

I wouldn’t use this pharmacy if it was free. I have constantly encountered problems when trying to get my meds. They try to point the finger toward my doctor to cover their incompetence. They have flat out lied to me and hung up when I complained. Never again.

Being a nepali I would recommend to fired all the nepali employees they just cheap as hell..don’t know how to deal with a costumer, they think they’re boss of the cvs pharmacy…and always on attitude…

I stopped in on Labor day and less than five minutes into my shopping I am being followed and the clerk runs to the back to get help from another employee. Just for shopping. Like I was doing something wrong. Your loss CVS. I will not spend any more of my money at CVS. I will also not recommend family and friend from spending money at CVS. I will spend my money at Walgreens or Dollar General. Where I am treated like genuine customer.

Went through the drive thru dropped off my prescriptions when i went back hours later to pick them up i was handed a large bag the doctor ordered me a blood pressure monitor and two blood pressure medications and they gave a glucose meter

Prescriptions are never ready when they promise it to be. Also, dont drop a script off and think your going to wait. I dropped scripts off at 3p they said it would be ready at 5:10p.m.?
