I have known Steve for a number of years he created my pond at previous address and now current address he knows his business he thinks outside the box. I highly recommend him does excellent work. He's always there for u if u have a problem and quick to resolve it. So if u need a outdoor pond hes the person. I was at a deadline to get this pond built and 20 tons of rock later Steve and his son made the deadline and I have a gorgeous pond. Ps I have all my fish that I had raised over 30 years at previous address and not one died

Steve knows his stuff. His place is not your typical franchise pet store. He has 30 plus years of experience. I'm a new saltwater hobbyist. I had issues that he solved right away. If you can't handle someone who has more knowledge in this hobby and you think he is just trying to sell you something. Then do go there. You would be wrong. It's not a hobby for him it's a PASSION!!!! If you want to learn and get your tanks up and running correctly Steve is the best in the biz... Steve thanks for everything.

The dude definitely knows his stuff, I could tell by his set ups. Prices are pretty inconsistent and not really there anything your interested in you have to ask , most everything seemed healthy. There wasn’t all that much variety when I was there. The place wasn’t very clean but not the dirtiest I’ve been to. His customer service needs a lot of work. Didn’t seem very thrilled we were there at a very reasonable time during his open hours.

I am just beginning my salt water aquarium, I visited this store about 3 days ago and the guy seemed nice enough but was smoking in the place and you could tell he had been drinking. My boyfriend wanted to check it out today so I figured why not. When we went he was screaming in the back of the store and acted like we were sort of a pain. I then noticed a little damsel getting torn apart by 3 other fish in one of the tanks so I told the owner. He walked over and goes "they're picking on him because he's dead." I said no he's clearly breathing and I just watched him swim across the tank he's trying to get away. He said, "would it make you feel better if I took him out. I said well yes at least he'll have a chance then. The owner then took the fish out of the tank and turns to me and goes "there" then turns to his pond where the turtles and catfish live and tossed the little fish in there to be eaten. Not only did he not care for his fish but basically mocked my concern. I immediately left and will not be returning. The tanks are filthy anyways and his prices are very high, they are not expressly marked either, he just sort of spouts them off as he see you looking.

He seems to really know what he’s talking about, and has a good variety of fish in his store. He seems like a nice guy, and the prices were fairly decent. Nothing is marked with prices, so it makes me wonder if he is just making the prices up as he goes. Anyway he really cares about fish and always gives good advice for any problems!

Starting my first tank (55 gallon fish, live rock, and live sand), after having a few freshwaters over the years and soon realized that I knew nothing about what goes into caring for saltwater tanks. Went to the Seacave (sweet name by the way) after trying out a few other local fish stores and scouring the internet for hours trying to find some decent information on exactly what I should be doing and how I should be doing it and was relieved to find someone who actually could help me make this project happen. Any question I had there was an exact answer for unlike before where I was left wondering if I had done something correctly or not. Steve has been more than helpful in both setup and fish selection and I will definitely be returning for any other questions and/or purchases for my tank.

Steve took care of setting up my kids tank in his kindergarten classroom. Not only was he professional but he made the set up a learning experience that the kids still talk about. He's easy to work with and I highly recommend him. You are not going to find a better onsite fish guy than Steve.

Worst customer service ever. Steve makes up prices with no consistency - pushes to see how high he can go. He drinks and smokes in the shop. On 3 different visits, he told me different remedies I needed for the same problems given each time. He is a “know it all” and doesn’t ever listen to what the customer has to say. Save yourself the aggravation and go somewhere else.

I bought $150 worth of equipment from this guy. I was planning on buying an entire saltwater setup, but realized this place had a sketchy vibe. I'm not new to the hobby and it was clear his prices were unfair. I tried to return the items I bought and he said that he didn't have cash. HE WROTE ME AN IOU ON A BUSINESS CARD. (litterally wrote "IOU $80") I will be going back to retreive my cash soon. We'll see if this guy honors his garbage practice of business. I will be sure let everyone know!

Decent selection and the fish look relatively healthy. HOWEVER.As we pulled in the employees were out back drinking and smoking, and when we entered the building it smelled strongly of weed. The inside was pretty gross, just filthy, and the products piled atop each other without much semblance of order.Overall, I will not be coming here again.

Aquatic Interiors has been great from the beginning for me! Their many years of experience shows every time I've dealt with them. I had a saltwater aquarium years ago that was a very disappointing and hard to maintain, but I thought I'd try again. I purchased a 125 gallon tank and stand and had very little knowledge or experience...but they helped me turn it into a stunning saltwater reef aquarium that is a beautiful addition to my home and fairly easy to maintain.They came out to my house, planned the whole system and set it all up. And what a system it is...top of the line with the latest in aquarium innovations! There have been many advancements in aquarium technology in the last few years...and Aquatic Interiors seems to be on top of them all.Anytime I have a question or problem, I can talk right to the owner and he always has the time to discuss possible ideas and solutions. They have a great selection of fish, corals, plants, rocks, etc. and the knowledge and honesty to tell you if something you'd like to put in your aquarium may not work well with your existing situation/set-up, and to suggest alternatives.Highly recommended!

The owner of this place was such a jerk. He hardly had any stock in there. When I told him I was starting a reef tank and looking for a chromis damsel he started giving me this speech of how I did everything wrong and stuffed something in my hands to use first. He then pushed me over to a tank to show me a something and literally pushed my mother out of the way. I was livid! I drove 40 miles to check out this place and I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE; advanced or beginners. If I had a camera I would file a lawsuit against his physical rudeness and almost pushing my mother over.

Great place to get instruction on fresh and saltwater setups. Keep in mind this is a small business offering years of experience. This is not an online retailer like Amazon so expect to pay more products. It's worth it due to the advice and service you will receive.

Great service and very knowledgeable owner..ive been going here for years (on and off) and never had a problem..his new location in copley is clean and quaint. I support local buissines, and he is one one of the few local aquarium shops that actually care about his customers..prices are fair, but he carries some hard to get items...in the age of led lights, its hard to find t5 and mh bulbs anymore, but he has them!!!

My dad had changed from a freshwater tank to a saltwater tank and was having a heck of a time with all of his fish dying. Steve Mills came out and got him all set up. His tank looks beautiful and, most importantly, all of his fish are thriving!

Worst experience I've had while in the saltwater hobbie. The worker, Steve took full advantage of the fact that I was new to setting up saltwater aquariums and sold me pieces for 30$ that I later found I could buy for 10$ or less. THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU THERE!! Please research and look around before STEVE hustles you!

My wife and I stopped in for our first time just to see what they have and this guy comes up and asks us what he can do for us. We said we were just looking around and he acted like we were wasting his time. He actually threw his hands up in the air and walked away.Go to Fish City in Barberton for freshwater or Ocean Rift in North Canton for salt water. Don't stop here and waste this guys time.
