Every single time I come here I have items ring up at the wrong price. I have had to stand and wait for customer service to adjust prices on as many as 15 items because the sale price was not updated in their system, or worse, they just have the wrong price on the tags and I'm getting charged nearly doubled at the register. Today marks the 3rd time in a row it's happened so best believe I will never step foot in an Acme again. Half the employees are just on their phones, so it's really no wonder why nothing's getting done. Save your hiked up prices, I hope this entire chain ceases to exist in the next decade because its literally the worst grocery store in the state.

I like the Acme in Fairlawn. Certainly it is better than it's competition. It is a large store - - perhaps too large. One curiosity is the presence of unusual items and lack of common items. Produce is about the best in the area.

Always very clean and very well stocked at this location.. they usually will have a employee for check-out and also plenty of self checkouts.. Alot of other popular stores all in the radius..

Well I'm from Texas. We have what you call our "home grown personal market that's still family owned called H.E.B," which supports our local Texans farms. Acme gives a big resemblance of that feeling. Thank you Acme!

It's OK in a pinch. On a regular basis I would avoid. This store is way too expensive and their 'deals' are really deals. You can buy cheaper elsewhere.

Over all I like this store, it is clean with friendly staff. There is a good selection of fresh produce and other convenience items. I even found some items that I haven’t seen since my childhood!

This store is the nastiest place to buy food. It's only out of pure convenient location that one would go here. The management always has an eye on the wrong ones. The environment fostered here is not customer focused. I've grabbed food off the shelf that expired a week ago and brought it to them. Some good people work there and I'm sure they carry the weight of the load. No wonder self checkout is put in. To many complaints and just dirty.

The management is amazing and friendly! If i could rate them separately, I would give them a 5 star! However, they need more sugar free / low carb options in all departments. They are way behind other stores in these selections.

Only self serve open registers. I need a cashier or bagger to pack my groceries due to my back disability with doctor restrictions. Not fair for people with disabilities.

I am in love with the bulk food/spice selection here. The produce section also appears better than most other grocery stores in the area and it's never horribly over crowded.

This grocery store has been a part of my town since long before I was born and its service, cleanliness, and products are always very good. Occasionally the prices are a little high and I'm not a big fan of their prepared foods -- but this is a store with a conscience and they give financially and in product-donation to the community. Great customer service, good quality, clean and community focused -- they will always have my business.

Very busy on a Saturday but seemed well stocked. Slight delay at check out. Online order was good for the items that were there (deli plate), but two salads that were ordered were not made and last minute making of them didn't seem to be something they were offering so had to picked a bagged option off the shelf. Bakery cookies and loaf of bread were especially good.

Nice store. Large selection. Not in my normal driving radius . Went in for 1 item not available in Tuscarawas county . Came out with cartful . I recommend this grocery store.

The store is always clean, variety is good, and staff is polite. The fresh made deli counter has never disappointed, there's an ample bulk foods section as well as organic if that's your preference. We largely make use of the produce selection as many harder to find but wonderful ingredients things like parsley root are available. There's also solid selections for any ethnicity or dietary desire I know to look for. This Acme is also the best liquor stores in the Montrose shopping area offering plenty of variety. The store was renovated a few years ago and is one of two groceries my wife an I shop at regularly.

I used to love shopping here and I realize pricing has increased all over but even non brand name products here are as expensive as brand name. There are very little low cost options and I only go here to buy the creamer we like that they don’t stock at Giant Eagle.

Had what I needed. Inflation is $1 per item even in the fruit and vegetables. But is a clean and kind store 🏪🙂 worth going back. Fellow shoppers are not kind and will block your way and squeeze by you when there is a whole store to walk in, weird right, still fun to shop all the sales and markdowns are worth ignoring the obvious. Love 💕 you have a great day! Great Clean Store!

This is a Very Large, less personal Acme. It is kept clean, and seems to mostly have everything I need. They have a number of Handicap Parking Spaces, which usually at least one is available. They have decent access for wheelchairs, and motorized carts available for those who need them. Their restrooms were clean the last time I went in.
