I have never been in a store where you have to fight to get down the isle's. The product is strewn about and is just plain disgusting inside and out. The A/C is never working in this store and this summer I bought chocolate and it was melted in the bag. It simply looks like it's a going out of business storefront with things just thrown on the shelf's!

No air conditioning! , Radio at check out was very loud, and girl didn't offer to turn it down, ..prices on shelves need updated cause items ring up higher than they say. Can't never get through the isles from stock not being put up.....

I shop there often an it's mainly cause they have 18pks of pop. That's the only thing I buy. An most of the people who work there are rude an just don't have much customer service experience or any common curiosity. Very bad all around the store dirty an cramped with poor service an to much attitude.

It seems like every other DG where there's one person working and there's no AC. Aisles are usually blocked with product that needs stocked. Feel bad for the workers here.

I don't shop there much, sometimes they don't have what I'm looking for. They need more employees on the weekends, 1 person standing at the cash register at all times. 1 or 2 employees restocking the shelves. They need a bigger store, cuz the isles are to small, it's hard to get around. Specially when they are restocking the shelves. The employees are very friendly though.

Sadly, this store is always a mess. I believe it to be terribly understaffed. The workers are nice people but often there is no one at the register because they are stocking the selves. Staff turn over is high. They have a very good variety of merchandise. I wish upper management would properly staff the store. Dollar General has spent money on a remodel of the store to fit in more product, but now the store feels claustrophobic and unkempt!

This store is cramped and dirty. Card readers at checkout seem to always have some issue and don't work correctly. Aisles almost always unnavigable. Staff always friendly, but store not nearly as well-kept as Beaverdam, Forest, Dunkirk and Kenton stores.

Great customer service and assistance. Store has really kept their shelves stocked and you can get through the aisle without having stock blocking ur way. Has almost everything u need with a wide variety of merchandise.

This store is a mess, went in on a Monday and the whole isle for cat food and litter was empty went back on Saturday and was exactly the same and only 1 person working the store.For a college town and as much business this store gets you would think it would be clean and more organized. Worst one I've ever been to.

I'm changing my two star to one star. Why are the aisles only big enough for one person??? Especially when there's all's kinds of stock out. Build a bigger store. Typically if there's two cars in the parking I just go to rite aid...

Much needed in this area of Hardin County, but the store is understaffed. The store is messy, has empty space on shelves, etc. Incredibly, the priority in mid Sept is getting Christmas decor out.

The layout of the store is messy and un-organized. The cashiers are so slow! Not a quick in and out store. You will spend a while looking for the items you need then wait in line for freakin ever. Go to Rite Aid instead

It could definitely use a good cleaning. The isle ways could all used mopped. It looks as if sticky drinks have been spilled throughout the isles and people just tracked through it. Does not match the rest of Ada! Sorry just being extremely honest!

I love going to dollar stores to shop. Only a couple issue with this one. A lot of extra stuff on floor for display, which didn't leave much room. The cashier really wasn't very friendly.

The store is always a mess, boxes everywhere on the floors. Very difficult to walk through the isles without running or tripping into boxes. Overall feels very disorganized and claustrophobic.

I just thought that you all would like to know that the woman in the red jeep parks up by the door. She parks right next to the handicap spot. If I could post pictures you would have a few. I just don’t think it’s right for an employee to be doing this. Leave it for the elderly.

Dirty, cramped aisles, stock sitting in aisles blocking aisles so you can't get down the aisles. Rude employees not wearing masks as.mandated by the govenor but they order you to put a mask on upon entering. Of the are required for customers they should be for employees.

Hate to say it but the Ada store is dirty and disorganized... Shelves are never stocked and instead boxes are laying on the floor making it hard to walk around in the store... Seems poorly managed which is a shame because it would be convenient but I just find it frustrating

This store is so packed you can barley get a cart through it. However, it's the only "any item" store in the area. Other competitive stores in the area are so over priced that you have to go here.

Nice to have a store like this in the community, but like most DGs, the aisles are narrow and cramped. Store clerks are friendly and competent.

Great little convenience store. Stopped in there to get some chips and drinks with my friends before we went to the park.
