I have never ever seen a truck stop so disgusting. The shelves are not stocked the floors are disgusting the bathrooms are nasty And to top it off the assistant manager was on her cell phone during my check out texting. This store needs a visit from corporate.

Not a bad little truck stop in a busy oil town in the middle of nowhere. Usually has spots available until around 9:00pm. Showers have decent pressure. Easy spots to back into also. The whole area of Williston, including this truck stop are dusty and dirty. But that’s because of the oil fields. It is what it is.

The management and workers are flying High on the Meth and this is the absolute truth. Whomever takes over this establishment needs to clean house, hire a new crew and definitely do hair follicle testing and background checks. This fuel station can be the best in Williston ND.

If this is permanently closed, maybe turn off the damn lights so that people stop pulling in to check. Constantly at least 3-5 vehicles in the front. All of the lights and signs are on and the pumps are active. Says Pay Clerk inside and then walk up to a fully lit building with locked doors

From my understanding they have shut down operation at this location.I hope PJF will figure out what went wrong or has happened with this franchise and re-open with better maintenance program for pumps & building cause location wise I thought it was awesome, for oversize traffic, maybe a bit far from civilization and could be a reason why it is not thriving as expected? No idea, anyway will see what time brings here...

Worst truck stop in the Bakken. Always out of everything, DEF pumps never work, Subway randomly closes all the time. Windshield washer scrubbers always out of water. Employees are nice enough but don’t care to fix any of these issues.

There's no food and what food they do have tastes like the oil has been reused for days, there was still water on the shower floor like it hadn't been cleaned, nothing was stocked there was cases of drinks lining the aisles. Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the pizza not that I had many choices to choose from. They get 2 stars only because the parking there has been an abundance but honestly doesn't surprise me if this is average for this facility.

I worked here for a bit, they are the worst truck stop in North Dakota. It's bad enough to walk into the place, imagine working there. Don't go there, loves is more out of the way but 10x better.

Turn onto 86 if traveling east otherwise there's no way to get to this Pilot except to either go miles out of your way and turn around or make an illegal U-turn on Route 2E.Tried to get an employee's attention but she was too busy talking on her phone to notice. Did get good service at the counter, though.The women's bathroom has 2 toilets. 1 is out of service and the other has flies.The semi parking is great. It's a high point of being here.The Subway may be permanently closed. All the sign said is that they're closed and an apology for the inconvenience.We just spent the night and now I'm holding out on going to the bathroom until we get somewhere else.And no trucker lounge.

Pumps rarely work, inside smells like a urinal, soft drink dispensers don't work and the fridges only have diet mountain dew and c4. The one star is for Cinnabon. Just terrible

I used to go here every day and fuel up. Now I can hardly read the screens on the pumps. Also, sign out front says 5.09 gal for diesel but pump showed 5.18 gal. Inside, I refuse to buy any drinks because there are no prices on them! Bought a bag of Jerky. Price said 18.99. Rang up $25. Checker felt bad and only charged me what it was listed for, gas station down the road has the same jerky for $12. Used to be a great place. Gone down hill.

I have been to a lot of truck stops. This is the worse hands down. Out of coffee most oft times. Never any pizza out. Food like wings taste like was cooked last week. Subway that is there is either never open or out of bread.

Worst truck stop in the state. Mainly ran by crack heads. Most of the pumps don't work, half the time they're out of food. Ruins my day just pulling in here. Oh speaking of pulling in, the road in is so full of broken pavement you'd better not have side skirts on your truck.

Subway .... young man I think his name is Jon or starts with J needs training on making sandwiches and keeping his elbows off the food counter where you make the sandwiches.Cinnabon.... you just need more employees...that's all I'm a say on that...maybe younger.

Empty shelves and dirty bathrooms with broken soap and paper towel dispensers. Prices are still through the roof though. Oh, and selling the Subway bags of chips in the store area because you’re out of every chip except some kind of trash popcorn is comical. No prices on them, but I’m sure it’s $3 a bag for them.

Out of all of the places I've been and chances to leave a review, as awful as it may be, I have never felt compelled to leave one. But if ever one was absolutely necessary, this early a.m on the 1st of April, 2022, is the one. Let me start of by saying, this is my first time to Williston. I live right outside of Dickinson, ND, as of the first of Nov 2021 (moved from TN). My sister and I are up this way to see her husband who drives a water tanker just a few miles up the road. We stopped for gas and a few necessities for the 2.5 hour trip back home. When I tell you that the employees working overnights on 3rd shift are genuinely AMAZING people and employees, with all of my heart, I mean that. Jen and Keith were so helpful, caring, hard working, patient.. you name it, they showed up, showed out, and went above and beyond. My sister and I had to pay with nothing but change.. $30 in quarters, dimes, and nickels. Jen was so very patient with us and as sweet as cotton candy.. not a nerve was bothered by the time we took counting out our total.. my sister and I had an hour to kill before her husband was off work, we had genuine conversation with both Jen and Keith. Great conversation! They truly showed they cared about what we had to say. When I had to walk back into the door to use the restroom, they were busting their behinds with cleaning, stocking, etc. Of course, when a customer walked in, one made sure to maintain postion at the til and help the customer anyway that was called for.. Jen promptly jumped right into getting breakfast prepped, cooked, and prepared for putting out for customers. I am just blown away by the way they carry themselves at work. Their auras are so positive, warming, and inviting. I've traveled many of places and have stopped at more than 100s of different service stations, of all brands and kinds, but this Pilot, store # 589, has been a place I stopped for gas before heading home, and became so much more than that. I am so blessed to have met such hard working, hospitable, caring, and happy employees/ amazing individuals. So much so, there was noway I couldn't leave a review bragging on them and the way they maintained the store on shift.JEN and KEITH are their names!!! If you are in the area or plan on being in the area, if possible, make sure to stop in on overnight shift, and see for yourself how great they truly are.. They deserve recognition. I pray their employer(s) know what they have with the two of them as employees. They are irreplaceable, in my eyes!

Staff is the only redeeming thing about this Pilot, gas/diesel pumps on the car/rv side RARELY ever work. Tried to get a fountain soda, not a single cup in site. A lot of straws and lids laying everywhere though. Lots of trash on the floor, jerky price is absurd. Along with most of everything else. Better off going to Love's 10 minutes farther down the road.

Terrible, went in to use the bathroom, womens bathroom closed said to use shower #1 or #5 doors both locked needing a code. Employee no where to be found even tried to call. Waited 5 mins at counter and still noone. So we left.

Fairly clean facilities. Pumps are a hit/miss if broken or working.Food...used to have best pizza in town (wild as that sounds) Now?It's raw.Last week?Raw.Week before last, RAW Dough. What's the deal?Corporate made some change so employees can't take free pizza home so ef it?Comm'on guys we're talking another 5-8 minutes of heat to take it from raw to best pie in town.

3 day experience, day 1-took an extremely long time to get the cashier to ring up my items, day 2- the 2 cashier's were more focused on arguing with each other in front if customers than talking to us, day 3- I guess everybody goes on their smoke brake at the same time. I stood at the front counter with my items for 10 minutes, nobody came to help me, so I left my items on the counter and walked out. Customer service seems to be their bottom priority

Customer service was great but I'm afraid you don't have enough staff working that location The trash has been on the trash cans overflowing for a week and there isn't any washer solvent or windshield washer scrubbers and squeegees to clean your windows and if you're afraid it's going to freeze put alcohol in the bucket with the washer solvent old school tip from way back this is not rocket science people

Store 4 starsSubway 2 starsWell appointed with lots of items for oilfield/outdoor construction/truckers needs although no truckers lounge. Good variety of hot good.Attached subway is below par. I only eat there a lot while using their wifi for hours. They have never had more than 3 bread options, their toppings are typically bottom of the bucket (maybe I am always there at the wrong time. Staff is a split with several being very poor attitudes while others are average.I wish I could rate the store and Subway separately.

Ladies bathroom... You'll freeze your tush.Very polite check out people though.Update a year later. Pumps never have paper in for receipts. They must have money this way. No customers and check out person can't wait on the customer cuz it's more important to stack cigarettes or fight with a door to shut it. Stood at the counter forever.

Good place to stop for clean restrooms and a snack when you need to fuel up. There is a Subway and Cinnabon in this location as well. Big selection of cigarettes if that's your poison, some that I can't find at any other gas stations such as Parliament. The store also has self checkout which is the first I've seen at any gas station. Kinda nice when it's busy.

As far as pilot truck stops go this is one of the best I've been too. Its clean and the employees are extremely friendly! They, of course, have semi fuel, showers, pizza, Subway and a Cinnabon! I like to stop here every time I'm in the area...
