Very unprofessional. I've been to this pet store a few times. Went in with my mom and son the other day. Was not greeted when we came into look and we were basically followed and watched the entire time but not once spoke to. We were so uncomfortable we left. Which is a bummer. Will not be going back

Everyone who works there is either on a high horse or are just uncomfortably weird. How do you expect to keep business when you respond to someone's question with an annoyed/blank stare and just say yeah..? Blows my mind how this place is still going😂😂

I took my dog in for grooming. The store was dirty but I’ve been in pet stores before that gave great service and were a little dirty so didn’t think anything of it. My dog loves getting her hair done. When I picked her up she was pulling as hard as she could to get out of there. She was all wired and on edge. When we called to make the appointment we were told it would cost $85. I had to pay $125 before the front clerk would even let me go back to get my dog. I usually tip well for good service. I tipped nothing. I will not be back. Google reviews look half decent. But if you look at yelp then reviews are same as this one. I should have done more research ahead of time. The girl in the back grooming the dog seemed like a nice young lady. I’ve had much better results from other groomers. She seemed a bit over whelmed. But the guy in front was horrible. Idk what the real issue is. Either way, I won’t be back.

One of the store associates said that they did have the item I was looking for but it wouldn’t be put on the floor till “winter” and I couldn’t buy it because it’s not on the floor and if I didn’t want to wait to just order online. So forget going to a pet store to get stuff just order online if your are looking to get anything from the store at least that’s what the sales associates at this location recommend

I love this store for their wide variety of pet supplies and toys, pet cleaning supplies and harnesses and outfits for my pups! LeAnn is truly talented as a groomer and my dogs just love her! At a new location on Broadway with an amazing spacious grooming area in the back. A hidden treasure in Williston, a must see for travelers and residents alike!

Staff was extremely friendly. New location was hard to find and doesn’t look nice at all. But customer service was great bought 3 rats and a terrarium for them. The terrarium was way over priced at 150 without a lid. But I enjoyed the service and staff was extremely friendly with my kids and I.

I took my little yorkie there to be bathed and groomed. When I went to pick her up, she looked beautiful and smelled great. They trimmed her just like I asked. I love their lstore, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend them highly for your pet grooming needs.

We arrived during what was supposed to be "normal business hours," and they were closed, very disappointed as we drove from Sidney, MT for pet supplies, aboit an hour away on icy roads. It's definitely upsetting!!

😿Very rude! I made an appointment with paw prints and fish tails for my cat, the person who made the appointment told me 1230. So I arrived 15 minutes early, when I got there they were so RUDE. The lady that’s supposed to trim her hair threw a fit said I was 30 minutes late, and that they “don’t do half hour appointments”, when I was told 1230. They also called yesterday to remind me and AGAIN said 12:30. Whether they do or don’t, I don’t know ,but I know what time she told me bc it was written down. She was extremely rude, and so was the front desk lady. Now I see why people didn’t recommend

Recently bought a parakeet/budgie that they said was young. He was fluffed up because he was very, very sick. Not because he was a baby. When I found out, I called the store and they said they don't even use a vet for their birds. Took little pickle (renamed him to LINK) to the vet; no hope. I just had to bury one of my babies. This is cruelty. I gave him the best last moments that I could. You guys are awful for this.

I adore the staff and the knowledge they all have. Everyone knows what they're doing and are confident in it. Though animals are not restocked often, when they do restock they have great variety, especially in reptiles.My only complaint is that retail prices on some caging and cage equipment can be a little steep, but that's how it is when you aren't shopping at a chain store. PetSmart might be cheaper, but their staff don't know near as much.Edit: I work here now lol.

Went in to get my dogs nails filed down, was told the price would be $10 and was charged 15. Not that it’s much of a difference but still... anyway, the girl went to the back to get the stuff to file her nails and sat on the floor right at the front door and began clipping her nails. Mind you it’s my puppy’s first time getting her nails cut so she was pulling away... the girl continued to yank on my dogs arm and when I asked her to be careful she said “well if one of you (referring to me or my husband) holds behind her elbow it won’t hurt her as much.” If I wanted to get on the floor and struggle with my dog I would’ve done it at home for free. The lady at the counter was extremely polite but the service was terrible. This was our first and last time going there. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Only putting one star because I can’t post my review without it. Definitely a ZERO STAR rating.

DO NOT BUY PETS FROM THIS PLACE!I'm very heartbroken tonight. I bought a Bearded Dragon last month. He seemed fine in the store, but showed signs of illness shortly after being brought home. My local vet said it might be rehoming stress, or brumation. I still felt uneasy about it, because I know a sick animal when I see one, (and I'm experienced with reptiles) but continued to monitor him anyway. As the days progressed, he ate less and less, and started refusing water. Tonight I tried giving him a warm bath, because sometimes that helps him drink, and he just dropped his head under the surface. He was too lethargic to care. I quickly lifted his head with my finger and let it rest there. I called my vet for an emergency visit, but he died before we could get there.Here is the issue.. this is now the *second* animal I have got from Paws Prints & Fishtails that was ALREADY ill, and later died. The first was a jumbo rat that we named Boulder. I loved him so much. The first morning, we noticed that he was quite literally sneezing BLOOD all over his enclosure. Spraying out of his mouth and nose! We took him to the emergency vet, and he had extreme PNEUMONIA!! We got him on medication and very gently comforted him, hoping his health would turn around, but the illness had been neglected for too long. It was too late, and he died.I knew better than to get animals from pet shops. I should have looked into an experienced breeder instead. So this is my fault, too. I very strongly advise that others do the same. The convenience of local shops is just not worth it.

Employees don’t look like they want to be there at all. I bought a bearded dragon from here and just to make clear I researched for two years before I bought my first bearded dragon. When I bought The little guy (assuming he’s a he since he was so young) he was in a tank by himself with a bedding of wood chips... not a fan. Anyway I bought him because I fell in love with him and wanted him in a better home. I figured out this dude was a three day old HATCHLING... I did so much to aid my little buddy to have him grow with me and after a month of ups and downs and doing everything I could he passed away after a month. I can not explain how hard my heart broke. After a few months I bought my second little buddy (he was 4months) at the Dickinson pet shop and he is now one year old and he is the happiest little guy. If I could rate negative stars I would. Only reason I would go back in there is to buy worms when I fall into a pinch. Other then that nope.

The owners are heartless liars and thieves. I sold them a Ball Python on the condition that I would buy it back once I got paid in 3 days. My rent was due, but I was short by $100 and needed a loan so that it could be paid in full and on time to avoid late fees. The snake was collateral for the loan which was in the amount of $150. She closed 4 hours early on the day I was to buy my snake back, even though she knew I was coming in to do this. I tried contacting her through messenger, Facebook, and text message only to be ignored further. She ignored my first 2 phone calls then answered my 3rd. Once she finally showed up to the store, I found out that the snake wasn't even at the store. It was at her apartment as if it was her personal pet, but at least she brought it with her. She pulled the snake out of an exterior pocket of her coat while we were still outside. It was not in a snake bag, nor did it have any sort of supplemental heat, even though it was only 15° and snowing heavily. THEN, she refused to hand me the snake unless I gave her $300!!! Meanwhile this poor snake is unprotected from the wind, cold AND getting snowed on. Luckily I happened to have $300 cash in my wallet, or who knows how long she would have let the snake be out in those conditions while I ran to an ATM. I practically threw the cash at her in order to get the snake into an interior pocket of my coat and out of the harsh weather. I am disabled and survive on less than $1000 a month which she is well aware of. She knew that I could not afford to pay out an extra $150 without it causing serious hardship. Unbelievably, the snake did not get an upper respiratory infection or die from shock due to being in those conditions. Avoid Leah(owner) and her store at all costs.

My family got a pup groomed there. We went to pick him up and the young blonde groomer said that the (fresh) cuts on the two dogs were there before she touched them. (They were new.) My sisters dog began to get these sores all over his body and didn’t want to get out of bed for anything. We ended up taking him to the vet! It took hundred of dollars to find out that he had been cut and got infected sores while getting groomed! Will never be going into that store again.

I love this place the customer service is phenomenal. The walk-in face grooming and nail trimming is such a nice service to have and 7 Day Grooming schedule is wonderful. My dogs always look so handsome after they've been there. I highly recommend the store and grooming service

My wife took our two German shepherds in for grooming when she picked them up they did not smell like they had baths their paws were not trimmed both dogs got ear infections after so they charged me over $200 and I had a vet bill on top of that don't waste your money or time here and the people were rude

Horrible we have been trying to get a rat from this location for the past two months and they never have any on hand. Then we decided to get feeder mice because our python needs to eat and he wouldn't strike because they are so small and when I tried to return the other three we didn't use because he wouldn't feed they said they can't take them back but I can donate them? When I haven't even opened the other box or touched the other three we didn't use. Terrible selection considering their the only pet store in Williston you'd expect better service! I don't recommend this location they need to step up there customer service.

Bought A bird on Saturday. Got him home and realized his wing was bleeding. I took him back so the owner could look at him. She told me the bird hit his wing on the box and busted a blood vessel.. in reality, the birds wings were cut entirely too short. I realized today, (Monday) that his wing was bleeding again so I took him out to look closer and they’ve literally chopped the ends on BOTH wings off. The owner stopped responding. I don’t recommend this shop. Horrible customer service, and they’re not honest.

My daughter had her cat groomed at this store. She has at least 5 nicks and scratches from the shaver or blade. That is abuse of this poor elderly cat. She has been going to that location for years. When she called them about it, no one cared. She won't be going back and we will share this with as many people as we can.
