This Love's is probably the worst Love's I've ever stayed at ,no hot water in the shower just lukewarm and it's 25° outside. Air condition on the whole time in the shower. It was very much not enjoyed. The cashiers or should I say cashier with a helper was very slow. Long lines , the parking lot with drop trailers everywhere. Hardly any room to park because more drop trailers than trucks. The grounds are very nasty unkept empty ketchup packets on the steps with spit and chewing tobacco all over the stairs. A completely unacceptable place to do a reset. I am so glad I don't come up here very often . Love's you need to do better.

no zero rating but this place rates a -5, on 3/29/24 stopped in to get fuel and a shower, had been up since 3:00 and this was at 7:00 pm so i put in a long day, went inside to get fuel pump started, the manager was chatting with a person at the counter about the type of jewelry he were wearin an what type each other bought, me and another customer stood in line 10 minutes while they talked, card readers up front dont work very good, had to swipe my card 10 times ta pay for my purchase , parking lot is filthy, looks more like a junk yard than a truck stop, workers stand around talking laughing while customers wait in line, shower had water on the floor so i guess they dont know how to use a mop. this was a decent truck stop 5 years ago now its a pigsty, dont waste your time stopping here

So I felt really bad for this truck behind me . They went in and prepaid got the gas going and was sitting in the truck. It was freaken cold out today. Super icy wind. Remind you I was doing the same freaken thing. This lady was having a smoke break, she works at the loves . Just starts yelling at them because they were sitting in their truck . Telling them there not aloud to do that. Don't know if she's racist or something, cause they were Hispanic. But dude everyone around them were doing it. It's north dakota and freezing out. She was rude. And yelling at them. Sooo unprofessional. The look on there face while she was doing it. They were so embarrassed.

This location of loves is really bad. On the pizza oven they have written that they close at nine but they closed at 7:45. I stood tonight at the counter for over 15 minutes and they just ignored me. I finally found a manager and they reluctantly made my pizza. They Better Hope corporate never goes there They will be in a lot of trouble. I’ve been driving 27 years and this is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to with regard to customer service.

On July 07, 2023, around 1140 hrs, I was at this location. I fuelled up and bought a few things from the store. While I was washing my reusable cup at the sink beside the coffee area. One staff member, Damian (who could be a manager/supervisor) pushed himself into the cold drink area. I was also in the same corner, I noticed him pulling a paper cup from the cup holder as a courtesy, I stated "sorry" and continued what I was doing. He stated something that I didn't hear and ignored him. He again stated in a blunt way, "Why are you sorry?" I had no answer, and I completely ignored him. I finished with the coffee section and went to the restaurant area. The same male was sitting in the restaurant eating his food. I walked in and was standing close to the pizza area. The male asked me what I needed (I believe he was on his break and shouldn't have to interfere while eating his food). I ignored him again, I spoke to a female worker and told her what I needed. My concern is that the gentleman Damian is very unpleasant and unprofessional to deal with. I have experience running my own business. In a customer service business, the keys are politeness and courtesy. Some staff, including Damian at this location, appeared to be lacking customer care skills.

Great place if you drive a sprinter van parking available along the side, showers are usually available not too busy due to location, and not to far from some nice restaurants part stores and walmart. Staff was friendly. Did not get photos.

Clean facility. Great product selection. Friendly staff. Great place for a quick stop. Had a good selection of hot foods. Fountain pop machine. Also has a large selectio of misc supplies (electronics / toys / travel goods / clothing).

Over the last few years this location has become worse and worse. Most of the card readers don't work. The night and weekend manager never seems to be doing thing but talking to the employees and distracting them from doing thier jobs. Several times now I've had to say something when there is a long line of customers waiting at the register. This use to be the best truck stop, but now they are just as bad as pilot

So fed up with this place and the non-working diesel pumps! I pulled in their the other day, with my oversized tractor/trailer to get diesel and DEF. First pump I pulled up to, there was no hose on the DEF dispenser. The handle was hanging there, and had a cap where the hose went. Went to the second pump- bunch of gibberish on the screen and would not respond when you tried to prepay. 3rd pump- nothing on the screen, at all. Completely dead. Super fun, backing a big rig like this, and trying multiple pumps, only to give up and leave. Absolutely ridiculous! How about putting cones in front of all these inoperable pumps. I imagine because then there would only be a couple operational pumps, and that’s assuming the rest work. I work for a pretty big Oilfield service company. Loves will not see my company card, ever again. If you want chicken and pizza, this is the place to go. If you need $500 in diesel, go elsewhere.

Pretty bad place for showers, well they know alot of drivers take shower in morning and there was no for cleaning shower at 8:30 am after waiting 30 minutes i asked employe name SHELLY about shower cleaning and her response was very rude, i hope i will never buy 200 gallon diesel on this location again

It’s my 1st time at this Loves, and like every morning I stay at a Loves, I go in to get some coffee. As I’m putting the small creamer cups into my coffee a rude employee named Becca D./Becca O. stands right behind me and says “Really? Are you that lazy?” Not sure who or what she was talking about, but what a horrible representative of Loves and Williston, ND.

Just dropping a review to explain to folks about the RV dump. The construction contractor installed the upper concrete portion of the unit but never installed the pipes or a tank, so the concrete drain basin and hose attachment exist but there is nothing to drain into, that's why employees can't help/it's always broke, it's because it's a cruel joke by an incompetent construction contractor a decade ago.

Friendly staff and the Chester's chicken is great for breakfast! Quick and fresh tasting. Good selection of fresh fruits and veggies in the convenient store portion to offset the fried part. Nice selection of trucking and travel gear and STICKERS!! Favorite fuel station in Williston

So, we all in North Dakota are dealing with sever weather causing most places and homes to be without power. Came to Loves for a meal. All they had was hot dogs, no buns. I got two and asked if I could get them discounted since missing half of the product. Manager said no. Then explained that due to power outage they got swamped and sold out of everything. They dont care about this community. It is all about the bottom line with this place. Not coming back. Keeping my business with LOCAL business owners only!!!

Went there for 3 days in a row. Very clean and organized.But be aware what they charging you for food.Took 2 pizz slices for 6$. Charged 5.49 each.So, rip-off. Be aware.

Friendly staff. Food selection waa a bit to be desired as it looked as if they had been bum rushed by a bus or something.Chicken was good. Pizza place ran nicely.Everything was clean and smelled nice.Only 4 stars due to all the oil field jerks parking and leaving their trucks for days on end.

If I could give them a 0 I would. We lost power all around town. Then they offer showers to people charge half them and then told the rest they couldn't shower. Loves should be ashamed to have such bad people working at this location.

I love loves, This one in particular was pretty clean, awesome employee's, and not to crowded! Prett6 clean bathrooms too which is a major plus and they have buttons on the wall to let you rate the clienlieness of the restrooms which is pretty cool ngl

Williston ND. Stop to fill up the motorhome. That is a wallet shock. But cheapest gasoline I have found in a reasonable distance. Clean place and friendly staff. Pick up a blue tooth radio rechargeable phone adapter that does the job.

Stay here about every nite during my runs.they always have the floors Clean,and everything well stocked. The roller grill items are always hot . The showers are clean and nice. The staff is friendly and always there to help. If you look at the pilot up the road with dirty floors and a smelly unkept truck stop .loves is the only place I stop in Williston area as a professional driver.Thanks .

The reason why I gave them a 5 star rating is because there's nothing that I really know of that was wrong with the truck stop being realistic and data data data use and out was upkept it's normally very clean when I go in there the people that work there are normally pretty nice they don't always have good staffing I will say that sometimes you have to wait to be served but when it comes to using their amenities everything seems nice the bathrooms are clean the showers are really nice well kept probably the best and nicest showers in the area so for the area and what else you have to choose from I would give them a 5 star rating

This was the first place in the Williston area and Watford City for that matter.. that had friendly and nice customer service! When I walked in this morning, the Hispanic lady in the hot food area, greeted me with a genuine smile and good morning! At check out the two ladies Dysica and (so sorry I forget the ladies name) were not only very very nice , conversational and genuine.. they gave me and the gentleman ahead of me our coffee on them ... it seriously made my day!! Thank you ladies for being the first (out of many business trips in that state) to simply be friendly in a customer service atmosphere !!! I was joyous in just getting just the greetings , the coffee was a bonus ❤️

There is a noticeable difference between Love's and any other truckstop. Not just this site, but all the Loves are cleaner, with everything kept in good working order. The staff is always super helpful and friendly too. I love Love's!

Comes up as a result for RV dump stations in Williston. You pull up to the rv dump station and realize its paddlocked. You go in and ask if there's a fee to use it and they will look you dead in the eye and tell you they don't have one. You can show them where it's located and they'll tell you it doesn't exist.
