I attempted to log in and place an order, and had to reset my password. Was told I had to call a phone number and them am FORCED to talk to a computer until I could not verify last day shopped then a representative got on the phone. The rep was rude, spoke over me in numerous occasions so much that I just requested that she cancel my account and said I would just shop elsewhere. When she again spoke over me again I ask for a supervisor at which time she said it wasn't necessary since I was canceling my account.Customer service is non existent and they obviously are not interested in maintaining customers. After over 20 years of shopping there, I will go elsewhere.

I will say I usually have a decent experience when I come in to shop. But tonight was the cherry on top. Destiny was my cashier tonight and I will say she was amazing! Friendly and great at her job! She was running the register by herself while the other cashier ran to get carts and she did it flawlessly! Give this girl a raise because great employees with even better customer service is hard to come by.

Every time the Customer Service is going worse... I requested help at the self check out area because I was buying something marked with 50% off and instead the register charged the full price twice. One rude young lady came and she got upset because I told her I'm buying only one unit, not two and also is just half price. She behaved very rude and she was trying to insinuate that I was grabbing another item and I didn't let her know. That was totally rude and disrespectful. Employees should be grateful and kind with customers. They are forgetting without customers there's no bussiness. She did an accusation against me without any reason. I told her you can check the bags and also the camaras to see if I did that you are insinuating. She left without apologize or say something reasonable. I feel those types of behaviors and humiliation against customers should be a reason to fire that type of employees. Negative people destroys the good name and hard work of companies to keep customers loyal and happy.Honestly, there are very few employees who show a good attitude towards customers, most of them always show a bad face, they don't even respond to the greeting and rather it seems that they are bothered by serving the public. Another problem is the attention in Customer Service Department, there is never anyone to answer...if you go at 8am they say that they start to attend from 9 to 6, but if you comeback at 5:30 they will tell you in a rude way that there are not enough staff and that you have to come back another day...there are a couple of ladies who think they own the store and always respond in a bad way.

I love how eating organic is easy to find here. Anthony is always friendly and helpful when needed, as well as all the other staff. Shawn is always happy to great people with a smile when entering or leaving. It's nice to have staff great, it's customers by name. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Updated review!I’m updating my review ONLY because I LESHA was so nice and went above and beyond to help us ! Such a nice lady-Thank You! And the young man TAY (I believe that’s his name) was also super helpful in the deli. We usually always have a nice trip to Albertsons, also TRINITY is a great asset to your business. And there’s a couple others that are pleasant.I’m just tired of a so-called manager that doesn’t know her job! Never even tries!!My original review below 👇 ⬇️What happened to customer service!! SCHMIDT the “supervisor” with the blue hair (it’s not Halloween) was very rude!! Didn’t want to do her job! Being a so-called supervisor as we asked for 1 said was in charge! Never been so disappointed with Albertsons/Safeway!! We’ve been customers for many years!! Was a Fresh Pass customer! Treated us as we were doing something wrong! Wouldn’t accept our gift card through the phone as we’ve paid by gift card many times!! Yet after we paid with our bank card (she would not accept our gift card) then I asked if they take Apple Pay and “yes” they do but not the gift card??? Allllll I had to do was add to my Apple Pay wallet, weird as it’s paid THROUGH the phone!! Make it make sense! She didn’t even TRY!! That’s why I’m so upset!!

Helpful employees equals Good customer service good deals when you look for them / update I don’t know if this is an employee owned stored or maybe it’s just me all I keep hearing is come back tomorrow or you can buy these portions five equals one at three times the price that there portioning them selves in the back instead of leaving it whole IDK maybe there getting a bonus for doing this/ update the picture is two days after I purchased the apple instead of throwing it away they’d rather sell it even with them knowing it’s no good is any honest people in Williston

There is a girl named Hazel that always seems to have a bad attitude. I chalked it up to maybe she is having a bad day. But every time I pass through this girls lane she refuses to greet me and or have any sort of politeness about her. Sad.

Good sale prices using app. Had two coupons on app. On $4 and one $10 on next purchase. Using app I saved 24% off total order. I saved $28.36 on my purchase. Final price $87.63, Very nice discount. Good selection. I always like Albertsons for meat and produce. Fresh, good quality and fair price for area I live in.

This grocery store has the best deli and bakery in Williston, ND. They have multiple salads that are really good and a great variety. The bakery area is also good desserts and good variety.

Sending money is easy. The Deli is pretty good and nice people working there in my experiences. And if you like energy drinks there is a good little drive through on the far west side of the parking lot.

Raven at customer service seems to despise her work. I think it may be time for her to get a new job. I saw her be rude to 3 different customers. Hopefully I never have to sit through talking to her again, it’s all over her face, she at least rolled her eyes 4 times in the 30 seconds I was talking to her. If this is Albertsons expectations I will be taking my shopping elsewhere. That was ridiculous.

Love shopping here. They have a large organic section! Louie at self check out is really sweet and helpful! The lady in produce is great also! She will always go in the back for me to take a look and see if they have what I’m looking for! Great team at this store!

Have best fruits and vegetables in town. Their meat is way over priced I can get a loin at half the price at an other place in town. Sometimes it seems it's not packaged right because meat starts to turn brown in some packages. Their chicken is good priced and haven't had any problems with. The staff super friendly they have great customer service.

Food always stocked, large selection and variations of different brands and types. Veggies always vibrant and looking their best. My favorite is the large selection of milk. Most expensive grocery in williston to someone who does not deal shop or budget.

Love Albertsons, my go to store. 1 complaint though, when I got there last time it was 6:56 pm. I know it was last minute but i knew they close at 7 soit should've been fine. But, the clerk was just finishing up, she was done for the day. It was 3 minutes to 7. And she was rude, marched past me like I was a nuisance. Anyway, maybe I'll go to the store earlier next time.

I noticed that this Albertsons location carries an impressive wide variety of products that are not otherwise found at your typical grocery store. The ailse were clean, organized, well stocked, and the discount prices were clearly marked. The produce section contained a large variety of fresh, healthy choices. The bakery section appeared pleasant and inviting. The chicken wing bar was a nice option. The meat and dairy sections were reasonably priced. There were 3 check out lanes open with about 2 customers waiting for each. Self checkout was fairly quick enough. I enjoy using the Albertsons rewards program Just For U. It helps you save on fuel purchases and the app offers you freebies for frequent shopping trips.

Always in stock with what I need. Great selection as well. But prices are a bit higher, that's probably because you're getting better quality though. Try their store brand stuff, it's actually quite tasty.

I love this store it's always clean and the people who work there are simply super helpful. The management are in touch with there employees and and customers. If I have need anything related to grocery or service in the store they are 100% ready to help me out. No questions asked. Thank you for being the best store in Williston to go grocery shopping.

Great store good prices and friendly staff. Moving from Minot are regular store was always cash wise but since moving here 8 months ago we live Albertsons. I recommend downloading the app and getting tons of rewards and discounts on stuff.
