I went to go donate a decorative chair and was not treated kindly. I was told the chair was stained and dirty. They turned me away. The chair was good enough to be in my apartment for years. It's fine that they didn't want it, but they could at least be nice about it. The lady who came to approve my chair was not nice at all. I will definitely be reluctant to donate at that location in the future.

I will NEVER donate at this location again. As a senior citizen who loves to donate gently used items, I was treated so rudely today, it motivated me to post a review. I didn't know there was a specific way with rules to donate items. I walked my 2 bags to the side and put them on the table. The girls behind the donation table belittled me and told me to get in line. They said there were 2 vehicles in front of me. They said people get angry if someone donates out of turn. So, I picked up my two bags from the table and walked behind the second vehicle. I stood there holding my bags in the heat of 91 degrees. This is not how a person should be treated. The employees were very rude, unkind and uncaring. After explaining the strict rules for donation, they should have accepted my items. I have donated so many excellent furniture pieces over the years and very nice clothing that still had tags and was never worn. This is NOT North Dakota nice. The older population should never be treated like that. From now on, I will be donating my treasures to the Attic. And I will not be shopping at this location ever again.

I've always found great bargains here on name brand clothing like $4.99 on women's Levi's that sell new for $70. The clothing is sorted by size and then color, which makes it much easier and faster if you have an idea of what you are looking for. The store is very clean. I'd much rather shop here than a department store. If you walk out of here spending $60, you might have bought 11 things compared to one piece of clothing full retail.

We went there yesterday thinking this place closed at 7 like there old hrs. But we werent in there very long it was 5 mins to close and we seen a mirror we liked and only got that. Lady at the till was very rude. Managed to help someone with alot of stuff compared to our one item even though she assumed this other person was in line first. Fiance was furious. Told me this is how he gets treated Every time he goes to this location. Never going back again. We enjoy the boys ranch just not the West Fargo location. But if your going to shop at a thrift store go to the attic. Way nicer people.

Staff wasn't very friendly.Aisles need to be wider between racks, clothes are jam packed in making it difficult to sort thru items. I like the other location better. People are Helpful and Friendly.

Seems as if this location is trending downwards! The staff I’ve come in contact with are rude, entitled, elementary, not even to say unhelpful, seems the moderator who responds is the only staff member with manners, having to apologize from an office disconnected from the front end. Time to drain the “trump” swamp in your store.

I have medical issues that prevent me from wearing a mask they were very rude to me and embarrassed me in front of customers I spend a lot of money at thrift stores they swore at me and followed me out the door and said I was healthy cuz I ride a bike but I ride a bike because my doctor at mayo says I need violent exercise nasty women it’s pretty sad

Dakota Boys and Girls ranch stores are North Dakota only. It is nice to support such a great cause. The money raised at these stores supports the non-profit ranches that help high level at-risk youth right here in state.

This is the cleanest thrift store in town. It's big, and pretty organized! They also have a bunch of brand new with tags stuff from Target.
