Such a lovely place with kind staff who really care! I met a lovely employee named Travis, and he was such a gentleman! The restaurant was very clean and the service was good and quick. They added the custom items on my ice cream very nicely! I will definitely be coming here again!

They were extremely rude ordered a puppy chow medium blizzard and a heath brownie confection. When getting the blizzard it was a small and she handed the heath brownie carmel confection to me and said very rudely well you only paid for a small and walked away didn't offer to correct it nothing then noticed that the brownie confection had hardly any ice cream in it. I tried to call and speak to a manager and I called 5 times each time they hung up or answered and didn't say a thing! I will never go back! By far the worst!

Waited over 20 minutes for our food in the drive through. From what I could see there was about three employees working but no sense of urgency to get food out.

8/26/2021: Came in again for quick lunch. Young lady at the drive-through was pleasant and courteous. Kitchen looked busy and no loitering around. Food was delivered with a smile and was good as always. It was a pleasure to stop by. We hope the good service will continue on! 😊Came in yesterday with kids for a couple of chicken strip baskets at around 3pm. We go to the mall all the time and we love it there. We live close by so decided to go visit this one. Ordering African guy got snappy when I asked him to repeat as I could not hear what he was mumbling in low voice. Another African guy at a window was also rude taking the card and giving food. Inside looked more like a hangout place than a working kitchen. Wait time was longer than usual, but the food was good. We will skip this one for a month or so till service and attitude improve. Off we go back to the mall. ☹

Waited like 30 mins for my food and when I got my burger it was cold, cheese wasn’t even melted whatsoever. I am 100% convinced they made a bunch of burgers in advance out of pure laziness. I have never in my life had a burger so stale and cold in my life. Also inside was completely shut down at 6:45 pm and was not going to wait back in line but will not be back.

Went to DQ about 7:30pm. We went inside and had to wait for service because the counter people were too busy playing with there phones. I called out and was ignored. I called out again and the counter person decided they should do something. We place are order and left. The blizzards we got were the worst blizzard I’ve ever gotten. Chocolate Brownie extreme with a few brownie pieces on top. The chocolate was barely mixed. The worst ever! A one star rating is generous.

God bless those working people!HoweverEven with hearing assistance, this evening was the worst, could not understand most of what the person was saying when attempting to place our order.For one thing the sound equipment is extremely poor and second, the young person didn't speak loud enough and clearly.I don't like asking over and over to what was said. Not intending to offend the person. Please improve. Yes there are other ways to order, however, we like the drive up window.

Honestly one of the best tasting and quality fast food burgers in Fargo! It can get busy yes but worth the wait. Kudos to the employees and management team... just shows if you treat your employees right and have a solid management team to support you get quality results. Unlike Hardees, Sonics, Burger King, you name it the quality of work and food has dropped significantly but not DQ Cheyanne. Those folks are crushing it. Xmas Bonus is in order for that team!!

Every time I go to this location the top inch of my blizzard is mixed and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. When my mom asked for extra cookie dough because there were really NONE in our blizzards, they charged us .75 for about 5 pieces of cookie dough. Always disappointed, and staff is always rude.

I’ve never had a bad experience up until now. For one of my blizzards i asked for a medium and a worker still tried making me leave with just a small. When i asked if i could upgrade it to a medium a worker with glasses got frustrated with me and swore at me (even though it was their mistake). He made me pay for a whole new one to get a medium and when we got it it was the wrong blizzard. I stayed very patient and he was giving me a horrible attitude about it. I ended up paying for two blizzards I didn’t ask for. the employee was very rude and unprofessional.

I have never had a bad experience with the products I've received, however, whether in line at the drive thru or inside it always takes quite a bit of time to get your order. A lot of the time, knowing it will take a long time to receive my order I choose to go somewhere else. They can be busy or slow, the wait time is the same sometimes longer.

First time actually buying food from a Dairy Queen and was pleasantly surprised! Double cheeseburger and fries were very good, better that McDonald’s or BK! Clean location, dude at the counter was nice. Blizzards always on point!

The nice manager and the teenager at the till had troubles with the till it froze. They decided they would give us the food for free and a coupon for making us wait. We tried to give them a twenty and keep the change but they refused. I love that kind of customer service.

Nice, NEW, clean store, with friendly staff that are willing to help. They seem to go out of there way to help you and get you what you need in the fastest way possible. Plus they have an AMAZING cake display. Every cake, I have seen out there is beautiful, and will be worth every penny you pay for it. The person who makes these is definitely a professional. Love coming here.

I came in yesterday and ordered a few blizzards. One of the blizzards had ice crean all over the side of the cup and it was just handed to me like that. I had to ask for napkins and then was only given one napkin. My truck ended up covered in ice cream. Its clear the workers don't care about their jobs because if they did this would never happen.

I just paid 6 dollars for a blizzard that was actually just a cup of vanilla soft serve. Not the first time and not sure why the employees act like the ingredients come out of their paycheck. Could have got the same thing at McDonald's for much less. I'd rather spend 15 minutes driving to the Moorhead DQ and get what I ordered.

My mother swears they make the best blizzards. Was excited to try their newest cupfection, but after a long, slow moving line I was given the wrong one. I had had the brownie cupfection before, enjoyed it and didn't want to hold up the line longer, so I bit my tongue on the matter. Sadly the brownie was cold, ice cream was melted and the side of the cup was smeared with what appeared to be chocolate and marshmallow. Stick to the blizzards and maybe try again another time is there's a line.

Slowest fast food service in the FM area. inaccurate orders, not a one time thing this place is always painfully slow and it's hit and miss if you actually get your full order without a 2nd visit back through the slow line.
