We purchased bars and then scheduled the installationLucas was not able to find a clear signal on where the stud was and where we wanted the bar. We had a great experience with Ace Handyman Services and will be using them again in the future. The project included adding more insulation to the ceiling, scraping texture off ceiling and repainting ceilings and walls. Handyman was on time and professional. Completed the task in the agreed upon time and discarded of all trash. He was friendly and answered all my questions. Only negative is that billing wasn't properly explained upon scheduling the service, so the cost was more than I was anticipating. Would still recommend.

Brad worked efficiently and was flexible in completing the jobs I had. He informed me I had purchased the wrong faucet to fit my sink, so while I ran to the store to exchange the faucet, Brad got the ladder and cleaned my gutters. Not a great experience. I described in detail the job that needed to be done and they sent someone completely inexperienced. To his credit, in the end he did a fine job but because of his inexperience he took a longer time and bought extra materials. Also, it seems we are responsible for discarding the building materials. We have had many jobs done and have never had to discard the debris ourselves. Also, he reluctantly shared his hourly pay rate. What did I pay $500 for?? Disgraceful!! I will not be recommending or using this service again!
