Had a 230pm appointment today where they originally said they could pick up our dog and bring him back afterwards. Last minute they texted us saying they could no longer pick him up. That was no big deal… my wife took off work two hours early to bring him in, and nobody was there. And nobody would answer their phones…Not very impressed.
