Bought a heater November 30, heater did not work… tried to bring it back December 1, was told could not bring back because it was on clearance I had the receipt, so it was five dollars off of a $20 heater asked if I could get store credit possibly or just exchange it for the exact same heater they replied no, The heater was in perfect condition brand new, still in the box employees were nice, obviously somebody else owned it prior and they just put it back in the box and brought it back but seems to me the employees didn’t plug it in to see if it actually worked and just put it back on the shelf … Anything on clearance there make sure you make it work before you leave the store because you will not get your money.

What a joy to deliver here! They are located in a shopping center but no need to worry, they will guide you to their dock! Awesome customer service!They unloaded me on the spot even though I was 12 hours early!They will get their drivers in/out if they can. Mondays are a bit busy for them, and yet they still got me unloaded in record time! These people are AWESOME!!!!

I was visiting Watford City for dinner and needed a set of Allen wrenches while I was traveling. The gentleman at the checkout offered a friendly greeting when I walked and the store had the tools I needed. Good enough for me!

Good ,they had 15% off store wide today and 25 off clearanced items. Ladies were very helpful and the tall slim girl is smoking hot. What more could you ask.

Had most the items I was looking for, however staff was extremely rude. Manager couldn't tell me if they even carried an item. She said if we have it then it's on the shelf. I asked her well do you carry the item at all, you could be sold out and if so I will check back later. She became increasingly rude at that point and didn't even remember the item I was asking about. To make matters worse the items I purchased rang up $100 more than the label on the shelf said. This was the worst experience at a Tractor Supply I have ever had and I've been doing business with them for a few years in several states.

Listen here Watford I used to do snow removal and here was always my #1 place to go bc of there all their tools and equipment to choose from and I got the right one! Staff are great they have helped me get supplies for farm work and more!

These guys are awesome! We had a breakdown with one of our farm machines and had contacted another TSC to get parts. We ordered the parts we needed when we got to the store they only had five instead of the 19 that we had apparently purchased. They did not offer to reorder anything for us and so we started calling around other stores. Watford City had them in stock. The Watford City store is 70 some miles from our farm. The manager personally delivered them to Williston for us. Their customer service was Way Way Beyond anything I have ever experienced. Would definitely choose them for purchasing things before any other place

Wonderful FR work clothes selection. Small custom parts selection for utility applicences for laboring wok such as chainsaws, leaf blowers ECT.. small pet section. Exceptional work shoe selection.

It seems as though wherever the location be it in michigan, california, texas n. Carolina or anywhere in between, tractor supply has an abundance of products. The staff is always helpfull and my experience is always good. Im not satisfied with the tractor supply brand tool box but i am glad that this location offers weatherguard as well.
