The poor reviews make sense now. I went through the car wash and it was horrible so I called the store and spoke with the manager. I let her know I do not live in town but I would be back that evening. She told me to come by then and her girl working that night would take care of it. Well communication didn’t happen bc when I stopped in to run my car through the wash the lady said she couldn’t do anything bc her manager didn’t tell her anything about it. So I called the next day in hopes of reaching her but she wasn’t working, the girl I talked to took my number and said she would call me back, never did. I called the next morning and got the manager but she claimed she never even spoke to me. I tried explaining to her everything that happened including the time and day that I did actually talk with her but she wouldn’t listen. Then said she would not give me a free wash. I don’t care how much the wash costs (I purchased a bundle of the “best” washes) it is principle. Each person I talked to was very rude. Don’t go here.
