their laziness cost me money!I told the parts person i needed low beams for a ram 1500 warlock. they just went off what trucks normally take for low beams and didn't look up my specific truck. which turns out the fancy ram's take high beams in the low beams.well, since i opened the package and found out they messed up by not actually looking up what i needed, they wouldn't take the part back because its been opened.so be sure to do your own research on what you need for parts because if you don't, their mistakes will cost you money and they won't stand behind their errors.

Can you honestly go wrong with a napa? Compared to a carquest, oriely, or an auto zone some of napas pricing is a little higher but that's fine with me because their parts last. Generally if I don't go OEM then it's NAPA. Staff here are friendly and very knowledgeable. Mare sure you get a free sticker from the sticker box at check out too.

The help at the counter is good at this store when I was in Watford I went to that store at least three times a week to buy parts or to get whatever I needed to get out to see the trucks running and the lady was always very helpful

They won't answer the phone. I went in for Mopar parts, to a Mopar dealer. 75%of the time I have to go back to get the right part. If they are still open. I'm not a business, so they don't care. I have to go back in the morning.
