Great communication during my oil change. Asked me a lot of questions and did break check, lights check and offered to clean windows and vacuum floors. Lots of communication between employees, too. Definitely recommend!

Went to the carewash, spent $18 for the top of the line on the soft touch side. The car wash put the soap on and told me to exit and didn't do anything after. Wasted another 18 dollars just to get the soap off. Not happy with my experience here.

Went for a coolant system flush . The technician doing the job was all nervous like he was drugged out . They didn’t have the proper tools to work with. The technician didn’t have a clue as how to hook up or function the machine. Hopefully my truck won’t be screwed when I leave here . 100% sure I won’t be back. I mean this tech is sweating, shaking and nervous as hell . He also ripped the cover over my radiator loose , why I haven’t a clue. I told the manager he needed to fix it. He comes back with “ well I didn’t see him do it” ! It doesn’t matter if he saw it or not I DID ! Guess basically I was called a liar. Who ever owns this place needs to start at the top to the bottom and clean house. I see he reads his reviews and responds. All these bad reviews and it’s like he couldn’t give a damn how his staff acts. Avoid this place, I’ll never go back …...

They told me id have a qoute before I pulled in. They Didn't untill have way thru the work told me 350 dollars. On the receipt they claim to vacuum floors, check power steering fluid, coolant fluid, clean windows etc. They did none of that I was in my truck the whole time. Get home low coolant light came looked at the reservoir its low. If you're gonna stiff people on the price least you can do is do the things the receipt says you did. Took almost 3 hours for oil and a fuel filter. They also took my card and held it for over an hour. I wouldn't recommend this place

I have used Jiffy Lube off and on for over 20 years, but this is by far the best experience I have ever had! We had the oil changed in our 1976 Dodge Chinook at a great Jiffy Lube in Missoula, Montana, where they told us our piggy-back plug gasket was broken, causing a leak. He didn't have a replacement, but said to keep an eye on the leak, and to go by Jiffy Lubes to get free top offs, and to get the plug replaced whenever possible. We bought a new plug at NAPA and were noticing a lot of leakage so, 1,300 miles early, we stopped randomly in the town of Watford City, N.D., at a Jiffy Lube.The gentleman we dealt with was extremely positive and professional. We thought we'd have to pay for a new oil change even though we were only halfway through the last, but he managed to use some sort of sorcery to change the oil plug, without having to change the oil or even having to top it off afterwards! Not only that, but the piggy-back plug we brought was too big, but the store had one on hand that was the right size, and they installed it for no charge for the part or the labor! Afterwards they ran the engine for a bit and monitored no observed leak! Then at the end he even brought dog treats out to my wife and two dogs who were waiting in the shade of the parking lot! I believe the tech's name was Augustine Moroyoque, and he was the best.We are driving across the country on a pre-routed 35,000 mile trip across the country in an old jalopy with a brand new engine that cost, for us at least, a lot of money, so we really appreciate the gentlemen at that Jiffy Lube helping to ensure that our rig stays in great condition!Thank you for your great service!4 Creatures 1 Van

Awesome job. Before they started the lead informed me that they did not have my filter and wouldn't be able to get one until Monday when Napa opens. Expensive and slow. I’ve been to Jiffy lube quite a bit but it took over an hour and a half for them to do a simple oil change on my car while I was the only person there... and when the next guy came, it they appeared to prioritize him. Never had an oil change take this long even if there was 5 people ahead of me. Bathroom is gross too. Not a reason to dock a star but maybe they could work on that. They were nice enough tho

Service was ok. I asked for them to fill my bottom reservoir on my GMC, and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about so my coolant light is still on!

Went to get an oil change on my 2006 Ford Escape. I Brought 5qts of oil and an oil filter for them to use. The oil change itself took almost an hour, they spilt oil on my exhuast from the oil filter and didn't clean it so my car was smoking when I left and they charged me full price for the services even though I had my own materials. I will not be going back and hope this helps others.UPDATE*Its been a week and no one has contacted me on anything, email or phone related to my issue.

I wish there was a way to choose ZERO stars. Website says they are open at 8am. Sitting here since 745am. It’s now 830am and they are still closed with no signage or indication that they changed their hours? If they even changed their hours. Lost about 5 customers this morning. Watching people drive up wait and leave.

Sad turn of events...we had used Jiffy Lube in Watford for years. They changed the oil in oue '16 Mercedes GL450. It was put back together incorrectly and replaced/installed and at their own admission of Garrett. However they also have no responsibility in the matter... we will take our business elsewhere as the 15k it has taken to repair our vehicle. It's truly heartbreaking. Good luck all!We have emailed as stated in their reply and they will take NO RESPONSIBILITY other than what was said on the phone to me by Garerrt. So yes it comes down to "he said, she said." Thanks for the "valiant" effort but you've made yourself clear.So I can spend the time and $ on legal services to prove a point or take my time and $ elsewhere.

It would be one star but the manager on site was very polite and accommodating. So here's my story I go in to get my tires rotated When I get back to the house I noticed 2 of my luggs are sticking out further than the rest. come to find out they were cross threaded when they put them back on. I take the car back to them and the manager was very apologetic and quick to fix the problem. Now the 2nd problem they do not know how to remove the studs and replace them so they pulled apart the brakes and pulled the hub off when reinstalling the brakes they did not adjust them correctly and the pin on the pad was not in the slot it was supposed to be in so it wore my brakes out irregularly and I did not notice this until I'm in Idaho. I We'll take it to the mechanic at the shop I work at points out what the problem is but now I have a worn out rotor and pads on one side of my car I tried to contact the owner via email and I do not yet Have a response

Been there twice now. First time I showed up for an oil change at 8am sharp and was out of there by 8:30. This morning was a different story. Showed up at 8am and waited behind a line of 5 other cars. I waited until 8:30 and realized there was no one even in the building and no signs saying they were closed. Trying to understand why the shop isn’t open on a Tuesday in January at 8am when the website hours clearly state open at 8am.... Very frustrating morning and probably will not be returning any time soon.Service: Oil change

Avoid at all costs. I implore you, go elsewhere. I sent my vehicle in for a simple oil change, new wipers, and tire rotation (other options unavailable due to lack of employees) and for 1 the tech I spoke with wasn't aware of half of the fluid changes they even offered. Second after letting the tech know where the lug nut key was (I assume) the manager she claimed they had already rotated my tires just seconds after passing off the phone. I asked for them to not rotate my tires due to it being 40$ for a 2 minute job. FINALLY after getting my car back they didn't even put the correct size wiper blades on my vehicle. Other than being one of the VERY few car shops here I am surprised they even get business. This is absolutely absurd and I want either a refund for my wipers or to be given the correct size. I've already contacted the BBB so hopefully they can straighten something out since I'm out 50$ for the WRONG wipers.

Liked how friendly the staff were, and how quick my oil change was. Not too cheap to get break pads changed, but that's Watford City for you. Definitely my go-to place in terms of convenience though.

This was a horrible experience. Came in on a Sunday thinking it would be in & out service. Heck no !!!! Came in at 12:10 pm didn't finish until 1:50 pm. There were 3 people before us, but they were just getting their oil changed. All we had done was an oil change and the rear turn signal bulbs replaced. I thought Jiffy Lube was know for their quick service, definitely not the motto of this location. Never again.

Trying to give these guys my business AGAIN and they tell me they may not be able to do tire rotations today because they don’t know if their tire rotation guy will show up. Whoever is in charge of these people need to manage them because this is ridiculous. They tell me the last time to let them have another chance. Sounds to me like that’s what they say to everyone to make it look better on the reviews. How about actually follow through and also contact the people and make it right.

Took 1.3 hours to get just the engine oil and filter changed on a Ram 6.7 Cummins ! Then had to correct and Argue with the kids that my truck took 3 gallons of oil , since they thought there was 5 quarts in a gallon not 4 like I told them …. This is more of a big kids paid to play in the oil daycare .

Poor customer service. The young lady working is impersonal, seemed easily annoyed when I corrected the misspelling of my name and refused to correct my zip code which defaulted to the area zip code. I was forced to purchase a more expensive oil because they don’t carry a lower cost. I would NEVER recommend their service.

Took 3 hours to mount and balance 4 tires, then torqued the lug nuts to 130 ft/lbs when the actual spec is 85. All for the low low price of $130. Probably will never be back. The only positive was that the service was ok.

The guys in the shop are amazing g!! Very helpful and quick. The lady in the office is rude, cranky and acted like the world was an inconvenience to her. She was horrible to the customers and even the guys in the shop cringed as she stormed through screaming for no reason. I must add that this was months ago. I havent went back. But everything else was amazing!

Asked them to check my cabin air filter... "this truck doesn't have one," said one "tech." Had to tell him where it was. After the 4 hours it took to change oil, rotate tires, change my engine air filter and cabin air filter, I went ahead and checked my cabin filter to find that they had broken the glove box damper, and didn't put the filter cover back on. My oil life was not reset either. Not pleased with this experience. Will take my company's business elsewhere.
