I am not sure what's going on with this store but it is absolutely a huge mess inside and out. There were so many aisles I couldn't even walk down because they were full of boxes and boxes of unpacked product. I have never seen a store so messy in my life. The outside and the propery around the store are covered in litter. This is why I hate chain stores. There's no pride in their business and they don't seem to care about the community. I hope Watford City kicks these kinds of businesses out so we don't have to deal with all their trash.

This store is a joke. The kid that was working today has no business working in retail and should be replaced for his mannerisms. First off, I was looking at items to purchase and he step’s directly in front of me putting away or moving items on the shelf.. as if I , a potential paying customer was non existent. Secondly, I get to the register and no one is around, so I ask him as he if anyone was working the register and he replies “no it’s not like are a store or something”. The manager then comes to check me out in a kind manner and apologizes for his actions. Regardless I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Seemed very understaffed nothing on the selves and very sweaty. Staff I interacted with were really nice and helpful, they were very hot too, corporate controls the temp of the store.

I had a horrible experience here. Heather had me take six cases of merchandise out of this store without paying for it. This was wrong. I do not steal! She followed me around the store trying to argue with me threatening to report me. She has no respect for anyone. Avoid this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

Its nice to have a Family Dollar in town! But this store is always empty or missing a lot of products. The store looks dirty with boxes everywhere. The one on Main St. looks way cleaner, nicer, and stocked. I dont even know if people here know what customer service is! Nobody greets you or helps you. When paying you do not get acknowledged and they are too busy talking to their co-workers.

The new manager that was brought in is beyond rude and condescending! The way she speaks to the employees, especially in front of the customers, is despicable! And she isn't much better in dealing with customers! I feel sorry for the people who have to work for her!

I tried to go to this family Dollar hoping for something better then the one on Main st. Nope. Worse. I couldn't even get around the store without having to move something out of my way, there was stuff all over, the store is in serious need for a General Manager who cares and some employees who work hard instead of texting on their phone during slow hours. Clean it up please, 😭

This store definitely needs some deep cleaning. Everywhere you look there is stuff all over the floor, a lot of dust on the shelves, some of the customer service Representatives need to have a lesson in being a little bit more friendlier to customers.

This story is very nasty and filthy looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The restroom is a complete nightmare you would need gloves to go in there
