I have gone into this place multiple times. First couple a customer and the past couple seeking employment. The last time I went in seeking employment the person gave me a mocking grin and said sorry we are all full for spring.. Apparently they don't want responsible, reliable workers because they could have had one. Personally I'd go to Scott's hardware on Main Ave in Washburn because of their impeccable customer service.

Very friendly and knowable staff. Very large lumber yard and large staff for size of town. I've had them do some minor custom work for me, and they have a personal level of detail to paint mixing you don't find in big box stores. Large design center as well, not just a wood store!
