Workers here are a bit snotty! Where the attitude comes from is not known but taking it out the ones who shop here by choice is a bit rude. I can't believe my luck.....I got a prize in my beef roast!!!!! I feel lucky. Also for those of you who say the staff members here are polite and helpful... Did you catch their name because in 5 years I haven't met them yet. The crabby woman in customer service with the nasty dirty hair should have been put in the back where she doesn't get to be around people. She hates people I think and she scares me! Really love the self check. Seriously it's a huge pain and very very annoying when you have to ask some of the employees that are standing around talking to move so you can get to a till. This place is less than mediocre and we only go there because econo foods is stupidly outrageous in prices. Sad but true!

I’m actually not much of a Walmart fan typically but honestly this is the place in town to go if you are looking for anything - econofoods is laughable overpriced so Walmart is the next best thing - unless you are looking for a trip to Fargo.At any rate, this is a better Walmart in my opinion due to it being in a small town and kept nice and clean. I’ve had great experiences with staff and not so great experiences with staff…but that’s at any place you go. All in all I think they do a great job and are a staple in the community.

Hey all. 1. If you check for items online first and get the store location, it is never there or has been moved. 2. If you love being in the store and not being able to find an associate for help. 3. If you love waiting forever in self checkout lines while there is only 1 checkout clerk and 11 vacant cashier tills. 4. If you love having a limited selection compared to other WalMarts. If you love all of these, then this is the WalMart for you.

Didn’t give us service while we were waiting 5 minutes in line and closed the service desk 30 mins to an hour before they were supposed to. Very un professional and self centered. Nice tech people though very professional and customer centered

My husband picked up roses this morning and brought them straight home for Valentine’s Day, and 2 of the roses had zero petals left on them by the time he got home and the others had petals with dried ends, indicating they froze. I understand the quality of Walmart flowers is not going to be close to a flower shop, but would have been nice to enjoy for at least one hour.

Good for quick shopping trips. My personal preference for busy, on the go, mom days is placing a mobile order so I can grab my groceries and run! The service is fast and everyone is always very kind. They always ask if you saw your substitutions prior to loading the groceries as well. If I had one complaint, it would be that they often don't have as large of a selection of items.

I buy most of my groceries at Walmart cause they have everything I need in one place but there meat section is to pricey for me so I buy meat at the other place.

My goodness there is never ANYTHING in stock and even ordering online my order gets picked wrong like im sorry what?? And I had expired food in my cart like are you serious? If this is the dangers of a small town I cannot wait to leave. I always heard small towns were better but this has me thinking 100% otherwise

Walmart is Walmart. However- would like to see it become a 24 hour store again. Lots of business throughout the night,some people prefer to shop then. Also I had to dock a star since everything is self check out.... multi billion dollar industry should be able to afford the extra cashier on duty.

Upon first inspection of this Walmart, it did not look to be as big from the outside as it is inside. I went to get some tomatoes and a few other items. I was disappointed in their produce department. There were flies and rotten tomatoes within the good ones which definitely showed they were not sorted through by employees like some stores are always doing. I opted to NOT buy tomatoes. I saw there were actual herbs in planters to buy in the produce department only to find every one of them not watered but severely dried up and dead. There was only 1 checkout cashier for the evening rush. Several workers standing by and talking to each other not helping out or dissipating the growing number of frustrated customers. Customers were expected to scan everything on the few self checkout stands which they had several but only 6 self checkouts open instead of the 20+ that remained off. Walmart has lost and all appeal to me and is going down faster than a sinking ship.

Rude service. Would not let me use my coupons 2 at a time. This was the only location that had a problem. I visited Moorhead, both fargo stores, crookston, both grand forks locations, Detroit lakes & Fergus falls. This was the only location that made me leave without the products I was there for.

I hate going into Wahpeton Walmart the lady Linda she white shirt hair that looks greasy n she's always so rude when you try n get some customer service. Today I went to go cash one of my checks n I have been cashing all my checks with this lovely customer service representative that works at the customer service desk she is so nice and even when u can tell she is frustrated she still gives her best customer service but Linda on the other hand I don't see her treating the white customers so rudely n she never smiles and she mentioned she has worked there for 17 years well I would think she would be employee of the month all the time with that many years working at Walmart but she is racist and she only treats me like my business she doesn't need or.want n she just wants to argue with me every time I go there and she should have excellent customer service skills but I'm afraid she needs a pop quiz on how to treat customers and I don't agree with the fact that the saying in customer service is that . U smile u say hello ,may I , u r supposed to use manners and be polite but I just wanted to rip her head off so I'm going to file a law suit for discrimination on Walmart and that's all that's too it

Got ripped off. Bought the new Call of duty modern warfare, for a Christmas present. I DIDN’T OPEN IT. Found out that it was cheaper to buy it online. 60% off. So i bought it and i went back to Walmart today and returned it. But HERE’S THE THING, I ONLY GOT 74 DOLLARS BACK. OUT OF 120$ IT WAS ITS WRAPPING, NO FINGER PRINTS ON THE DISC OR ANYTHING. Like come on.

This Walmart is a bit smaller than others up in Fargo and doesn’t have as big of variety. Masks are required right now. The produce is sometimes iffy and should be checked over well before deciding. The meat department is pretty small and the bakery is mostly cooked elsewhere and stocked. Employees are usually pretty nice, though sometimes a cashier won’t even say hello or good bye. Usually there is only one or two check outs open and you have to go to the self checkout. For being the largest retailer in the world you would think they can afford to have more customer service. Though it could be that not enough people want to work there. I worked at a Walmart in Colorado years ago and have to say that the company doesn’t value their employees like they could. Regardless, you will usually find what you need and of course the prices are usually the cheapest. The store is kept clean and organized. Stocking goes on during the day so maneuvering around can get challenging ssometimes annoying.

Waited for 5hours for pickup a nice lady had said by 140 I would have my order called at 210 and they said we don't see ur order and then said by 3 should be ready so waited over hour and she came back and said when she sees my order she would bring it and I was extremely mad cause me and my son were extremely sick and needed groceries but I didn't wanna go in and get other people sick I wish walmart was nicer and more polite
