This is one of those examples of a place that actually started out pretty good and just lost the heart or quality as time went on.The coffee isn’t very good, at least the cold brews definitely aren’t. Some of the lattes are good, but there’s no consistency or quality control, it varies wildly from drink to drink.I liked going there so I hope they find their passion again. Until then, I likely won’t be back

As a doordasher I waited almost an hour for the order...then when asking in a polite manner how much longer it would be so I can tell my customer, she "Vick" ignored me completely. Another doordasher came into the store right after I arrived and was clearly friends with "Vick" so she had her go into the kitchen and they chatted for 40 minutes before she walked out with her order. My customer wanted to continue with her order so I waited patiently. When my customer called the store asking what in the world was taking so long "Vick" lied to her telling her I got an attitude with her....so asking nicely how much longer aquates to me giving her attitude?? What a joke! Terribly unprofessional.....if you're chatting with a friend kindly tell the doordasher so they can unassign the order.

April 2024 Update: New employees on the weekly. Drinks have turned out to be not great majority of the time. The drinks seem to be short ingredients to cut costs. Bring back the original employees!!!! BRING BACK SAM! We used to come daily and now we don't go at all. Please improve if you would like our business back. I know I speak for others as well that have stopped going.July 2023 Update: The cold drinks have been amazing!I came here to get my "Caribou" fix. The drive through could use some arrows on the ground. I was confused at first until i seen other vehicles go through. Maybe I should have looked at the building.The menu was a bit overwhelming to figure out at first. I would maybe look at refining that. I felt rushed with others behind me. Overall the two drinks I got were decent. A mint and vanilla mocha. Prices were good vs. competition.

Don't waste you money on anything with flavoring in it. Either their flavors are cheap and don't have any flavor to them or they only put a few drops in to make it look colored. Twice I ordered Italian sodas and they taste like straight soda water and cream. Disgusting. I can make better Italian sodas homemade for 10 times less cost anyhow. Very disappointed in this place. Other Coffee places make Italian sodas much better with plenty of flavoring.

Love 3 bean, it's my families favorite stop. From Bullini's, frozen blend drinks like the cotton candy one, the bubble tea(my kids love watermelon bubble tea with boba), to the coffee flights...I haven't disliked anything yet!!! The Caramel Cravings is a must!!! So good!!! And the staff is always friendly and amazing!Kid-friendliness: They always know how to make a kid smile with the little things such as sprinkles!

Have been here a few times now. I don't get my go to coffee options, a traditional Macchiato - this establishment treats their Macchiato's like Lattes.The drive through is hard to figure out. But you get used to it. A suggestion to have a speaker and order before the window, if possible.I've been getting a medium hot vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso and it's great - highly recommend.Always smiley friendly faces, knowledgeable staff (drip vs espresso) and fast service.

We went for an afternoon coffee and told our barista to SUPRISE us with a fall flavored iced and a fall flavored hot - both made with milk alternative - and she blew them both out of the park!! They were both fantastic and she was super friendly!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options!!

Good coffee, but customer service needs a little intervention.. I don't understand why I can't order over the phone when I'm driving there from a long distance. The girl I talked to was a little rude about it and said I NEED to go onto the website and order, even scoffed at me when I asked if I could just order on the phone since I was only 10 minutes to Wahpeton. I'm not going to go on a website and do all the ordering when I'm driving...
