Very clean on the inside and aesthetically welcoming too. Clean restrooms too. I like their Wednesday Men specials advertised inside. Oddly they have a sign on their counter saying they don’t accept excessive dirty change. So I gave them a crispy new $10 and had to laugh at the $5 they gave me as change uploading pic here.

Went here in the summer to fill up gas in the middle of the night. The hours they have on here are lies!! It’s only 24 hours for fueling. If they were open 24 hours, I would’ve saw lights inside the store!! And since we had to go to the bathroom really badly, well you get the idea. What I would recommend is having a porta potty outside for those who need to use the restroom in the middle of the night during your non-operating hours.

Could have been a little cleaner, especially the restroom as well as the facility overall. The place use to be much cleaner but it seems to be in my humble opinion in a steady decline over the last number of months. Hopefully, it will turnaround.

The one star is for the coffee and breakfast burritos. The burrito was pretty much unedible unless you love your first bite to be a mouth full of gooey cheese. I like my sausage burritos to actuall have sausage in them too. I had to throw it away after two bites ( ; _ ; )The coffee though ... It tasted fine but it did not smell good at all. It smelled like a used air-sickness bag.The inside was nice and clean though.

I’ve been here twice , the first time they refused to heat up my roast beef for my sandwich and was rude about it. I asked if they could give me the bread and meat separately so I could heat it up myself , they still refused. Luckily the girl that made it for me heated it up for me and said that was ridiculous how I was treated. The second time I grabbed BBQ wings but I wanted buffalo wings so I wanted to exchange it and was told I couldn’t so I left them at the counter for them to do whatever with. Probably put them back. The gal at the register was at least nice about it . My suggestion though is to not have so many policy’s that you run off your customers. She could have said I couldn’t take it back but I could go get the buffalo wings and I could have understood that. Instead I left a mad customer and will never be back. Hope you all realize at some point that you need to treat customers better.

Early hours Sunday morning our semi truck broke down about 15 mins west of Velva. We would like to say a huge huge thank you to your store and wonderful.employees for letting us stay in your driver's lounge with our dog until the morning waiting on the tow truck. We can't say thank you enough guys

I purchased some chicken strips here for lunch last week. I asked the deli clerk for some ranch and was told that it was up front. When I finally found the ranch, I also learned that they expected me to pay $0.50 for a tiny package. Screw that, I've already overpaid for three pieces of greasy chicken that have been sitting in the warmer for god-only-knows how long without having to pay extra for a side of goddamn ranch.

Great truck stop. Any trucker looking for a shower and food this place has it and plenty of parking. Also free shower if you fill up with 70 gallons of fuel.

Used the restroom needed soda paid for the soda and left. Also needed gas for the pickup. Nice people behind the counter.
