Such a great staff! They were patient with my cranky cat and explained everything for my old dog who has a heart problem. They give us the options and then respect any decision we make as the pet parent. Highly recommended for any pet owner in the area!!!

Valley City Vet is soo compassionate and keeps the family updated after your pet gets done with surgery to let you know how it went!They are also affordable and don't overcharge for services!We love this vet office and it's why we drive 1.5 hours one way from Minnesota with our cats🙂

Dr. Fischer and staff could not have been more attentive to my pet’s needs. Every issue of concern was addressed in a (w)holistic manner in contrast to looking at each symptom as individual problems. Everything was thoroughly explained, prevention was discussed, and ways to identify any future problems. Dr. Jen always strives to educate and do what is best for her furry clients. I am very grateful and appreciative of the individual care and attention at VC vet.

We have just switched to this vet clinic. These folks are great. They got my hurt dog in on a Saturday when I didn’t have an appointment. I normally have to muzzle my Chihuahua before the vet can examine her. She is a rescue and was abused as a puppy so is afraid of strangers. She took right too Dr Jen. No muzzle and no problem. That is a first and I was impressed. She received great care and is going back on February 9th to get her torn ACL repaired.I am extremely happy with everyone I have dealt with at this clinic and plan to continue to use them to care for my two dogs. I would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs a good vet and quality, compassionate care for their pets.

We were greeted warmly and all the staff know our dog’s name and giving her some lovin’.Vet needed some assist with holding her for her shot and the assistant was very good with holding and talking to her and it was over quickly with Rosie none the worse for the experience.

Only good things to say about the valley vet! We have a very sassy border collie/shiba inu and even though it takes an extra vet tech to do her appointments, they’ve been nothing but understanding. It’s not a fancy place but they know their stuff and will treat both you and your pet right.

Thanks to the wonderful veterinarians that were working that day we had a much better experience than I could have hoped for. They were very patient with my boy and did everything possible to make his experience as positive as possible even though he was scared to death. The most accommodating clinic! When you have an emergency, they will go out of their way for you. I live almost 2 hours away from them and I wish I lived closer so I could use them as my regular vet.

Best Vet's and Vet Tech's we've ever been to. Reasonably priced and they don't try to scare or make you feel guilty into adding in unnecessary treatments or tests. I've always felt that they do what's best and needed.
