My car was broken down in my garage and these guys came to me to check it out. Unfortunately the car is a Fiat and they were not able to service to it, but they did not hesitate to step out of the shop and come take a look at it themselves. They gave me some great information to follow up with and I was very satisfied regardless of the situation. Great guys.

We had such a good experience here. We were driving through ND on a cross country trip — Seattle to Montreal so it was quite a middle of the trip stop— with our Sprinter camper van when we lost power steering on the highway. We checked the engine and knew we needed assistance so we slowly made our way off the highway and found ourselves at the nearest auto repair, after hours — which happened to be Quality Alignment —we were not even sure they would service us given many shops won’t service Sprinter vans (as imports) but we spent the night there and first thing in the morning called. The mechanic that helped us (I think Ryan/Brian?) was super kind, saw us right away to help us get back on the road, even though we know they were busy with scheduled maintenance. They didn’t even have room in the shop because they were completely booked— the mechanic just saw us outside (in the freezing cold), scooting under the truck on the gravel outside (!!). After he popped under the truck, he confirmed we had a broken pulley on the alternator, then located a new alternator for us that was in a neighboring town (30 miles away), went to pick up the part (and even thought to bring our alternator with him to check it would all fit given we have a Mercedes’ van that’s not always standard builds).We ended up all fixed up by noon— he truly went out of his way quite a bit to help some out-of-towners, which meant a great deal to us. He saved us from having to delay our cross country move for a break down. We truly appreciate the work you did, how quickly you got us back on the road, and all the flexibility you granted us!!Service: Engine repair

These guys are the only place to go for mechanical repairs ! Excellent service & they will be honest about what actually needs to be fixed ... Way better then the dealership!

Nice place. Really nailed the on time aspect of the service. Having a background in being a service advisor I was wary of scheduling a late afternoon appointment because that's when a lot of work happens to meet end of day commitments. The alignment turned out well and my old work beater left in better condition. It was a good experience.

Had an unexpected stop on our way to Canada. The shop had the exact tire we needed and had it installed in no time. Plus took the time to speak to 2 separate insurance companies for us. Every single person there was so kind and helpful. If we could give 6 stars, we would.

My car wouldn't start so I had my vehicle towed and when I got my vehicle back the issue still wasn't fixed. When I went to start my vehicle in the parking lot it wouldn't start which was the issue I had in the first place. They jumped it which took way too long and then I couldn't drive out of the lot because they hadn't removed the snow from around my vehicle. I drove it back to work and when I got done it wouldn't start again.So my car had to be towed AGAIN to have the battery replaced which they should have done in the first place. They didn't give me a quote for the battery change and they charged me full price even though they had my car a full week and a half when it should have only taken a few days maximum.Service: Battery
