I am currently doing a complete DIY renovation in my home, so I make several trips a week to Handy Hardware. Every time I am in there someone always tries to help me, and I receive top knotch customer service. The owner of this store runs it incredibly well, and I am thankful to have this store in Valley City!

This is one of my go-to places if I need Plumbing, electrical, Construction, Rental, or supplies. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly. They stock just about anything you might need.Constantly expanding their offerings, it's good to check back often.

This place will definitely have what you need for home improvements, gardening, cleaning, painting supplies and even ammo. Now, just keep in mind that you are in a small town, so prices are gonna be higher than say the city. But, by the time you add in your gas your just better off staying local. I will agree with the previous review about the staff. They dont seem to be to eager to help, but see I would rather have it this way. If I need help I'll give to you, I would rather not be pestered while I shop.

One of my favorite hardware stores to go in, love the new location. Staff are very helpful!! Definitely a place to go shopping as they have more then just hardware stuff I love that I don't have to drive to Walmart all the time.

Spent over 30 minutes in store. Worker sitting when I entered. He watch my wander around through several aisles to find product. When I finally went to ask him where to find what I wanted, he was no where to be found. Went to Ace hardware downtown, had my product in less that five minutes.

Nice place don't be in a hurry though. Sometimes it takes a while to get help..was in there one day and I went looking for help aes nd couldn't find anyone to help. Finally after about 15 minutes i got help.Always friendly though. Usually have what I need little pricey but don't have to drive to get what you need.
