We had a flat tire on our road trip and went to Bitz for a fix or tire replacement. After determining the tire was not fixable, they gave us a few options on tires and got our tire replaced fast and at a good price. We were back on the road in no time. We shredded a boat trailer tire on I-94 minutes before closing time. Todd at Bitz Tire not only had everything we needed in stock but stayed open way past dinnertime to get us back on the road. His co-worker even came out with a treat for our dog! Highly recommend this place!

We were on the verge of breaking down on a roadtrip to see relatives, our power was going out and we could not turn off the car for fear of not getting it restarted. Frantic calling as we trudged down the interstate and we happened to call Bitz Tire. They agreed to see us - they diagnosed our faulty alternator and called ahead to Fargo to arrange for parts and repair. They asked for NOTHING in return. Amazing customer service and we are fortunate we stumbled on to them.If it wasn't for them the trip might well have failed. As it was, I owe them at least a good review, but if I was a Valley City local, they would have my business for life, as they are a life saver.

Lost a wheel on our ice house. Being from out-of-town we were in a tough spot. Todd went out of his way to help us with a used rim and a new tire. He was busy, but still took the time to help us. Says a lot about his business!

Called to see if I could get a couple tires put on, already had two new ones needed two more, they said didn’t know if they would have time but to drop it off. I dropped it off and asked if they could drop the oil also being I drive truck and don’t have time to do much anymore. They had the tires and oil changed by the time I had to pick up my kids from school!!! Excellent!!!! 10stars!!!

Called to reschedule an appointment and was met with extreme negativety/criticism. Sorry that real life happens and you gotta work around it sometimes. How have these guys stayed in business this long with that type of customer service? I'll take my business elsewhere.

They charge Customers for items / services, that they don't need... Then don't even get the parts / service that they pay for.Had a tire changed here once, (for the front of my tractor) put a used truck tire on it, ... Until I could afford to buy 2 new tires. They told me, "I had to have an inter tube put in my tire, ... and charged me for such."Two weeks later, as I was having two tires put on the front of my tractor, (at a different shop) ... I find out that there WASN'T any inter tube on my tire, that Bitz changed for this.When I mentioned this to the Owners, they told me they would look into it. The Owner called me back, ... Admits they charged me for an inter tube, that I never received, told me to come back to his shop, and they'd refund me my money.That was three weeks ago, ... I've been to their shop 5 times, to get my refund, ... every time I go there, ... The owner is never there.

These guys are simply AAAAMAZING!!! On our way to a dog show in Minnesota and are forces over a pile of highway debris by a semi... about 120 miles later, our low tire light comes on. I frantically use Google to find tire repair in Valley City. Bitz Tire was the first listing so I called, hoping against hope that they’d be able to squeeze us in on such short notice. They told us to come right in! They found EIGHT nails in our tire!! The guy at the counter (sorry I didn’t get your name, dude! You’re the BEST!!) took the extra step to call the store where we bought our tires from in Bismarck to find out if we had road hazard insurance (because I couldn’t remember!!) We DID have road hazard coverage! This could have been a horrible, disappointing experience, but the guys at Bitz Tire made it painless and almost fun!! They even made sure our puppy got a couple of treats while we waited (and we didn’t wait long!! In and out in under 45 minutes!!) Thanks for taking care of us Bitz tire dudes!!!!

Great service! We were pulling a trailer out of town and realized one of the tires was going to blow and stopped in valley city. These guys swapped out the tires and got us back on the road within the hour!

My duramax broke down outside of town... went into limp home mode. I had these guys do a lube oil and filter change. Then we changed the fuel filter. When they checked and cleared the codes, my sierra had fuel rail pressure issues. They recommended a fuel system cleaning... and used a product from BT.These guys stayed 3 hours later after they were closed on a saturday to help me, were very knowledgeable, and I am back on the road with no issues. :)
