Took my dog in for an emergency visit. She basically just did an exam and said he didn't have anything wrong with him. So I ultimately juat drove home (8 hrs) to our vet, he was hospitalized for 3 day. Plus side I was able to get his dog food while I was there since he only had a cup left. Vet was friendly.

After my dog was ran over by the UPS truck I called around to several vet clinics and this is the only one that would take us. Everyone was very caring and helpful. Karen and her helpers were very patient and thorough and took the time to resolve it and to stitch up both of her legs, and sent us home with everything we needed. This is one of the best clinics I’ve been to.

After calling several veterinarians Rugby veterinary services was the only one willing to see Jetta at 9 weeks for an emergency without having us as a client already. Thankfully Jetta is expected to make a full recovery. The staff was kind, caring and professional. They are also affordable and except pet insurance. Even though I live in Minot I am going keep taking Jetta there for all her care. They are worth driving to.Thank you for all you do!

Had it not been for Rugby Veterinary Service our little puppy would not be with us. DR. G's guidance and willingness to see him right away and instructions to get him to Fargo saved Baily. He needed blood and parasites treatment. Nothing heroic but not common. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!8

Got turned away from new rockford and devils lake vet for two new patients, a 4yo golden retriever and a red lab pup been extremely happy with rugby, brought kimber (the red lab puppy) in at just shy of 9 months to get spayed the other day very thorough vet tech and vet she came out of surgery very well, it takes a lot to trust someone with their dog but an invested hunting dog that is part of the family as well the only thing I could think about was if something happens to her, she came out well and 2 days later back to normal the vet that did the surgery for the spay did a wonderful job, she’s clean stitches are good and healing fast no issues. I will recommend this clinic to any dog or cat owner in the area they are awesome at what they do.

Everyone at the front desk was so nice! And when calling I was hoping I didn't have to pay for an emergency visit, luckily I called at the right time and they saw my dog within the next couple hours!! Great place.

I moved to North Dakota 6 months ago. I didn't have a Vet yet in the area. I called Rugby to see if they could squeeze me into their schedule. My 15+ dog Loki, went downhill fast and could barely move, he stopped eating and barely had weight on, so I reluctantly and sadly determined it was time to send him across the rainbow bridge. I didn't want him to suffer any longer. They had a full schedule but worked us in for the next day. The Vet was wonderful and sympathetic. They handled him gently and kindly. The next day I received a condolence card in the mail signed by everyone in the office. They went above and beyond.

We have only been to this clinic the one time, and unfortunately it was to put our dog down. But the staff was AMAZING and if we ever get another animal, we will DEFINITELY make the drive from Minot just to come here. 10/10 stars if I could. Thank you guys for making such a difficult decision easier to make and for being so professional in our time of sadness and desperation.

Brought my dog in for a emergency. I'm a anti mask person to be honest but also I open carry my handgun everywhere other then government buildings of course but anyway they asked me to put a mask on i said I don't have one and they grabbed me one and I kindly declined since my handgun was of course on me and they were completely reasonable with me and willing to work around it with. Good people there 👍 👏

We were having a hard time finding a vet to help our very sick pup today. We called every clinic in a 90 mile radius and RVS was the only clinic willing and able to help. Not only did they help us but they stayed open and took care of our fur baby with professional care, concern and never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience. It'll be a bit before our pup is 100% again but we are extremely grateful to the staff and Dr. Lagrasse at RVS. Highly recommend!!!

The vets here are fantastic with animals and very knowledgeable. They did a great job taking care of both my dog and my cat. They are also the only vet I’ve been to that accepts Care Credit. The online appointment reminders they send are very helpful as well. I recommend this vet for any pet owner. They also take care of a large variety of animals.
