I had to use this flower shop as they are the only ones that deliver to Towner ND. I’d like to start with the customer service, it was absolutely horrible. The woman I talked to was very short and rude with her answers as if I was wasting her time. I just had a loss in the family and the last thing I want to deal with is horrible customer service. Completely unprofessional

Owner was very pleasant and friendly. The "nice" flowers were in the back, so it is hard to tell just by looking in the cooler what flowers are available. But service and price were good.
