Good was good, but the options were limited. The waitress was pleasant enough, but the first thing she said while we were looking at the menu that half the menu was unavailable. It happened to be the one with the main entrees. So basically, it became a hamburger joint.UPDATE:It's December and I found out I had visited them at a bad time. I stopped by for dinner. I had the fried food with wedges (Fish and Chips) and it was delicious. It comes with salad bar which is the best one in the area. The soup included with the salad bar was beef and barley. I must say I'll be back to try other things on the menu.

The food was very delicious as usual. The waitress provided us excellent customer service and great atmosphere. We definitely will be going back again. We had dinner there tonight, the baked combo was very delicious and the customer service continues to be excellent. I love eating there and the atmosphere is wonderful.

The service is great but the real star here is the quality of the food. Best omelet I’ve had in ND, and it’s hard to try anything else here because it’s that good. The egg is thick and fluffy with ingredients perfectly blended in. The quality of their soup is also amazing. You can tell They have put real effort into how they cook this food.

Great! This has got to be the best restaurant in North Dakota! Staff and cooks are top notch and the food is absolutely sensational! A very wide variety on the menu as well! Definitely recommend, don't settle for anywhere else.

The Village Cafe is by far the greatest restaurant I've been to in years!...and I've been to a lot! Great service and great environment! The food is delicious and the wait wasn't long!! Definitely would recommend!! 5/5!!

It's a nice restaurant with a wide range of items on their menu. Menu includes fried chicken, Italian cuisine, sandwiches, and more delicious items. It is worth the drive to Rolette if you are heading to Sky Dancer Casino, which is directly north of Rolette.
