Took our dog in got him fixed. The service was astounding. Staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything I needed or even wanted to know was answered promptly. If you can find a better veterinary office and can beat their service and price, I really need to know, but I'll still take my fur babies here. Professional work is done here. I want to personally thank the staff at Northwest veterinary service for your ability to help us. Your life savers and do not get enough credit for the great work performed here. Northwest Vet is hands down the best in northwestern ND. Great, caring staff and two Vets who provide top notch care for the whole farm.We have had our horses, goats, dogs, and cats looked after by Northwest Vet and gladly make the hour drive to come see Dr London and Moriah.Keep doing what you’re doing!

Always a wonderful experience. Last time I came was for an emergency with my doberman. I was treated with kindness and sensitivity. Treatments are very reasonably priced. My dog is alive because these people listened to my concerns and squeezed us in on a day they were full, only to identify a serious issue.This time was for a puppy checkup and it was nice to have a non emergency experience. No complaints!

Took our sweet kitty Celeste here to get spayed and microchipped- on a weekday. They were so kind and accommodating with me having to get off work and drive from Tioga to pick her up. The entire visit was also a reasonable price. We will definitely be visiting again with our other furbabies!

They helped me with this girl trying to fight a infection but in the end her body just wouldnt fight it off. They were so compassionate and helpful when I had to put her down. My 14 year old lady is finally free of pain. They did everything they could to get us and have a customer for life. We love and miss you Carly, sweet girl

We called and scheduled a last-minute appointment. We were (luckily) seen immediately, with no waiting in the waiting room for hours! Awesome service!Extremely compassionate, friendly, efficient, and nice staff.From what I saw of the clinic, you could eat off the floors. Everything appeared to be spotless!I can not find even (1) thing to complain about!We highly recommend NorthWest Veterinary Services.Thank you, everyone!!!

They overdosed my 7lb cat with pain meds (Zorbium) and then tried to charge me the following day for bringing him in to get an IV to bring him back to life, after peeing on himself and losing all motor function on his back end. If you care about your pet at all than think twice before bringing them here. Nothing says insensitivity and cold heartedness like an unnecessary bill.

This is an amazing veterinarian and clinic that we're blessed to have in rural ND! She and her staff were knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and friendly. The clinic is large and constantly cleaned. Appointments were available the same day, and they worked with me to reschedule. My dog was quickly treated, the billing and paperwork were smoothly done, and the pricing was reasonable.

The vet's here are a wonderful mother and daughter team. The staff are caring and considerate. Usually when you take your fur babies to the vet they develope a fear for the place and the people. My fur babies go right in. Excited to see Dr London and her staff.They are attentive and make sure my babies are happy and feel better.I highly recommend Northwest Veterinary Services.

Highly recommended! Dr. London has a natural knack with animals! Both my dogs have always had to be sedated in order to get their claws clipped. She asked if she could attempt it without sedation and it worked! I am so pleased! The staff is always friendly and caring. They have an awesome variety of pet products available, also. Just wish they offered emergency care.

Did surgery on my cat to remove a fatty lump in her belly. Very compassionate and reasonably priced. Vet took the time to answer questions and cared about my pet. This alone makes a difference then other vets I've dealt with. This is why I will use them again and recommend to others.

I would give 0 stars if the was an option. Took my 1 year old Bassett in to have his leg looked at because he wouldn't put any weight on it. The took him in and brought him out with in 10 min and told me "his knee is wrecked". Told us we needed to take him to Bismarck for surgery. Turns out the surgery was going to run $3,000. The lady we dealt with was very rude and short with us. We ran him to Watford City for a second opinion and the found that he had strained a mussel. Northwest never even did an x-ray. Just told us his knee was loose so it had to be a torn ligament. They caused my family a ton of un des stress. I will be taking my 2 dogs and 3 cats the extra hour to Watford every time.Update:Called the owner and turns out she was the one who saw my pup. Her words "at least you got good service somewhere". Very disturbing. Some people would have just had the dog put down because they didn't have the 3k for the surgery. Sad to think how many times that might have happened because of a compassionless vet......
