The auto shop is terrible! Terrible customer service, don’t expect any communication at all. Dropped off a tire to have mounted and balanced, they didn’t even acknowledge us and said to just leave it there. Didn’t take a name or phone number. I called to see when it would be finished and get a price and they were rude on the phone, told me they couldn’t do that size, and then hung up 😳. I will drive to minot for better service even if the prices are higher.
