I use to like going to Jim's. Even despite the higher prices I still wanted to support local. Now for the pros they have good meat, beef jerky and sell Hans Bakery items. But for con's the cashiers are awful. I hate giving this place a bad review but I don't feel like paying higher prices to deal with bad attitudes. I feel like I get better customer service at Walmart and that is unfortunate.

Not a fan of the over priced food. It's a little closer than grafton but not worth the convenience. I'll drive the extra 15 mins to go to Hugo's everytime. The only thing I can say is the sales are pretty decent. Not enough of them to satisfy a grocery run.

Nice little store with a decent selection. However, the price gouging is insane! Borderline theft, in my personal opinion. And the gal at the register was a bit rude. Lower the prices and work on customer service, please and thank you!

My wife and I spent eight days in Park River and the surrounding area visiting relatives. We shopped daily at Jim's Supervalu to bring food with us to various events (breakfasts, potlucks, 4th of July Celebration, etc.). We found the place well stocked with everything we needed and very helpful employees. We chatted with the owner twice and found him to be a very personable person who had a ready smile. There is plenty of parking in the small lot beside the store and also on the street in front. There is an addition at the back left of the store that is slightly higher than the rest so be careful if you have balance issues. They definitely will be able to provide you with everything you need for meals.

Great selection of items and convenient for residents of Park River. But they inflate their prices. If you can spare the gas, there are supermarkets elsewhere that get you the same stuff but for cheaper.

Don't usually have the items that are on sale when you go there on Mondays. Some of the cashiers could use a lesson on courtesy. You have multiple bags automatically the cashier should have assistant there before having to ask. Or making you stand there waiting for assistance. A customer brought the rest of my groceries out. Lower your prices if your going to make the customers work.

Awesome bacon made right in the store. Great grocery store so happy to have right here in Park River. Small community could not ask for any better. Still carry groceries to the car for you.

At the end of April I will have fresh tomatoes to sell them... Also they stock a choice quality cheese.... Friendly people. Nice store.
