Over all it wasn’t bad. Had some wall paper peeling in some spots. Didn’t have any wash clothes in my room upon arrival and never got towel or turn down services the whole week I was there. My biggest issue though was the placement of the shower head. The back wall is fairly close to the opposing wall where the shower head was located and although it wasn’t really cramped the problem lies with the shower head being about 8ft high. Made it difficult to change the spray pattern and hard to rinse off my lower half.

Was really impressed!Very well taken care of clean hotel.We were very impressed with how nice and clean the rooms were, and lots of space. The breakfast in the morning was darn good also.Rooms: Very clean, lots of room. Updated with a nice TV and fridge. Walk in tiled shower with lots a pressure and nice hot water.Nearby activities: Fishing!Food & drinks: Great breakfast!

If there was a zero I would have chose that but a 1 is the lowest.When we checked in the lady at the front desk was playing on the computer and it took her 5 minutes before she greeted us and asked for the information. She had to ask 3 times the first and last name. She then proceeded to answer her personal cell phone in the middle of checking us in. I called her out and she says it was her boss she was on the phone with but it sounded more like a personal call.The pool and hot tub were closed. The ice machine on the 3rd floor is broke.In the morning we realized There was 1 bath towel in the room along with 1 hand towel. No washcloths at all either. Sorry but 2 people can't use 1 towel. We called down to the front desk to ask for more towels and we were told we had to come down and get them they don't have room service. You would think that since the cleaning ladies were cleaning rooms they could have had them bring them to us. No hair dryers.We went down for breakfast at 8:30 am and there was no breakfast as they were cleaning it up already. I guess you have to be up and ready for breakfast at 6.We are Very disappointed and will not be staying there again.

None of the washing machines have worked in over a week on any floors and they seem to have no intention to fix it. The elevator has been broke for nearly a week as well. The people at the Desk are really nice. The rooms are nice. But housing keeping seems to be a request only. Its a clean and nice hotel, but they seem to be running on the cheap side for all of the ammenities. Carrying luggage up 2 or 3 flights of stairs is rediculious.Rooms: Very nice rooms. Big. Big screen TV

African American Lady at the front desk was completely outta line and uneducated on her job. I explain 3 times my dog was a service animal after she continued to call him a pet. She still tried to charge me. I offered to show his credentials and she wanted them emailed. Which legally they are not even allowed to ask any information about the dog or his duties. But I offered to show her anyways. When she was confronted about the way she handled the situation. She told me to get away from the front desk and I had no business there. I was simply trying to inform her of what the policy was on service animals since she obviously wasn't aware of what to do when someone was checking in with one. A kiosk check in would have been preferred over a human interaction at this place.

No breakfast, no coffee, no hottub, no time for customers.We went down mid breakfast time and quickly realized there were no plates, eggs, bacon, gravy, bagels or coffee. After asking for plates and the remaining food items, the front staff worker immediately directed me to her "manager" since my simple questions were just too taxing, I suppose.After a back and fourth about the advertised items from their website, everything listed and requested, they did not have. In addition, he was not willing to do anything to rectify the problem, and on top of it all, he told me to walk to the hotel next door for coffee in the middle of a wind and rain storm.So if you love loud slamming doors at all hours of the night, and a rude staff that do not/cannot provide listed services, then this is the place for you!

Employees are back and forth between here and Teddy's. Managers are rude, regular employees try to be as helpful as they can.Breakfast is good and a good variety. Fire alarm woke us up every day because the waffel maker is under neath of it :) very annoying.Pool has been closed for over a month for "maintenance"

Clean, quiet and professional. Our TV wouldn't turn on and they accommodated us with a different room. Breakfast was a hot and quick meal with ready to go boxes as an option. The coffee, tea, and hot chocolate was 24/7 which made for a nice evening sitting poolside with our kiddos. The only recommendations to consider is the temperature control. The rooms are nice and large so it took about an hour to warm up our rooms, taking into consideration it was also -30 with the wind chill, but it was cozy after it heated the room. I will stay here again.

We come here every year to visit family from the Chicago area. Awesome staff, ample parking, nice accomodations, and a large banquet room for our family lunches. We will continue to stay here and we have never had an issue. 🤗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Rooms: This hotel is on edge of Newtown. Beautiful breathtaking location by the bridge. The views from the rooms are of the town and the properties nearby. Walk in showers, full kitchenettes, fridge, and ample amount of closet and drawer space.Nearby activities: Stores nearby, scenic areas, Powwow grounds like 10 minutes away. Beautiful bridge and fishing nearby. 4 bears hotel and casino is also nearby.Walkability: You can walk to some of the smaller stores intown. I would suggest to have a car while visiting since your nearest larger town is about 1-2 hours away.

The pool and hot tub was not working! The orange juice machine was broke. No waffle mix for the waffle maker. The cleaning man walked right into our room without knocking first. My bathroom sink was plugged, the coffee k-cups In my room where used and put back in the coffee basket and the hallways where filthy.

Staying here during my hitch was amazing. After every shift I had an amazing breakfast made by Deborah who cooked wonderful food. And if I had any problems with my stay then Jill solved them immediately. I was suffering from a bad sore throat and didn’t have my cough drops on me so she gave me her Altoids and polo mints she had in her purse. Overall it was an excellent experience!

I only give two stars because the bed was pretty comfy and the room appeared to be taken care of.However, with that said… the room smelled mildew. Being as it was my one get away from work I was excited there was a pool. Only to be disappointed it was closed to maintenance. Wishing that would have been disclosed in the booking. Got a few snacks from the lobby store and it took the clerk 20 minutes to figure out how to ring it up. I think it would help to show employees how to do things. He was nice though so we just waited. After our strange stay we were ready for breakfast but, it was terrible. Stale cereal, hard croissants and that was it. So then was just going to use the room coffee maker. Except it didn’t work. Had to go to the gas station for coffee and breakfast. Absolutely NOT worth $170 for one night. Not that there’s a lot of options here but, if Little Missouri is all that’s available…. We’ll just stay away rather than waste a ton of money on a room. Biggest spending disappointment in a long time. When you work so hard for something you just want it to be decent. Feeling ripped off.

Nice facility - clean, new, convenient location. The highlight of the recommendation is the room quality. The rooms are nicely appointed and they do a great job cleaning and supplying bath/body supplies. I liked the continental breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a place to stay in New Town, ND. There aren't too many eating options close by other than fast food FYI.

It has always been good. Service is a little slow. One time for breakfast, the person working the kitchen seemed to be angry at the world. The coffee machine was on the fritz and it took a while to fix.Rooms are good. We will keep staying there. Three stars because of the breakfast service that one day.

I have been staying here this past week and will be here next week. They have two front desk workers that seriously lack in customer service skills. They don't answer when you call the front desk, and when you are at the front desk you have to ring the bell at least 4 or 5 times until they come out to the desk.Ramera had a bad attitude when she said she couldn't take care of my issue with the remote. She said she couldn't take care of the problem with it. The other front desk worker told me no other rooms were available when I asked to change rooms she said that the rooms were either dirty or they were all reserved. When I told her my room had a bad smell she gave me another room but with a bad attitude. This is not how guests should be treated. You should not lie to a guest and you should not give guests a bad attitude when you have a problem with things in their hotel.

I was ready to give this place 5 stars, but at 7:40am today, there was no hot food. The 9 men in the dining area all seemed to be enjoying their eggs and tater tots, but none for me, so I had to make do with a bagel and applesauce. The front desk ladies were wonderful, and my room was quiet, clean, and comfy. The shower was small but got the job done. Good accommodations for the price, but breakfast was a disappointment.

Staff isn't very motivated to do there job. Room was clean but the lobby area was a disaster. Everything in the Continental Breakfast was dirty and out of everything. No fruit, bread or rolls, eggs, bacon, pancake batter. They had cereal and milk left but no spoons . What a joke! The counters were full of dirty plates and half eating plates because the garbage cans were overflowing

My room and all the facilities seem clean and well cared for. The breakfast this morning was what I call fairly standard free continental breakfast with eggs, bagels, sausage, drinks, a waffle maker, ect. The staff was friendly, quick, and helpful in addressing my needs so far. They have made working away from home a little easier.

Unprofessional. When asking for availability the front desk ignored me and checked in the guest behind me that had a reservation. After multiple attempts to get the attention of the employee at the front desk we stepped aside to have him check in everyone else. After the employee finally acknowledged us he asked us how much money do we have to get a room. Being a tribal member we were trying to get the discount but at that point we just wanted the room. Paying over full price it was not worth the money. They were unprofessional and not worth the money. Would not recommend.

Couldn't find my reservation, said there was none after calling twice. I was told that it was at the other hotel, which it wasn't. Had a broken bath chair in the room. Room was full of the invasive fly. Didn't get breakfast because we were given the wrong time. Wasn't offered anything and I needed food in order to take my prescribed supplements.

I'd rather sleep under a bridge than stay at this place again! Checked in after midnight cause working late the guy gave me 2 different rooms that had people already in them then at 3:00am some random guy comes in my room thinking it was his. Worst breakfast, dirty hallways. Broken pool. Have not one good thing to say. The management should be embarrassed!

Although the rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff is not the most knowledgeable and competent. We had someone try to come into our room at 10:30 at night without reason. The front desk clerk that checked us in despite us telling her we didn't have reservations, thought we booked our room on overbook.com whatever that may be, possibly that the hotel was overbooked. The front clerk attempted to keep my credit card and had to be asked to return it to me. She was far from friendly and seemed almost bothered. What I find even more odd is the fact that they asked for drivers licenses from my husband and I and made copies. What happened to privacy policies????If this wasn't bad enough, the next morning at checkout didn't go much better. Apparently, the computer systems were glitchy and the manager wanted to speak with us. Would have been great, had she of been around to have the conversation! I clearly remember giving a contact number to the fornt desk clerk at check in,, she could have called..The front desk clerk wanted me to fill out paperwork which included my credit card number. All I can say is do I look that stupid? According to the night auditor this was to protect me from being double charged. By now I'm thinking I shouldn't be charged at all! By the way where was my complimentary hot breakfast? Cancelled due to Covid, perhaps? Would have been nice to know that.To finish my review, would I recommend the hotel, probably not unless the staff can get their acts together and take some hospitality refresher courses!

This place is amazing inside and very comfortable!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the breakfast isn’t a very enjoyable experience twice in a row I’ve went to get some and both days it was wiped out. Otherwise I’d have rated it 5stars.
