The Manager is a Joke..They Keep Your Receipt..Because they don't want you to see what they really Charged You.. A Couple of the Cashiers cant Count

Nothing was stocked. Staff were unkind and unprofessional when dealing with elderly. Elders were treated with disrespect when checking out. Very unkind staff. Don’t come here if you need anything quick and fast! Lines take forever to get through! I honestly won’t be shopping here anymore.

Mr. Billy Eckiss Jr or which ever name he chooses to go by. Has been and currently is always rude to the public whether it's with mutual "personal" conversation or by the way he speaks to the paying customers. Tonight he threatened to locked my children and I in the store if we were not ready to check out in 10 minutes. After only 3 minutes of being in the store we were ready to check out and he tried to log out of his computer and leave. He was very snappy about how he was entitled to a break so I suggested that they should hire more employees and he replied back with a "well then you should apply otherwise you have no room to talk and that he didn't even have to check us out. We should have waiting for him." This is not our first time being talked to like this by this certain employee but after a while you get tired of the being talked to in such a manner that you have to say something back. I feel like he needs to be reprimanded or something needs to happen where his customer service should be improved.

It's a woke liberal owned corporate store. It's May 2022 and the employees are still required to wear masks...it's ridiculous, unhealthy and very disrespectful of their employees who are made to suffer while at work. The bathrooms were unusable for 3 weeks!! Same as last year!! Corporate only cares about one thing ....profit.I highly suggest shopping at other family owned stores in New Town.Jasons is great and so is Jack & Jill.

They need to train their new employees properly smh I sent my girl friend in to buy a phone plan for me and the “new employee” sold her an at&t one instead of version... Then the evening manager wasn’t even any help, I know that the plans are non refundable. But at least take some responsibility for her poor method of training a new employee and try to offer some compensation for me basically loosing 55 dollars... Overall this store it’s self isn’t even close to good, someone from the parshall family dollar needs to go there and teach these managers how to keep a nice clean store and customer service.

Could not walk down half the stores aisles because they were filled with carts full of merchandise and empty boxes all over the store and very very messy

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They sell faulty products (not to mention overpriced) and the manager refuses to take responsibility. I called to ask for a refund and hung up on me! Ridiculous behavior. Never getting my business again.

Writing this review at 9:47 pm. I walked in ten minutes ago in desperate need of diapers for my 10 month old. As I walk in the grey haired man working the register was walking up to check out other customers and tells me they're closed...... but the sign on the door states 10 is close time

The absolute consistently worst family dollar you could ever imagine!!! Shelves always empty isles always full of carts wishing to be put up on empty shelves, been that way since the day they opened years ago!

I called today to ask if it's possible to purchase a Netflix card. When my son attempted to by one they day before, they had them but was not allowed to purchase one. When I called today to see if the issue was resolved, I felt like I was being ignored. The person who answered the phone asked me to repeat myself three times although I made sure to speak slowly and clearly. Then I was placed on hold for ten minutes. I called back and there was no answer !

I don’t know what happened, but Hallelujah someone came in and cleaned it up now it doesn’t smell like smoke the floors are actually swept and the place looks a lot betterthank you! It was getting so bad I didn’t want to shop there

They always have what I need and at a very reasonable price. The clothes seemed to go up in price though. That's the only thing. Other than that, workers were good.

There is one thing this store can fix.... the parking lot! It's a small parking lot and alot of times there are alot of cars backing out and theres not very much margin for errors. The store has alot of things but I specifically come only for one thing Coke Cola. But for reasons I can't explain they are always sold out? There are tons of other pop in this store but week after week the Coke is sold out..... so then I have no choice but to go to dollar in Watford.....

Never swept, carts full of merchandise that hasn’t been put away in almost every isle. Employees chatting it up instead of working. Hate that it’s the only dollar store in new town.
