No matter what I put here, it will not even come close to explaining how awesome these Drs, Vet techs, employees, and front desk people are. They treat you like family! Tell you the hard truths, Explain everything perfectly, and then still have time/room to come in as far below the estimate as possible. AMAZING PLACE!!!! DO NOT HESITATE or THINK TWICE! I Called a few months back and asked Dr.Blake if it would be possible to get our 3 dogs in at once so everyone's shots were done at the same time, he said absolutely! We Love Dr.Blake and his staff would've love to give a better review but my husband and I did not like Dr.HP she did not introduce herself, that I could have lived with. but not listening to us about our dogs and how they don't like ppl they don't know holding them down or not letting us hold them like we usually do is NOT OK. Dr.HP also lied to us and said she was taking our dog outside to catch some urine, instead she took her to a different room and had more ppl she didn't know holding her down, my husband heard our dog screaming and when he went into the room they were holding her, she told him he could wait back in the next room, she then wanted to sedate our dog for a simple xray when we said no that she would be just fine for an xray with us she said no I want to sedate. So we got our meds and left. Will not be coming back if we HAVE to see her, also don't like how she had to dig for a vein in our older dog who is a pro at the vet.

I was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and professional. We were customers there since we moved here 5 years ago and have no complaints. Age and health issues have caught up to our dog so we no longer need the services of the clinic but we thank them for all they did for him.

got all 3 cats spayed on the same day, making the appointment over the phone was super easy, check in was quick and easy, all my girls r recovering well, and ive called them a few times since after my appointment and theyve had no problems answering any questions. 100% going to be my go to vet for everything theyve done absolutely everything perfect

I just can't say enough about how great they treated my dogs, and the friendly people they are there. They called me a couple times a day while my dog was hospitalized to give me updates. Everyone at the New Salem veterinary clinic cares about your animals, and they do everything possible to help you and your animals.I Highly recommend them.

They were awesome we had our 1yr old Greman Shepard/Mastif neutered and his shots updated. He was comfortable to be left there and was in no pain at all when we brought him home. They are wonderful!

Went to like 3 vets to try and figure out what was going on with my dog they couldnt figure it out. I bring my dog there and they had him figured out in 10 minutes. Awesome people will never go anywhere else now.

Chance Bud, Allison Napps, Paula Gilbert, and Pythoness Sinsss made false reviews in order to give the clinic a bad name. The horses turned away were owned and used by DAPL protesters and the clinic had every right to turn them away due to health and legal concerns. I know people at that clinic and they were not going to get involved with it and put their business at risk. If those protesters truly cared about their animals, they should have never brought them to a protest that eventually spiraled out of control.....end of story.
