My husband and I had car troubles on a trip and were stranded. The woman running the place that night is a life saver. We barely made it to the nearest town and would have had to sleep in our vehicle and probably nearly freeze to death. She gave us a spare room and didn’t even charge. I cannot put into words how thankful we are to have come across this place after being turned away by 2 other establishments where we first got stuck. It’s very rare to find such good people anymore. The only good thing was the location, the room reminded me of a cheap Las Vegas hotel. No breakfast, would have liked to be paid in cash, and no computer, didn’t take any of our ids, etc. for security, and no online reservation. Very shady, seems like a front, for what I don’t know. Was up half the night afraid I would hear screaming and someone breaking into room.

This place is wonderful. I called at like three in the morning looking for an off-the-highway pet friendly motel room in the middle of a very long road trip. They were SO FRIENDLY and accommodating. They even set our room up with snacks and dog treats and dishes when we arrived and were so gracious about check-out time knowing we got in late! Lots of quaint personal touches ❤️ Our vehicles were safe overnight, packed with our belongings. I would not hesitate to recommend this place and would love to stay again if we ever find ourselves somewhere in the middle of North Dakota.

We are traveling across the states from my. We only stay at little motels. This one was a treat. The woman at the desk was so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfy. The water pressure was great. They leave out snacks for the guests, such a nice touch. It was one of the best motels we have stayed at on this trip. If you want new and flashy, don't stay here. If you want a good night's sleep with the feel of home. This is your place.

I would stay here again. The woman who owns and operates Arrowhead is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I had whatever I needed, provided snacks for me, plus provided a toy, a bowl, and treats for my dog. Checkout time was very flexible to allow for people to sleep in and relax in the mornings. The woman who owns Arrowhead is doing her best to try to make the inn appealing and comfortable. The price is right, the location is great, you get a view of a large, veiny cow atop a hill, and a welcoming kitty committee. It was an enjoyable stay.

Found this little place just off the highway. Needed an overnight sleep. As soon as we walked into the room it smelled very fresh and clean. The room was clean. The manager was a sweetheart. She was very helpful. I have no problem sleeping here again. The A/C worked great too. Nice TV in the room.

My daughter and I stopped there en route from Alberta to Ontario, as we got food poisoning and needed to rest. We were treated fantastically by the owner. The room wasn't fancy but, it was really clean, comfortable, big TV, extra towels etc as needed and great service. Really appreciated it.

Made a reservation and received a confirmation code. Got there and the lady was nowhere to be found. Called the number on the door and she said she had no reservation for that night…even though I had the reservation code. She would not come there to let me in for my reservation. Had to go back and stay in Bismarck. I’m with a transportation company and will never recommend this place after that service.

The 'free breakfast' wasn't available when I visited in August 2017. The new host manager says she's working to fix that.My room door was installed too high, so it wouldn't open initially, because it was too tight, and when we did get it open, it wouldn't close, because it was too high. Shoddy maintenance had been done there.Otherwise, quiet, clean, lots of parking for RVs out front and side.Restaurant is next door, which should provide the breakfast when the vouchers become a reality again.

Same thing happened to me as another reviewer- no one showed up. There was a hand written note on the door to call a number. I called and left a message. I called the number on my confirmation sheet (which I had printed out). Again answering machine, but gave me a cell number to call. Called the cell number… nothing. Never did get a return call either. Folks do what you want, but I’d avoid this place if possible.

Dated room. In this day and age a charging system would be nice, however, there are many outlets. Beds were comfortable. Manager put AC on prior to our arrival which made for a nice surprise when we arrived.

This place is a lot better than it looks. Clean with nice linens. Best of all, when we walked in the room after a long, hot drive, the ac was already on and the room was blessed cool!! A+ for that!!

Great service, clean bathroom area. Bed was mostly comfy, but was expecting a continental breakfast from online. There's a cafe next door though that was really good!

Got stuck in this town during a snow storm, nice quiet motel to stay at. Plenty of truck parking. The lady at the front desk was very flexible with checkout time since I wasn’t sure how long I’d have to be here😊

This is not a honeymoon hotel. This is a construction worker hotel or a quick stop to sleep in catch a shower. I will say the employees are very nice and good spirited.

The rooms were clean, manager was awesome nice restraunt and bar next door, easy access to highway, good location between Dickinson an Bismarck. Friendly people!

Trucking through and decided to stay for the night, nice clean room, nice family restaurant bar and grill , mom and pop Motel, simple For overnight stay. yes I would stay here again for a one nighter
