I drove from Minnesota to pick up a 1/2 beef and it's worth the drive. Cut and packaged to perfection. They also quite possibly have the best jerky in ND.

I have allways bought from in town meat market.Till I seen prices go through the roof. I called around and found Scheitzers meat . The lady on the phone was up front and very honest.We bought our meat from them exactly what she quoted me and had it ready when she said..To top it off it was 250 bucks cheaper than any Bismarck / Mandan butcher shop.Thank you so much for great service . We will be back every month from now on.

Some of the best beef I have ever had anywhere. Their North Dakota Waygu beef is out of this world. Their breakfast sausage, summer sausage, bacon, jerky, and other snacks are outstanding as well!

Their nd grown beef sirloin and ribeyes literally melt in your mouth. Very good steaks.extremely fresh meat. And the guys were very helpful and friendly
