I gave it 2 stars because they never assist me with anything. I literally have to chase someone down for help. But they sure help "other" people. Us brownies don't get the service that we deserve. BUTTTT, I love Under Armour so I keep going back!!

What an amazing store. There is literally something for everyone in there. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the prices were excellent. A must stop for any sports enthusiast.

They have great employees. My son lost his headphones case and i thought it would be a lost cause. The next day, before we headed out, I got a call that they found them.! An of course we got what we needed that related to hockey.

I'm always amazed at the availability of staff, their friendliness, and their willingness to help. You are always greeted with a smile and they will insist on taking you to the location of whatever it is you are looking for.The store is similar to Cabela's and Bass Pro Shop. They have everything! Especially if you are into the outdoors.Be careful - or you'll spend more money and time than you need to! :-) I always discover new things when I visit these stores.

Super easy return. Staff is always helpful. Been going to Scheels for so long and it seems like one of the few stores that feels like it still values the customer.

So this store is a kind of combination Bass Pro and JC Penny. They sell gear for pretty much any outdoor activity in the area as well as stalwart brands like Underarmor and Stanley. It is a little pricey in the way those other stores can be, but they'll have you covered for your next hunting or hiking trip. Plus there are regular clothes, toys, a small arcade area for kids and a candy store that sells by the pound.

My wife and I stopped in to knock off a couple of Items on a Christmas list and we ventured into a new to her part of the store. (Hunting) She was taken back by all the fabulous mounts that where on display. 👍👍

I just drove over an hour to pickup something that I ordered online and they said is ready for pickup and when I got here they didn't have any of it. I talked with a manager and his whole response to me was "yeah" that's it....no I'm sorry or what can we do to make it right...just "yeah".

Best selection of sporting goods, clothing and equipment. They even have toys! Great staff who are always willing to help and can actually be found. Non pressure and can answer all questions. Wish we had one in our state.

Stopped in on 24APR23 1900hrs to pick up a scope for a rifle that was at home 6 hours away. I found exactly what I wanted in a scope. I asked if they had the scope rings for a Tikka and the scope I was set to purchase with a 42mm objective. The associate said mediums should work with no confidence at all. I asked if they had a chart that would show what rings for that diameter of scope. He said he'd check, he asked what I guess was a manager who said mediums should work. I mentioned I lived 6 hours away and needed to make sure. With no common courtesy whatsoever or anything resembling customer service he said," well if you want to make sure get highs" and turned away to another customer. Low scope axis to bore is ideal which is common knowledge. I used to sell guns for another large chain and would never have brushed off a customer with a flippant comment like that. I want to thank Scheels for showing me the scope I want so I can head home and buy it cheaper on the internet.

Big new store. Wandered around checking out things. Lots of stock. People friendly. I'm sure you can find what you want. Plenty of ammo. I usually buy things on sale or on clearance. Paying the freight can be tough. Saying that, they also have good quality.

Always run into friendly employees no matter where or when we go. Always helpful for all our needs. Our son plays hockey since he was as 3 year's old and is now 14 years old. We have never had a bad experience here

This store took care of my 10 year old that got sick in the store while on the way to the bathroom. I was checking out and by the time I got there they had helped him to the bathroom as well as gave him a change of clothes. I wasn't aware of this untill half way home when he told me, "Dad that was the nicest thing they gave me a new shirt and sweats so I didn't have to where my dirty clothes". I immediately called the store and offered to pay for them and they turned me down and said those were for the little guy and hope he gets better. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!!!

Hannah was absolutely amazing this past weekend helping my son! She walked right up to us and took over. My husband and I just sat down and let her do her thing. Sizing and colors with him. Thank you Hannah!! School shopping can be very stressful. I love the store it has so much inventory and I'm thankful I can buzz right over from Bismarck and get everything I need.

Wow what an amazing store with such friendly staff. I travelled from Canada and wandered in and was amazed. On my stay I visited it multiple times. It’s a great outdoor store with so much to see. I definitely will recommend anyone to visit this place.

Expensive as all get out. But still nice atmosphere. Greatly need a larger sports memorabilia area. Jerseys and stuff is lacking. Sports collectibles is lacking. It's more of a hunting store now than anything else
