I take my dog to Petco once a month to get her nails trimmed and buffed. The groomers always do a good job and are very patient with my dog as she is a bit of a whiner who doesn't like her feet touched.

They know my pup very well. Treat her like one of their own everytime! She comes back SO shiny and not smelling like a field pup. They also know when to schedule for her next grooming, I don't even have to ask! Thank you for your work with my pup!

I don’t understand why this facility thinks it’s ok to keep a dog for over 6 hours. After 5 hours, they hadn’t even started her haircut yet - this place seems to find it difficult to hold on to employees as well. I’m not sure exactly why, but I suspect this may be one of the reasons. When I asked why in world they need to keep a dog for that unreasonable length of time, the only nonsensical answer I got was it depends on the dogs coat. We will not be returning to this groomer.

Our groomer Chrystal always ask how we want our 2 girls groomed even though she knows the answer. Even after the grooming she checks to make sure we like the cut and if we want a little more, she makes sure to do it. She goes beyond just grooming. I told her we recently found out one of our girls has allergy. When I came back to pick them up, there were 3 different treats she found for us that our pet could handle.

I'm not going to go with one star because I've never actually had my dog groomed there. However, I've left VMs trying to get something scheduled and never get called back. Tried using their online booking and that doesn't work either. The groomers themselves might do a good job, but good luck getting scheduled.

I'm always satisfied with my baby's grooming she's always left exactly as I want her and smelling very nice and clean. They have nothing but good things to say about my Princess they seem to love her and I love their coustumer service

I dont know who these people are who posted such negative reviews. I have been bringing my pets here since they have opened in Minot. They have ALWAYS treated me excellent and my dogs have always been well taken care of. Crystal, the current manager, has always been and continues to be very friendly and professional. I'm almost certain that whomever posted such negative reviews on her or the grooming dept as a whole must just be some of those people that you simply cannot make happy. I highly recommend Petco grooming!

Ashley, was the groomer, who was very nice and informative, I felt very comfortable leaving my dog in her care. This was the first time I had my dog at Petco. I have two other dogs which I will be bringing to Ashley.

Well one of her bows came out right outside the store and the other one when I got her out of the car.. I think you need to go with Velcro instead of rubber bands
